Literie très confortable. J'encourage le patron a améliorer son établissement : Chambre vétuste : le radiateur fuit sur la moquette (ne pas marcher en chaussettes), pas de véritable porte pour isoler les WC de la chambre (porte plastique accordéon coulissante), table trop étroite pour y travailler. Aucune isolation phonique avec les chambres voisines (l'impression que quelqu'un utilise votre sdb, réveil avec les voisins). Problème de tuyauteries dans la salle de bain (cela est récurrent d'après d'autres commentaires) : bruit important de mauvais écoulement de l'eau lorsque la chambre voisine utilise sa sdb, robinet du lavabo crache, la baignoire met plusieurs minutes à écouler l'eau. Isolation phonique vis à vis de l'extérieur non testée car pluie abondante. Odeur nauséabonde dans le couloir d'accès à la chambre. Malgré tout (car ce ne sont que des critiques d'habitant de pays riche), l'accueil est cordial et le tarif est faible, si ce n'était l'odeur nauséabonde du couloir le rapport qualité-prix serait correct.

Ho prenotato l'albergo l'11/7 con relativa mail di conferma da parte delle struttura. Il 20/7 ci rechiamo verso la struttura che è CHIUSA. Non siamo stati avvertiti né via telefono, né via mail. Chiamiamo il servizio clienti che ci dice di trovarci un'altra sistemazione, alle nostre rimostranze ci propone due soluzioni alternative non in linea con il tipo di prenotazione che avevamo fatto, hanno fatto una semplice ricerca sul web come potevamo farla noi senza garantirci le stesse condizioni che avevamo prenotato noi. Conclusione: vacanza rovinata da un albergatore che non si è preso il minimo scrupolo di avvertire chi aveva prenotato (ha solo messo un messaggio in segreteria, se qualcuno provava a telefonare alla struttura) e da un servizio clienti che non si è minimamente preoccupato di dare un supporto adeguato. Sicuramente non consiglio, anzi lo sconsiglio proprio.

La formule étape est d'un bon rapport qualité-prix. Le petit déjeuner (servi à table) ainsi que le diner sont très bons. La chambre était très propre mais la décoration est un peu vieillotte et il manque la climatisation.
