It's a shame that we were informed 2 days before our arrival that the restaurant was closed on weekends, having made our reservation. This is not indicated on the hotel's page, otherwise we would have chosen another location.

Wonderful hotel with clean and comfortable rooms, and an amazing breakfast.

This establishment does not correspond at all to the image of LOGIS HOTEL. It is light years away from what I expected. I have already stayed at a number of establishments of the brand. Here, I found myself in an old low-end establishment, refurbished. But as usual, we find the great classics: nauseating smell upon arrival at the hotel, smell of cigarettes in the room (you don't mask the cigarette with a lick of paint, never), toilet/bathroom door that does not close, toilet seat not fixed properly, no place to put my toiletry bag in the bathroom, bread room as big as a handkerchief, ditto for the room, a sort of screen to "close" the shower and which obviously does not work since it is much too short (flooded bathroom), no place to really put my PC and work. I still have some, should I put it with you or is that enough for you? Only the staff are doing what they can to save the whole place. I thank the staff. The hotel's management needs to be reviewed. One of two things: either the management has never been to the hotel, or they have never visited their own hotel. There's work to be done. I don't understand why the Logis Hôtel brand would sabotage itself with establishments like this. To this day, I've always gone to Logis Hôtel with my eyes closed. This won't happen again.

Excellent welcome and very good service throughout the stay. Clean, the room is quite spacious, well-equipped and comfortable, with a nice work area. The bed, a good size, is very comfortable. The bathroom is tiny, but no problem for a single person. Good speed Wi-Fi, which makes it easy to work. Good quality food at the restaurant, for dinner (during an evening stopover) as well as for breakfast.

Very easy access on the holiday route; secure parking; Very welcoming and caring staff as I was traveling with my elderly mother and the hotel does not have an elevator; Small but very clean room and nothing was missing, not even the bottle of Evian water. Excellent breakfast including a glass of Champagne! And the discovery package is excellent value for money.

Good value for money, a few small details that could be improved: a pleasant, large room but with a TV that was too small, the stopover menu a little simple for my taste, the air conditioning set too high in the dining room. It lacks a bit of decor to "pimp" the setting. Overall, a satisfactory experience and I would gladly return on a future business trip.

Logis le cottage PERFECT service

Very pleasant stay, a stone's throw from the ENSG school in Nancy.

Everything was as described, immaculate. The hotel is easily accessible by car, a short drive from Nancy. We didn't try breakfast or the restaurant. We would definitely go back.

What a pleasure, at breakfast, not to have a television broadcasting teleshopping, stupid games, sounds that are musical in name only, and biased propaganda news. Instead, soft, subdued music, in keeping with the necessary serenity for the meal.

Very clean room, very welcoming and friendly staff. No noise at night. Good quality bedding. Everything is refilled without having to ask (soap, toilet paper, etc.). We are delighted and will return during a future stay in Nancy. The only small problem is the slightly noisy air conditioning. A little extra: small (discreet) trash cans for sorting waste on each floor.

waiting at the bar to be served, we are at the back and they do not come back to see if we want a second drink. an air conditioning next to the room which starts 3 times in the night making a noise of thunder (I was in room 231). a good meal, a very good breakfast and a great location mean that I do not put less.

Very pleasantly surprised by this establishment, both by the room, the staff or the meal. The room, we were already upgraded when we arrived. The night very quiet, no noise from the corridor, outside noise, flushing, pipes .... etc .... that we can sometimes have in some hotels, all you will hear is the air conditioning or heating depending on the season obviously, nothing that will prevent you from having a good night. The à la carte meal: a quality of food and service that we do not find often enough these days, do not change anything, bravo to you. Everything is fresh, homemade, served piping hot, main dishes served in cast iron or ceramic pots, so in generous quantities. First time I see champagne at breakfast, at 8:00 a.m. it was a little early 😅, on vacation and having a late lunch, why not. Otherwise a flood of products, enough to satisfy everyone. The staff is very welcoming, helpful, with a touch of humor, so it doesn't hurt. Go to put a negative point otherwise the ankles will swell, the decoration of the cactus on the table, could do better🤣🤣🤣 lol We have to come back to Nancy at the end of February, it will be here for sure. Smiling and efficient welcome. Quiet room and comfortable bed (I don't think I've ever slept so well in a hotel). Pleasant dinner, for the simple but well-executed dishes at an affordable price, but also and above all for the service, both relaxed and attentive. I will come back with great pleasure. Very narrow shower door, difficult to get in and out and a lot of water flowing next to it. Very helpful, polite, welcoming and very responsive staff. There is no way to make a hot drink in the room.

