A beautiful establishment! I had a wonderful time there. Everything was perfect, from the spa and pool to the tranquility of the accommodation and the quality of the food, for a superb stay. I recommend it and will return.

Very nice establishment, beautiful dining room, beautiful living room, beautiful collection of old Armagnac, but on the other hand room No. 2 is horrible, poor maintenance, parquet flooring that creaks along its entire length, the door handles need to be renewed, missing cleanliness plate, the handles go into the wood of the door - very poor lighting, not a single bulb lights up properly, the toilet door gets stuck!! a simple plane would be enough, the small pieces of furniture would need a little makeover, traces of glasses and bottles, the bed is 2x90 but the duvet remained at 140 cm, the metal of the "old" bed is pitted, there is not even a kettle or coffee maker (3 stars all the same), forgetting to refill the kleenex box, forgetting to replace the water bottle on the 2nd day. As for the catering: no real menu with specialties listed - only one classic menu at 37 euros and two menus at more than 50 euros. In addition, the 37 euro menu is the same all week!! In terms of quality of this menu: meat - filet migon, undercooked, sliced sauce!! Carrots barely cooked, in short, very disappointed with the services of such an establishment. Je vous remercie de votre retour sur votre séjour et suis désolée que la chambre n'est pas été à votre goût.
Après vérification je n'ai pas trouvé de demande de votre part concernant la vue sur le parc. Si cela avait été le cas, j'aurais pu vous préciser à l'avance que les chambres Classiques à 2 lits ont toutes vue sur le village.
Effectivement, nous n'avons pas de climatisation. Nous favorisons le rafraîchissement naturel des maisons anciennes. Cela est indiqué sur notre site.
Concernant les salles de bains, nous faisons des améliorations et travaux chaque année afin de répondre aux mieux à la demande de nos clients.
