the assigned room N 20 cannot be classified as a superior room because it is too cramped, bathroom included. No elevator! the price should be 20% cheaper.

Wonderful little hotel, perfect for a stop over on the way down to the Camargue. Decor quirky and eclectic, wonderful staff and an excellent dinner.

We had reserved a room that was no longer available due to work…. In the month of August! We are offered an African room. Too bad for a stay in Aubrac. Large room but housekeeping leaves something to be desired. As for the very expensive restaurant 28€. The dish was very good, but a minimalist charcuterie starter and a chocolate mousse for dessert. The pool is 3/4 full. We won't come back

Very disappointing. Promise not kept. The room requested was not the one we had been promised. Instead of helping us, we were let down by dismissively inviting us to go to the Kyriad hotel. At 8:30 p.m., going to serve the braised lamb shank was more important than taking care of us. As it was certain that the room would be quickly taken over by other guests, it was not deemed useful to be empathetic, or at the very least sympathetic. It's a shame because the hotel looked promising, on photos.

Very pleasant and stylish hotel. Our room poured over American cinema from the 60s to 90s with great photography by Marylin and Sharon Stone. Impeccable cleanliness, comfortable bathroom, as well as bedding. No air conditioning, but not essential at this altitude, cool nights.

Great staff atypical decoration, my dirty and dated rooms.

The family room offered was a disgrace! A smell of old. Subsequently we were able to change rooms (a lot better). No air conditioning, no shower gel, no shampoo, torn bedspread and cleaning to be reviewed at the price of the night it's a shame! The restoration is very very very expensive for what you eat, cold plate, ugly powder, hard bread and cooked dishes are not super great! Even if the receptionist made an effort on the breakfasts (€) I remain very disappointed and dissatisfied with my stay.

Un hotel à la décoration un peu désuette mais tellement agréable.
Une prime toute particulière à la gentilesse et à la serviabilité du personnel qui semble évoluer dans une ambiance amicale et décontractée tout en faisant preuve d'un vrai professionalisme mais sans raideur ni obséquiosité. Un modèle du genre et ce jusque dans le chef de la jeune serveuse qui, bien que ne travaillant là que depuis 5 jours connaissait son travail sur le bout des doigts.
Ajoutez à celà une cuisine sans fioritures mais parfaitement éxécutée, une carte des vins axée essentiellement sur des appellations locales et des producteurs de grande qualité, au rapport qualité-prix intéressant et vous obtenez une halte idéale sur le chemin des vacances.

Hotel with an original style, quality food and a warm welcome.

A customer of this hotel for fifteen years, I had the opportunity to stay in another establishment of the group (Orfeuillette) but I had not been to the rock for three years. Our disappointment was great, we cannot speak drop in level but rather, alas, collapse. The few remaining staff do their best, and are, I must say, very up to the challenge they face on a daily basis. But it is clear that the menus offered are rare and unworthy of what the White Rock was, and that the cleanliness of the rooms (ours) left much to be desired. what a shame when we knew this establishment only a few years ago. Stay not to be reproduced, and unfortunately not to be recommended.

No mention of extras. Just breakfast is announced. Nothing about the spa that isn't even like the pictures. No response to complaints, extremely disappointing.

Correct establishment with standard services. Fairly average room quality with very small surface area. Negative points: bathroom with mold, quality of the bed, very low heating for the season. Disappointing value for money for accommodation. Pros: The restaurant which offers a small menu but it's fresh! which is nice and very affordable. Very warm welcome, smiling and attentive staff.
