Overall, a very good establishment, but the room on the street side overlooking the kitchens poses a problem. When you open the window at sunrise, the smell of cooking at 8 am is really unpleasant and you close the window quickly. It is certain that a room on the Lot side should not be the same perfume. Too bad for us because overall it is a very good establishment.

We asked to change rooms. It overlooked the street where the car passages were numerous and noisy. Our 2nd night was more peaceful since we were on the river side. It should still be noted that the soundproofing is weak and that we heard the slamming of doors and the flow of water early in the morning.

I stayed at this hotel 3 years ago. The services are not at all the same... Very noisy restaurant, greatly reduced menu, waitress far from being at the level of quality that one can expect from the restoration of a 3 star, several requests and solicitations without answers, small reflections that do not pass... We are not at Mcdo there! The staff is multi-tasking, here too we are closer to formula 1 than to 3 stars! An employee to manage reception, breakfast, cleaning..., we feel that it is cutting corners and asking for the moon from its staff who suddenly cannot, under these conditions, provide the quality hoped for. Need to hire! The bedding is correct except the cushion raplapla, need to double the cushions to sleep without neck pain. 3-star hotel without Canal+? There also budget restriction? 🤔 There are no hooks for clothes and/or towels in the bathroom (only 1 for a room for 2!), the shower head hose in the bathtub is too rigid... Small annoying details ! I guess there has been a change of ownership since my last visit, it's not what it was, the staff do everything they can with a smile and I thank them for that, but I won't be back not with these services at this price.

The clean room, balcony with a view of the Lot, air conditioning and a small fridge (it's important when you know that we were on orange heat wave alert!). An elevator to allow people to go up/down comfortably. A huge breakfast, an excellent evening meal... and all this at a reasonable price! if we had to give a flat.. a little noisy (noise of flushing toilets, showers in adjoining rooms) and the catering service manager (the oldest member of the team) who we feel tense and that we don't we may not have noticed. On the other hand, the team of young people who provide the service is super active, professional, smiling and competent... Congratulations for this beautiful night spent in this establishment..

It was incredibly hot so we chose this hotel because it has a pool. When we arrived we were told the pool was closed because it was out of service. We got a discount because of that, which was good, but we were still very dissapointed.

After a friendly welcome and accommodation in a beautiful room overlooking the river and the city, the menu was exquisite and everything was perfect. My wife - French - was just as delighted as I was. We can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel to travelers or visitors to the region. I would have liked to have stayed longer, but we had put together a small tour that included other places. The journey led to a detour because the navigation system could not find the address, but the hotel was known in the city.

A great welcome, the bedding is good, the hotel is quiet and well located. A very nice view from the room. The breakfast in the room is very generous, I strongly recommend that you take a break in this hotel.

Perfect The hotel does not look like much from the outside. If we hadn't booked online, I don't know if we would have gone! But the interior is immaculate.

Total satisfaction and a gastronomic stage. Esta semana volveremos a reservar para el mes de Julio Los nietos están encantados.

Pratique : hôtel bien placé proche du centre, avec parking.
Positif : qualité de la literie et des super duvets.
Négatif : accueille des groupes et comme l’isolation n’est pas parfaite et les portes des chambres se referment en claquant et les gens discutent dans les couloirs, ce n’est pas vraiment un relais du silence…

Insonorisation d'un autre âge. Dommage. On entend tour dans le couloir et les chambres à côté

Hotel très bien situé, au calme, la chambre avec son balcon est correct/prix. Nous avons été loger au 1 er étage et malheureusement on entendait l’évacuation des eaux usées....des autres chambres.
Si vous séjourner, ne manquait pas le restaurant....accueil, cadre et qualité/prix est un des meilleurs que nous avons fait.

Chambre qui aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement peinture,n°45, problème d'humidité et de moisissure à la fenêtre, linge de lit pas complètement propre, traces noires sur les taies d’oreilles qui devraient être vues quand le lit est fait. Douche qui laisse passer l'eau sous la vitre, inondant la SdB robinet à détection de mouvement très désagréable pour faire sa toilette, normal dans des toilettes publiques mais pas dans une salle de bain d''hôtel.

