Diner en ontbijt: beide miniem; een gepocheerd ei met flintertjes gerookte zalm als hoofdschotel iin halfpension !
Accueil et restauration très bien, P’tit bémol, bruit dans la chambre pendant la nuit à cause de la signalétique de sortie d’urgence situé vis-à-vis et en dessus de la porte de l’escalier.( sûrement bientôt remplacé) . Au p’tit déjeuner manque les œufs ou une omelette. À part ça , soirée étape correcte.

Second séjour et toujours au top. De l'accueil au restaurant en passant par le SPA rien à redire à part ne changer rien.
Je conseille vraiment ce restaurant qui est réellement délicieux. Le foie gras est d'une extrême finesse comme le reste d'ailleurs.

true to what I expected
Very nice experience. From reception to arrival until departure, everything was perfect. I have a respiratory problem so it's hard to go up the stairs and well within 2 minutes I had another room. Dinner at the restaurant is a pure delight and the staff are really top notch. As for the swimming pool and the SPA Very clean and very very quiet place. I really recommend this establishment. Thank you for everything.
Welcoming, warm and attentive staff. Restaurant offering refined dishes. Comfortable room but with 2 negative points: a lot of noise linked to the proximity of a road and a crossroads, lack of air conditioning even though it was very hot during our stay.
Outstanding value for money and service
Soundproofing of rooms to be improved, mainly for the doors of neighboring rooms which slam in the evening or morning, but otherwise very satisfactory stay.
Excellent stay overall, evening meals were particularly delicious and well trained staff. Swimming pool was wonderful, just right for dipping in to on a hot day. If there was just one fault, the breakfast buffet was under staffed, with just one member of staff to see to the needs of all the tables, and also restocking the buffet, which rapidly appeared empty. But this is the only slight issue we had, in an otherwise great stay.
I had a great time at the Auberge. Well located, quiet and relaxing. The staff is very caring and has helped me many times. I thank them again and would recommend this address with pleasure. The +: - The view - the comfort of the bedding - the well-designed shower room - the breakfast - the atmosphere and the charm of the place - the cleanliness - the swimming pool, the solarium and the jacuzzi - the friendliness of the staff - Good value for money - the little touches in the room. The -: - reinforce the display of the obligatory shower for the swimming pool. Some customers didn't seem to see it… - not a big fan of the decoration of the room which contrasts with a nice shower room and the quality of the television. - Being in the business myself, I have a little trouble conceiving that we can close for a day and not have someone at reception in the middle of the summer. Nevertheless, all information is available just in case. - the bathing area, although very functional, deserves a little refreshment.

The "special" dinner (Menu Lerchenbuehl 4 courses with matching wines) was not worth the money in my opinion. The rainbow trout on the menu was also replaced by salmon or arctic char, which we did not like at all. Little other choice on the menu for a "JRE chef."

- Positive points: Managers and staff welcoming, friendly, and attentive to customers. Quality and presentation of the dishes presented at meals undeniable. Tranquility of the place, parking. - Points to improve: Room, larger pillow, (provide extra in the room), ridiculous flat screen (computer screen), Wi-Fi connection to improve (not had in the hotel, but possible at the Pavilion), possibly add a small fridge.
Weniger gut: Im Zimmer gab es nur 1 Stuhl für 2 Personen. Im Badezimmer: zu wenig Ablageflächen und Aufhängemöglichkeiten (zum Beispiel für Waschlappen)
There were 2 wonderful days in the Ramstein. The food was excellent and the wine recommendations were just great. The staff and owners made every guest feel special. Only the carpet in the room was a problem, since my allergic reaction to it. Hence one star less for the accommodation. We will definitely come back. The price performance ratio is very good.
Pleasant hotel, with excellent gastronomy. Cozy, with indoor pool. The breakfast may be a little weak if we compare with the quality of the restoration, but the price is optimal for a half-board stay. Very nice, polite and helpful staff

Very disappointed with the services we received compared to what we saw on the booking platform! Correct room, large space but not studied for a couple... (I have never seen my husband so far from him, that is to say!!) Separate twin beds with 2 small duvets, TV badly located to enjoy it in a bed .. Correct bathroom, used toilet bowl however ... in short price a little high anyway in my opinion. We booked, my husband and I for the night, the meal and breakfast included ... meal tomato mozzarella , filet mignon and ice cream all this revisited. Price €56 per person excluding drinks, certainly good and well cooked, we see that the establishment has a chef who knows his job and a very professional service! In the morning, breakfast disappointing, lack of choice of product and no local produce ,that's a shame ! In short, value for money, I do not recommend, if you are looking for authenticity, go your way. Positive point the establishment has a swimming pool and a jacuzzi for the positive points if you have time to take advantage of it!
As a couple, we stayed at the Hotel Ramstein for 4 days and booked online. Everything worked smoothly, the staff and boss were all very friendly and helpful. The quality of the restaurant makes your stay even more enjoyable.

We spent a very relaxed weekend in a pleasant hotel, very well located in this very beautiful region. The staff is very helpful, impeccable cuisine and good quality comfort, a more than positive summary of this establishment. We will come back to it.

Very nice hotel surrounded by vineyards in a small Alsatian village with a view of the castle. Excellent cuisine and breakfast offering quality homemade products. Decoration of the room a bit old and "cold" but very clean. Very nice home . The points for improvement that I would suggest, a larger TV in the rooms which are spacious enough for it to be comfortable, I would have preferred to have 1 double bed rather than 2 single beds, plan in the future for parquet flooring instead of the carpet when work is carried out. I would definitely return to this hotel.
