Advance payment : Booking conditions: As a guarantee, a 30% deposit will be charged to your credit card. Please notify the hotel if you will be arriving after 6:30 PM. The balance of your stay is payable on arrival.
Check-in: 3:30 PM - 10:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM. Please collect your key before 10:00 PM. The hotel will pre-authorize the balance of your stay on your credit card two days prior to arrival. Packages (half-board, themed stays in the gift box shop) are all-inclusive offers: unused services are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and/or cannot be split. There are no credit notes or refunds for unused meals.
Special provisions for family rooms/suites:
Billing is always based on the actual number of occupants at the time of departure.
Extra beds for children/teenagers aged 3 to 18 are charged at €29 per bed per night and are added to the base room rate for two people.
Baby cots are provided free of charge, subject to availability, for infants up to 2 years old. For children over 2 years old, an extra bed is available for a fee. Proof of age for children/teenagers must be provided at reception upon arrival. The maximum occupancy of each room must not be exceeded, and guests must inform reception of the number of occupants per night. Details of additional services available for a fee are available at the hotel reception. Any stay commenced is payable in full.
Pets are not allowed in the restaurant. In the event of a hotel reservation cancellation due to non-compliance with this policy, the cancellation will be considered the responsibility of the guest and will not entitle them to any refund or credit.
Cancellation conditions : Cancellation Policy: For reservations made via our website www.hotel-abbaye-jura.com, cancellations must be made online (cancellation link in your email confirmation) to be processed by our system.
Cancellation without additional charges:
- 3 days before arrival on weekdays and during the low season
- 8 days before arrival on weekends, school holidays, public holidays, and during the high season (High season: school holidays + the period from May 1st to September 30th).
The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Late cancellation fees:
- For stays of 3 nights or less, the cost of the first night will be charged.
- For stays of more than 3 nights, the cost of the first two nights will be charged.
No-show fee: the full amount of the stay.
Any change to your reservation (postponement or rescheduling) is considered a partial cancellation of the reservation. Any stay that has commenced is payable in full. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal data by contacting info@hotel-abbaye-jura.com.
Customers are reminded, in accordance with Article L. 121-21-8 12° of the French Consumer Code, that they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 121-21 of the French Consumer Code. The Terms and Conditions of Sale for the reserved rate specify the cancellation and/or modification procedures.
A processing fee of €15, plus bank commission fees (0.3% to 1.8% depending on the card, of the deposit/down payment taken at the time of booking), will be deducted from any refund.
If dates are changed after our agreement and confirmation, for the same room category and subject to availability, an additional fee of 25% of the total stay will be applied during peak season.
Refunds for bookings paid remotely by credit card are processed 4 weeks after the card is debited to prevent fraud and chargebacks.
