Really disappointing, a poorly prepared and really expensive meal. We had a frozen dessert, ultimately very little truffle, cooking not respected. (Tournedo Rossini truffled at €66 for a small piece of tasteless truffle on top) At breakfast, we were sprayed with cillit bang by an employee who was cleaning the table next to us. In short, I do not recommend the accommodation or the restaurant at all. Very regretful to have spent €350 for two people for this poor quality of meal and reception. To be avoided

A very commercial team, very decent room and meals, a lot of noise in a room overlooking the street...
The property changed hands 4 months ago. The new owners are very friendly and helpful and are making a lot of effort. The aging hotel is currently being modernized step by step.
Hotel recently taken over by a new operator. Beautiful, very spacious and pleasant room. Excellent catering (with a varied variation of truffle dishes!) Breakfast a little disappointing (tables not set and buffet very cluttered and impractical). Welcoming and very friendly staff.

We had booked a so-called "SUITE" for 3 people at 143€ per night with, we thought, at least 2 beds but surprise there was a 160 bed but as a second bed a sofa that was transformed for us in bed 90!!! and the two suites were identical... As for breakfast, we were told that it was priced at €15 instead of €12 as indicated on the site... for an empty English breakfast buffet , bread and pastries among other things when we arrive!!! after our request, we were told that we had to wait because we had to reheat the bread, the small croissants and the small chocolatines!!! we think we're dreaming, 15€ for frozen food! but was the bakery closed??? Go on your way...or bring your breakfast and a bed!

We stopped by for an evening, and we were not disappointed. The room is clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. The bedding is comfortable. We had dinner: the menu is varied and the food is excellent. a big thank you to the whole team who welcomed us when we were alone in the hotel that evening.
Disappointing particularly in terms of the quality of the restaurant, bland dish, overcooked and breakfast, at 7:30 a.m., we had to wait for the bread to bake! empty jam jar, no more pastries, tables not set, straightened on a dirty table, and so on.
Too bad, the spa was broken!
Very warm welcome, value for money, spacious and comfortable rooms.
We were in a separate annex up 1 flight of stairs which suited us as we could sit outside and open our own wine and play cards. I could see that others would not like this. We checked in early with no problem booked for evening meal. There is nothing in the village except the Truffe museums which was closed as our stay was on a Sunday. The dinner in the restaurant was superb the sommelier was able to advice on wine to suit the meal and we had a lovely evening.
The room was twin beds made up together which I found slightly uncomfortable but my husband said he slept well. Good air conditioning in room if required.

A very pleasant four night stay. Correct and spacious room, excellent meal from starters to desserts, we were even able to taste the very last dessert offered, truly delicious tarte tatin... Very beautiful swimming pool, and a pleasant moment of relaxation to digest well... A truly superb stay for visit the region.

Change of room after one night because sanitary facilities are out of order, therefore moving to another suite but no compensation for this (free aperitif taken the day of our arrival for example, a gesture what!!! For 140€ per night. ......). In the new room, smaller but with a small living room, toilet sink broken down.... Breakfast from 8 to 10 a.m. at 12€ but at 9.15 a.m. no more fresh bread or brioche (explanation: it's the end Madam! !!). Search for this same person responsible for the morning for more than 5 minutes because no more coffee ("I would be surprised if there is no more coffee, I loaded it 30 minutes ago". Sorry Madam for bothering you to empty the machine), but also no more teaspoons, no more knives, no more oranges...... Thanks to the cleaning lady who intervened... When paying for our stay, Madame yawns, is mistaken in the account vacation tickets, .... we bored. Lamentable! Otherwise, the rest of the staff was friendly and professional (in the restaurant in particular).
We spent my son and I a very good stay in this hotel. Very good communication with everyone in the hotel. We had a small problem with air conditioning, but someone intervened to solve the problem. Nothing to say. We also ate very well at the truffle inn. really, we enjoyed ourselves.. We had you room number 20 which is a suite for three people with a very large balcony Perhaps an improved weight breakfast, have a closer frequency of filling, dishes and clearance wise of the room, but it remains a note of improvement I highly recommend this establishment, and if the opportunity arises, I will return
Excellent restaurant, however the price difference between the menus at 41€ and 54€ seems unjustified to me. A good point for the originality of the dishes! On the hotel side, nothing to complain about!
Great welcome. Friendliness also when leaving. Very nice waitress at dinner. Nice room and nice shower cubicle. Good meal . I really liked the floating island with truffles. A plus: the possibility of squeezing your oranges for breakfast.

Really an address to keep. The bed is amazing with huge pillows like I've never seen anywhere else. A great comfort with a very nice bathroom, and a meal, in the evening, really delicious. Excellent cuisine! Really what a pity that all the rooms are not in the same building!
We chose this hotel for several reasons, location, price, restaurant. The room was quiet. Restaurant was a bit pricey, though starters and desserts were great. Breakfast lovely, fresh croissants and freshly squeezed oj! Would recommend.