Very clean hotel, both the corridors and the pleasantly heated room. I noticed that the brass nameplates are shiny and it's very classy! (I am a former polisher) Private parking easily accessible for cars and motorcycles. The welcome by the young hostess is impeccable, there is even an adorable cat who welcomes you to the parking lot with big hugs and purrs galore! Excellent feeling for this hotel. PS: The bedding is for me one of the best rarely found in a hotel.

We found the room to be tight very little room to move around the bed. It would have been nice to have the facility to make a cup of tea or coffee in the room but otherwise it was sufficient. The restaurant was closed on Sunday and we didnt take the breakfast.

The common areas and rooms are new. The decoration is sober and modern, with all the desired comfort: very good bedding, television, Wi-Fi, shelf for the suitcase, large tablet for an office corner, hair dryer in the bathroom. Easy access parking. The hotel is in a quiet location, close to the road but far enough away to have no noise pollution.

Very pleasant stay, nice reception, check out at 12pm and no chambermaid who always knocks nervously on the door beforehand or even just opens the door. Great breakfast buffet, something for everyone. Comfortable beds, quiet location, large parking lot, air conditioning can be turned off. Unfortunately the restaurant is closed at the weekend, so the only options nearby are Burger King or Ibis Restaurant, neither of which are exactly what you want to eat.

Great hotel, situated very close to the highway. Friendly staff, good room price and air conditioning in the rooms. Also nice that there is no noise from the outside, room is very quiet (both on the front as in the back). Bathroom is prefect but a bit narrow. I guess that can be expected for the price. The rooms and hotel are very clean. We used the hotel twice during our leisure trip, both on the outbound and on the inbound journey. The restaurant is closed on Saturdays/Sundays. Burger King is around the corner btw. And otherwise you can just go to downtown Nancy. All in all: Recommended.

Very conveniently located for our overnight stay to break road journey - only just off autoroute, but in very quiet zone. We chose a Logis because while we stayed during our journey home from holiday, good food makes it part of the holiday.

Friendly welcome and comfortable (upgraded) room. Room facilities and hotel wifi worked fine. (Tea or coffee making would have been nice.)

Hello, I spent one night in this hotel with my sister, we had a single bed that was much too small for adults, otherwise the room is very good and the large and complete breakfast was also very welcoming from the staff.

Rien à redire sur le personnel très professionnel et tres agréable , restaurant très bon . Les chambres sont par contre très mal insonorisé, et les dalle de douches exigu et peu pratique ( chaque douche le sol se retrouve trempé la pore de douche n étant pas fermé complètement.

Great hotel (where we have stayed before on transit holidays), too bad the restaurant was closed on Saturday. I was looking forward to the delicious sirloin steak they have there. Beds are separated from each other and sheets and duvet are, in my opinion, synthetic, so much too warm. The small bathroom gets soaking wet because the shower head is mounted on the wrong wall and the door does not close completely (half the door in width). Great breakfast. I think wine is expensive by French standards. 15 euro pichet white or pink. 0.5l and 9 euros for 0.25 l. I think it's too much for wine in pichet. In my experience, WiFi has been equally bad throughout France at hotels for years. So always your own WiFi.

Passing through Nancy, we were very well received. Hearty breakfast, very large choice of tea, jams, honey, etc. However, I have one remark, the bathroom is recently redone but the shower door is not practical and not waterproof, which is a shame.

A hotel where I will return to stay. The quality of the restaurant is exceptional and the staff pleasant. Everything is made on site including the desserts. The bread is baked in the kitchen and is crispy. In terms of accommodation, the little touches in the rooms, bottles of water and sweets are appreciated. Nothing to complain about in terms of the room.

Very pleasant stay. Since we have to find something to complain about, I only deplored the dim lighting of the bathroom mirror and an entrance that had barely come out of the negative cold and had lost its taste. The rest was perfect.
