Très agréable séjour
Hôtel bien situé avec une belle décoration et au calme Un bémol sur la salle de bain qui est vraiment petite et la qualité de la literie.
Le restaurant est très bien
Nous avons passé une nuit à l'hôtel avec petit déjeuner et diner au restaurant le soir. Le personnel est très agréable et accueillant. Concernant le restaurant vraiment un sans faute sur tout les points. La carte est vraiment variées et l'ensemble des plats proposés font envies. Nous nous sommes régalés. Concernant les chambres, rapport qualité prix très correct. Dans le forfait, nous avions accès à la piscine de l'hôtel. Petit remarque concernant celle-ci, l'eau aurait pu être un peu plus chaude à mon goût, mais cela nous a pas empêcher de passer un bon moment. Le cadre est très sympa avec leur jolie plafond en trompe l'œil.
Pour ce qui est du petit déjeuner, vraiment rien à redire: du choix et de la qualité. Il y en a pour tout les goûts et chacun peut y trouver son bonheur.
Pour conclure, c'était une belle découverte en rapport avec le prix des prestations. Un gros coup de cœur sur le restaurant, qui est un vrai plus pour l'hôtel.

Good hotel-restaurant. Good restaurant, easy to find, large parking lot, nice swimming pool (too bad I didn't have the time to try it), excellent bedding... Too bad I had the attic room, not practical for adults, knocked twice... Alas, one more bathroom with walk-in shower, so open shower, very cold in autumn winter and therefore "pool" in the bathroom at the end of the shower, with water everywhere, really not practical, stupid fashion that some hoteliers follow without thinking. Corrective action !!!
For the first time in this Hotel and everything was great, the 2nd evening we ate in the restaurant and our waitress was Gigi (Angélique) who is very attentive and who really gave us a Great Service, we will in any case return to you and recommend this Hotel, Thank you for everything

sorry but welcome.. Accommodation 2nd floor average small room. Noseful smell in the morning at breakfast. For 120 € often traveling to France, I'm a little disappointed. I don't rate the restaurant, we didn't have dinner there.... When you book through the site I think you have unrenovated rooms... Overall quiet...ok cleanliness. ...But I won't go back.

Beautiful place, very good quality catering BUT the room was a real cooler, no more than 14° is not acceptable. I reported in the evening that there was no heating and that the window was not insulated at all and that the air passed on each side and also the roller shutter was blocked so it was not possible to lower it to keep some heat inside. No one intervened in the evening and in the morning the temperature in the bedroom and the rental room was 14° because the electric heating in the bathroom was off and it was not possible to turn it on!! Too bad otherwise the room is pretty.
We slept very badly. Apparently the room is above the laundromat and the machines were running until very late at night. Then there is work outside and the workers at 7:30 in the morning talk very loudly and listen nostalgia thoroughly!!!! Conclusion a hotel where you do not sleep I let you be the judge…
Overall the hotel is a good value for money decent breakfast. The only downside is that I carry an electric vehicle and that I stayed connected for exactly 15 minutes when I arrived to see if the prizes were working correctly... and I was charged 15€ (because it's a day pass knowing that the night is charged 25€) in short, for hotels of equal and even very superior quality, reloading is free... the pill 💊 went badly on this point... afterwards for future trips to Vittel I will take another hotel... I have nothing against paying when justified but this is really a scam €15 for two kilometers 😂😂

A great discovery after nearly 10 years of staying at the Mercure (Casino) from time to time. Only one downside: the noise heard during the night from 4 to 5/07 around 1:30 - 2:00 in the morning from my room (106). It seemed to come from kitchens or technical rooms where metal trolleys were pulled without worrying about the sleep of customers... Bathroom a bit narrow but sufficient when traveling alone.
NOT PLEASANT STAFF WE ARRIVE AT 2:00 P.M. WE IMMEDIATELY SAID MORE ROOM FOR RESTAURANTS AND WE WERE GIVED A SHEET WITH SEVERAL RESTAURANTS WHERE THERE WERE A LOT CLOSED THE ROOM WAS NOT THE ROOM WHICH WAS NOT THE ONE WE SHOULD HAVE AND IN MORE FULL OF TOILLE D AREIGNER AND MOSQUITO IN THE ROOM AND MORE PEOPLE ARE NOT GENE TO GO AROUND FOR THE POOL HE PASS THROUGH THE LAWN AND LOOK EACH TIME IN THE ROOM
I arrived late (after 11pm). They were very flexible in accepting the cancellation of my reservation at the restaurant and in preparing a varied and hearty meal tray for me when I arrived. The rest was in their image: very good

