Advance payment : Your reservation is confirmed only upon payment by credit card, with a 30% deposit charged. The balance is payable on arrival, except in cases of late cancellation or no-show. Contact us if you wish to arrange your stay yourself.
ARRIVAL: Reservations are held until 6:00 PM. Please notify us if you plan to arrive after 10:00 PM. Rooms are available from 3:00 PM and must be vacated by 12:00 PM on the day of departure.
RESTAURANT LES TROIS ROCHERS (open from late March to early November and from Monday, December 28, 2026 to Saturday, January 2, 2027 with a set menu): Advance booking is required: 2 to 3 weeks prior. We cannot guarantee table availability during your stay. Reservations for 2027 will open in February.
PETS: Dogs only. Only one dog per room (cottages or sea-view terraces only), and dogs must be kept on a leash within the hotel and garden. No pets allowed in the restaurant or at breakfast. A fee of €17 per night will be charged for dog accommodation, plus any damage.
TOBACCO: The establishment is non-smoking. A charge of at least 50% of the room rate will be applied if a tobacco odor is detected.
PARKING: Free: 1 parking space per room, 2 freely accessible charging stations (not reservable). Management accepts no responsibility for theft or damage.
WATER BOTTLE: Reusable glass bottle with a deposit. No refund will be given for bottled water; to limit environmental impact.
Non-refundable your reservation is out of time for a free cancellation : *Cancellation of a stay of 6 nights or less and/or 4 rooms or less: the deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 3 full days before the arrival date. Beyond that, the nights will be charged.
Examples:
*For an arrival on the 22nd, I call on the 18th before 10 PM, the last possible day.
*For an arrival on the 22nd, if I call on the 19th it is too late; there is a penalty of 1 night.
If I call on the 20th, there is a penalty of 2 nights.
*Cancellation of a stay of more than 6 nights and/or more than 4 rooms: the deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days before the arrival date. It will be held for 6 months for a future stay if the cancellation is made between 7 and 3 days before the arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled less than 3 full days before the arrival date, the nights will be charged.
*In case of no-show, same-day cancellation, late arrival, or early departure, the client agrees to be charged the full amount of the initial stay to the credit card provided as a guarantee.
