je ne savais a quoi m'attendre, j'ai été très agréablement surpris. Le tarif de 65€ est sous côté. très belle chambre, très bon accueil à l'anglaise. Excellent repas dans 1 joli cadre.

Réservation via booking.com pour une nuit 2 adultes avec 2 enfants en transit, mention "ne sais pas" quant à l'horaire d'arrivée
Sans plus de nouvelles, appel effectué à l'hôtelier en fin d'après-midi pour préciser l'horaire d'arrivée étant à 1h30 de l'hôtel (vulcania)
Ayant été retardés indépendamment de notre volonté, (impossible de quitter le parc avant la fin du spectacle que s'est terminé avec une demi-heure de retard sur l'heure annoncée sur le dépliant du parc) appel à l'hôtelier pour s'excuser du contre temps et du retard induit, réponse de l'hôtelier : CE N'EST PAS LA PEINE DE VENIR JE NE VOUS OUVRIRAI PAS !!!
Sur ce l'hôtelier nous raccroche au nez !!!
Rappel à l'hôtelier à plusieurs reprises pour tenter de s'expliquer mais toute discussion est demeurée impossible
Résultat :
Une famille de 4 personnes sans hébergement en pleine nuit
Et un hôtelier qui prétexte de travailler 17h par jour
Sachez Monsieur L'hôtelier que je travaille toute l'année plus que 17h par jour et même 24h sans dormir tout en restant disponible pour les personnes pour qui je travaille. Il ne me viendrais jamais à l'esprit de justifier d'un manque de sommeil pour me défiler de ma tâche, cette attitude est indécente.
En plus de ne pas respecter vos clients, Monsieur L'hôtelier, vous avais été à l'origine de sérieux problème et vous nous avez mis dans un énorme pétrin
Incomprehension et expérience traumatisante pour les enfants, indigne d'un logis qui se pretant "qualité
tourisme", référencé Logis International et sur le site d'Argentat
Nota Le coût de la réservation à été débitée le jour même
Après cette expérience trajmatisante nous restons dans l'attente du remboursement par l'hôtelier, par la chaîne Logis, ou par Booking.com de la somme indûment prélevée.

Accueil sympathique, Hotel attachant mais les chambres donnant sur la nationale sont à proscrire car dans mon cas la nuit aura été rytmée par le bruit des camions et voitures qui passent à moins de 2 mètres , Je recommande l'hotel à condition de demander une chambre coté jardin