Expensive and disappointing. The quality is never there, whether it's the outdated room, worn curtains, very very calcified Italian shower, cold and inappropriate lighting, without charm…. The restaurant has its surprises in store, chocolate dessert served at -25, raw from the freezer, and disparaging remark from the butler who offers the miracle cure of Uskvarna (chainsaw in Vosges…) without removing the dish or offering to replace it. Spa equipment broken down, all paying and optional… Good for once, establishment that is dated, essential boost at all levels. Thank you goodbye !!!

Warm and professional welcome and staff. However, we had gone as a couple to mainly take advantage of the swimming pool, which turned out to be very cold. We couldn't take advantage of it. Regarding the rooms, they are spacious and pleasant and the staff is very nice.
very warm welcome from the staff but not at all from the manager who has no place in this establishment. No hello or good evening NO friendliness the staff at the top, the massages of nimble fingers, the very friendly cleaning staff listens of the customer and impeccable cleanliness. Very nice restaurant, service too fast, the accompaniments not very coherent, too many staff serving the table, we had no time to drink our quiet aperitif we had to ask to take a break between dishes. it's still correct, I think the chef should take cooking lessons, the swimming pool is on top, the breakfast is correct, the young woman is very nice and friendly. Very good bedding but mini TV for people like me who can't see well from afar! We will only come back for the staff hoping for a change
A beautiful hotel, a pity that the maintenance of this one is not well done. (coating on the ceiling which is crumbling, HS light bulbs, broken shower head holder,...) Otherwise a very good stay and good service
Very welcoming and caring staff. But very disappointed by the quality of the restaurant because I ate uncooked fish (for the price it's a shame) and small flats on the cold swimming pool as well as the network which does not pass (but that is not their fault). But the set is not worth the price.

Had taken 2 hours of spa but this one does not turn out to be practical because once there you cannot come out to go to the swimming pool and normally in a spa bathrobe and slippers are provided. Here only a towel and slippers paying 3€ and no choice to take them since you have to have sandals to circulate in the spa
The room is very nice and well appointed but as soon as you open the window, you smell a bad smell. We ate at the restaurant: the foie gras was really overcooked and we were infested with flies throughout the meal! One even died drowned in our bottle of wine! We had never seen so many flies in a restaurant (idem at the swimming pool, at the bar…).

Arrival in our standard room, sorry because no air conditioning or fridge in the room. Change of room, superior category, air conditioning ok but no fridge in the room. At the reception we are told that no room in the hotel has a fridge. Apart from that after the change of room, everything is ok and dinner at the hotel with honors.
they do not accept 'foreign' (= not french) creditcards through the net. So you cannot book through bookings because you get the message that your credit card is not valid. This is not true bit the card is refused by the site of the hotel because it is foreign and e 2d authentification is needed, which you cannot give through Booking

False advertising It says Spa hotel but the spa is outside the hotel and you have to pay 25 euros extra per person
There was one major negative point that overshadowed the stay: we checked in at around 4:30pm and were told that the restaurant was already fully booked. We would have expected a separate message. We were referred to the general information message that we received after booking via booking.com. Of course, this info mail ALWAYS states that you can reserve the restaurant. We suggested all possible alternatives: they could give us a message when the first guests left their table and we would eat something like that later. We also offered to eat outside on the terrace or to choose a dish from the menu in the afternoon and then pick it up ourselves and eat it in the room or on the balcony. Allegedly, none of these proposals are feasible. No effort was made to find a solution. So after a whole day on the motorway we had to drive off again to look for a restaurant in the next town. When we returned to the hotel at 8:30pm, THREE tables in the restaurant were unoccupied!!!

Hôtel très bien placé depuis l'autoroute et proche de Vittel. Très confortable dans son ensemble. Restaurant de très bon niveau. Je n'ai malheureusement pas eu le temps de tester la piscine.
