Exceptional welcome. Laurent, the manager, was fantastic. Given my late arrival, he called me to see if he would keep a meal for me. Honestly, thank you for the welcome, the hospitality, the adaptability and the smile. I recommend without hesitation.

Room was very cold. No heating in bathroom.

Be careful about the soundproofing of the rooms. On the one hand, you could think you were at a bar...

Very welcoming owners and excellent evening meal. The lamb and the Best French Burger were delicious. We found the hotel and restaurant rather cold although the restaurant was attractive. We liked the music! We cannot comment on the wifi as we did not realize it was available and managed with roaming. Good to be able to squeeze your own fresh orange juice although it would have been good to have fresh fruit or fruit salad as well. But this is just our preference. No extra charges for our two dogs. Thank you for a great stay

The rooms are small, the bathroom is tiny. Cleanliness is limited.

Verry friendly staff who make effort to please the guests. We have 2 (nice) dogs and it was no problem to take them with us in the room and no extra charges!

The hotel was very nice and easily accessible from the motorway. It was in a quiet spot on the outskirts of a small village. There was a supermarket opposite. We arrived at about 4pm but we were not able to gain access until 5:30pm. The app was telling us that we could gain access from 2pm so we arrived too early but managed to visit the village while we were waiting.

The hotelier overbooks and encourages direct bookings. We had booked 2 rooms, one of which was for people with reduced mobility. We were notified 30 minutes before our arrival and had to fall back on a very friendly hotelier but without rooms suitable for people with reduced mobility or a restaurant. It is obvious that the Belle Vue hotel prefers not to lose commission intended for the platform even if it means leaving regular customers behind. This was our third stay and we spent every 8 weeks there. You will understand that we will not repeat this experience and will no longer use this hotel or the platform. Of course...

Pleasant discovery of this small, quiet hotel close to the highway, another very pleasant surprise the possibility of dining there on a Sunday evening!! Reasonable price and good food

Basic but clean rooms, with - to French standard - good breakfast and the possibility to have dinner in the restaurant below. The food was ok but the chef has to step his game up. We ordered a steak with pepper sauce and a well done hamburger. The steak came without the sauce and when we mentioned they forgot the sauce, they said there wasn't any sauce anymore (which was strange, we were the first in the restaurant that day). The hamburger was still raw inside. Which is a shame because the fries were excellent. Also a plus is the private parking. And if you have a trailer or caravan with you, it's easy and safe to park in the street.

I give moderate marks because my stay in winter took place with central heating turned off. So cold room (loan of a mobile electric radiator) and no heating in the bathroom. Despite this, the boss is very helpful and smiling. On the restaurant side, the cuisine is good with fresh products and a claimed Moroccan touch (fusion cuisine). The location is convenient for those traveling by highway. But the village is a bit dead and is not of interest. In conclusion, correct and practical address for a stopover.

We thought this hotel was very good value for money and very well located, a few km from the A20, ideal for an overnight stay towards the south or vice versa. Reception, food, service very good, we found the breakfast quite pricey.

The hotel was closed, so I couldn't go there at all, despite the confirmation of my reservation

The patron is not a natural host. We were not welcomed, we were not asked if we needed assistance.

I booked for the night of July 21-22, 2023, about 4 weeks before, and received several SMS reminders or confirmation emails. But on the morning of July 21, when I was already on the road, I received a voice message from the manager or owner telling me: "I don't know how you were able to book, the hotel is closed on July 21 and 22.". I called back, confirmation of closure, no apology, no alternative. Cheer!

Do not book this hotel! Hotel Bellevue has recently received several bad reviews, but our experience really beats everything. On June 11, a day before arrival, I received a welcome email from hotel owner Laurent Berger, wishing us a pleasant stay. It did not come from that stay. Upon arrival, we found a notice on the front door stating that Hotel Bellevue will be closed from 5 to 17 June 2023. It is not difficult to describe our feeling about this. There was nothing for it but to look for another hotel.

After a long drive from the south of France, we arrived at 7 pm. Upon entering, a lady looked at us very strangely. When I reported that we had reserved a room and said our name, she looked even more strange. She searched the agenda for our reservation. At that moment a man, we suspect the owner, came up to her. He immediately began an explanation in rattling French. We can speak a nice word of French, but in a dialect and at that pace it was not really understandable for us. In the end he managed to tell us that he no longer had a room for us because we arrived too late. According to him we should have arrived before 6.30 pm. As a result, he had already rented out our room. There we were. He saw absolutely nothing wrong with it and was going to provide a solution. He proposed us 2 separate rooms, albeit at the same price. Before committing, we were allowed to look at this first. It turned out to be some kind of apartment. This would be just for us. The moment we were about to agree (what should we do? It was already after 7 pm and we had no place to sleep) he did say that the third room was his and he would therefore sleep there later that night. In other words, bathroom, toilet and other common areas had to be shared with him. For this we thank you wisely. There we were. In a not really touristy area without an overnight stay! He did say that a little further (this can be taken literally) there was another hotel. Then he called. There was no room for 3 more. After some insistence we could / were allowed to go there. There was still a family room for 4 available. This was more expensive than the hotel we had booked, but at that time we were already satisfied that we could spend the night. We did get the feeling that he was making fun of the whole situation. He really didn't see what kind of situation we were in and laughed about it.

The two downsides of our experience in this establishment is the fact that there was no possibility of heating in the room, despite the more than cold temperatures on the one hand and on the other hand, breakfast at 2 p.m. € all the same, offered a choice of pastries which were not of the day. Last point, the invalid parking space in front of the establishment was unfortunately occupied for us by the vehicle of the owner of the hotel who is not invalid and so much the better for him!