This hotel has a great many things going for it! The location is very good, just a short walk into the historic centre of town. The town operates a P&R shuttle bus, and the stop is just around the corner. There's ample free parking at the hotel. The rooms are spacious, and if you book a room with a river view you get a little balcony and fantastic views. Breakfast is great, good buffet and nice choices. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Best of all, the hotel has a great restaurant which exceeded all expectations!!
We picked this hotel because of its location, it's restaurant and because the price is right! We were spot-on with all these, and will stay there again when we return to Cahors!

Week-end très agréable alliant découverte de la jolie ville de Cahors et confort de l'hébergement.

Correct dans l'ensemble, mais quelques éléments à améliorer :
Pas de serviettes de bain dans la chambre. Espace insuffisant devant le siège des WC. On est obligé de se mettre en biais. Chambre 2.
Lors du diner, un seul toast froid avec le foie gras. J'en ai demandé des chauds qui m'ont été apportés rapidement et avec amabilité.

Il s'agit de notre 2ème séjour dans cet établissement où nous avons encore apprécié le confort de la chambre avec vue sur le Lot, la très bonne cuisine servie au restaurant et enfin la qualité de l'accueil.
Très bonne adresse dans la magnifique ville de Cahors.

bon établissement hôtel très correct avec tout le nécessaire ,la vue sur le fleuve en supplément est a recommandé,piscine encore ouverte en octobre tres bon point, le restaurant par contre ... la qualité des produits n'est pas en cause très bon mais quelques détail comme bouteille de vin rouge la moins chère 23 euros et pas de pichet , similarité de garniture (cake aux olive entre autre...) entre l'entrée et le plat principal si on aime cela va (ce qui n'est pas mon cas) délais d’attente entre les plats trop important ,réactivité du personnel du restaurant trop long (peut etre car samedi soir ?) le petit déj est tres bien et complet , je recommande cet etablissement

Comme d'habitude nous sommes très contents des séjours dans les hôtels Logis. tres bon accueil, très bonne table, chambre confortable, juste un peu sonore (sans doute à cause de la structure béton du bâtiment). Centre ville accessible rapidement à pieds. Nous y reviendrons sûrement pour longer le Lot en vélo.

Bonjour j'aurais pu mettre bien partout. Très bon accueil. Personnel de la restauration très agréable. Sauf que dans l'une des chambres que j'ai réservé il y avait encore de l'urine dans les toilettes et une odeur de cigarette dans la chambre. Nous avons eu une autre chambre à la place. L'hôtel est en plein rénovation donc c'est une bonne chose.

Très bon séjour, la chambre était propre, calme. Le personnel toujours souriant, accueillant. Je recommande !

Par ailleurs le produit utilisé pour désinfecter les chambres a vraiment une odeur très déplaisante qui met beaucoup de temps à disparaître.

Nous avons passé 2 nuit à l'hôtel et dîner les deux soirs au restaurant et nous avons été enchantés. Les chambres sont confortables, et le balcon donnant sur le Lot est très appréciable. Nous avons dîner les 2 soirs sur la très belle terrasse sur le Lot elle aussi. Tout était excellent et pour un prix très correcte. Le personnel est au top. Nous avons également pu profiter de la piscine, ce qui est agréable après une journée de marche.

Chambre - non pas vue colline - mais vue parking. Avec la lumière de l'enseigne de l'hôtel toute la nuit dans la chambre. Mauvaise insonorisation :
- bruit de la route, bruit du train
- bruit des chambres voisines
- bruit de la cuisine en contrebas jusqu'à 23:15

Réservation bien trop chère pour la qualité de service et aucun geste commercial. Petit déjeuner également trop cher (10€) pour ce que c'est.

L'hôtel est bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville. Il y avait un parking juste à côté. La chambre avait une très belle vue du Lot (avec balcon) et on a bien apprécié la climatisation dans la chambre car il faisait très chaud. On a profité de la piscine et du restaurant, où on a bien mangé à un prix abordable avec une belle vue. Vraiment chouette ! On y retournera !

