Prices include services and VAT, but exclude tourist taxes.
Payment methods accepted: Credit card, Visa card, Mastercard, American Express, Holiday vouchers (up to 50% of the total stay), and cash.
Invoices are in euros.
RESERVATION
Prices are per night per room, excluding breakfast.
To confirm a reservation, a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total amount of the stay must be paid, along with credit card details.
The transmission of bank card details is considered a direct debit authorization.
Customers accept the General Conditions of Sale by making a reservation, regardless of the medium.
A credit card number and collection of the 50% deposit are required to confirm the reservation.
Two types of rates: flexible with defined cancellation and modification conditions, and non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-modifiable with full payment upon reservation.
PROVISION OF ROOMS
Rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated no later than 12 p.m. on the day of departure.
Late check-out is possible until 1:30 p.m. depending on availability and charged ?15 per room.
Any excess after 1:30 p.m. will result in an additional night's billing.
Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms and areas.
Ashtrays are available on balconies or terraces for smokers.
A cleaning fee will be charged to the guest who smokes in the room.
Any damage or loss of items in the room will result in a charge to the customer's bank card.
Failure to comply with the internal regulations may result in expulsion without reimbursement.
RESERVATION MODIFICATION
Reservation changes are possible at no additional cost up to 5 days before the date of stay, subject to availability.
Rates may vary depending on the season after the modification.
If modification is not possible, the customer must respect the original reservation or submit to the cancellation conditions.
FORGOTTEN BUSINESS
Forgotten items will be kept for a maximum of one year.
Returning items by package or mail requires tracking and shipping costs paid by the customer.
NO PETS ALLOWED
Animals (even small ones) are not allowed.
BREACH OF CONDITIONS
Failure to comply with the conditions may result in the client's expulsion without compensation.
These general conditions define the terms of stay, payment, reservation, and the rules to follow in the establishment. Guests should read them carefully before booking a stay.
Non-refundable your reservation is out of time for a free cancellation : RESERVATION CANCELLATION
Any cancellation, even partial, must be made in writing. Cancellations by telephone will not be taken into account.
Cancellation conditions depending on the time before arrival:
* More than 15 days before arrival: No reservation fees, and the deposit will be refunded.
* From 15 days to 3 days before arrival: The deposit will be converted into a credit (valid for 12 months) for a subsequent stay.
* Less than 3 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount of the stay will be retained as a cancellation fee.
EARLY DEPARTURE
In the event of early departure, the remaining nights remain the responsibility of the customer, and any stay started is fully charged.
NO SHOW
In the event of a no-show, the total amount of the stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.
COMPLAINTS
Any dispute or complaint will only be taken into account if it is made in writing and sent by registered mail to the establishment (Oustau Camarguen) within a maximum period of 8 days after the client's departure.