On apprécie la chambre climatisée après avoir roulé sous forte chaleur, le restaurant gastronomique à l'arrivée, l'emplacement, la piscine et la gentillesse de tout le personnel.

nous avons réservé tard, l'hotel était quasi complet et avons eu un chambre parmi les non rénovées dans son jus 70"s, déçus car nous étions deja venus et avions eu une belle chambre design et toute neuve , pensions que toutes les chambres avaient été rénovées ainsi .

Malgré notre arrivée tardire, on a été bien accueilli.

Je tiens à mentionner un problème de communication entre l’hôtel et le restaurant. J’ai réservé une table en demandant expressément une table un peu sur le côté afin de pouvoir profiter sereinement du repas car nous avons un chien. Nous nous sommes retrouvés à la pire place en plein passage du service de toute la terrasse ! J’ai expliqué le souci et le fait que j’avais précisé ma demande lors de la réservation et j’ai clairement vu que je perturbais le service. Un peu d’agilité que diable ! Petite précision : la serveuse était bien ennuyée de la situation et s’est montrée quant à elle très agréable contrairement à certains autres membres du personnel…
Pour terminer lors du règlement de ma note, le repas pris la veille n’avait pas été compté !!! Honnête je l’ai signalé à l’hôtesse charmante au demeurant.

Cet avis est lié à la situation sanitaire actuelle. Si en situation normale notre avis aurait été favorable, le non respect des règles sanitaires que nous avons subi est insupportable. J'écarte de cette critique l'ensemble du personnel qui est toujours masqué, par contre, l'organisation du petit déjeuner en libre-service, où n'importe qui peut toucher la nourriture et la remettre dans les paniers comme nous l'avons constaté, est totalement inadmissible

Chambre confortable malgré une vue sur les toits et le parking. Restaurant très bon mais un peu cher car il y a des suppléments de 3 à 5 € sur pas mal de plats du coup la note est salée pour des petits plus. Petit déjeuner classique mais bon..

Je ne recommande pas du tout, j’ai laissé l’ensemble de mes bijoux sur la table de nuit de la chambre avant le service de nettoyage, le soir en rentrant plus aucun signe de mon bracelet en argent, en signalant le problème à l’accueil rien n’a été fait, de plus la responsable d’accueil m’a indiqué qu’il s’agissait certainement d’un vol mais qu’il ne pouvait rien faire pour m’aider….

La chambre vue colline très petite environ 9m2 , la porte de la salle d'eau ne peut pas s'ouvrir complètement , il faut la dépasser pour l'ouvrir et entrer ??.
La sécurité en cas d'accident n'est pas assurée ??.Une seule place de valise ? pour 89 € ce n'est pas décent .
La restauration est par contre de très on niveau avec un personnel très PRO .

Chambres d'un autre temps, "hôtel de préfecture" à peine rafraîchi (à part la réception pour faire illusion), inacceptable en 2021.

Excellente escale au cours de notre voyage. Rien à redire, tout est parfait. La restauration de très bonne qualité, le logement excellent, calme et superbe vue sur le Lot et la ville toute proche, accessible à pied. Seul reproche, l'éclairage au dessus du lavabo ne fonctionnait pas. A recommander, nous y reviendrons certainement et le recommanderais.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Cahors.

J ai payer 80 euros une nuit avec petit-déjeuner. Ce qui reste tout de même un bon budget.
Les murs sont fins comme du papier à cigarette...si bien que j ai eu l impression d etre dans la même chambre que mes voisins quand il était en train de faire "des gros câlins trés bruyants ".
Et réveiller à 5h du matin par les éboueurs qui ont passer 20 min à essayer de charger tout les bac poubelles faisant un boucant horrible..et n'était en déplacement pour le travail...je n etait pas trés fraîche pour ma journée!!
Donc pas trés reposant.
Sinon petit-déjeuner intéressant et varier et acceuil sympathique.

le prix annoncé par booking était différent de celui de l hotel de 4 euros par nuit.Le prix de la chambre de L hotel était plus cher que celui annoncé.
