We had a great time at this hotel and restaurant. There were some shortages in the drinks section, but we understand, as the restaurant is closed from November to April.
Renovated hotel with spacious rooms.
We arrived at 9:10 PM in mid-August, and the restaurant had closed. We had called ahead of time at 8:30 AM to let them know we would be arriving at that time and asked if it was possible to order dinner to be delivered to the room. The response was negative. When we asked about a nearby restaurant for dinner, the manager ignored us, telling us there was a Burger King in Clermont (20 minutes away). He also refused to let us use the bar's microwave so we could heat milk for our daughters. He was also annoyed that we had arrived later than 9:00 AM, closing time, even though the Booking.com ad indicated that check-in was until 11:30 PM. We were traveling in Switzerland, where punctuality is the norm, and we haven't had any problems. In an area so far from the city and restaurants, I think it's essential that the hotel offer these services within reasonably long hours (9:00 p.m. in mid-August is certainly not an unwelcome hour). On the other hand, the hotel isn't anything special. It's next to an industrial park, the rooms overlook the parking lot, and it's noticeably poorly maintained (in Room 5, where we stayed, the floor creaked and the sofa was broken). I don't understand the Booking.com reviews, which, in my opinion, don't reflect the hotel's reality. Breakfast wasn't bad, but again, the manager was very unfriendly. He told us that breakfast was from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. and that we had to arrive before 9:30 a.m. if we wanted breakfast.

Motel style on the edge of a major national road. Room with access from the outside and located on the floor accessible by stairs only. No assistance offered for luggage unlike other "LOGIS". Room without a window with no visibility to the outside except through an inaccessible skylight. Very average bedding and soft "low-end" pillows. Unsecured parking. Restaurant toilets: the two taps on each sink are completely broken. Does not meet the "LOGIS" standards expected compared to other establishments in the Hotel Chain.
The young staff is very helpful and motivated. The room was large, spacious and clean. The hotel is very well located for hiking in the Puy de Dôme. The food is good quality. Just one negative point. If you stay several nights, which was our case, the dishes are always the same. But the location of the hotel is dismal. Do not look out the window.

Very disappointing stay: the price paid (113€) does not correspond at all to what one would expect. The establishment is located in a no man's land, near a roundabout and a major road that could be suitable for a low-end hotel. The small window located in a "dog sitting" of the roof offers the view of the busy road and the nearby industrial zone, while we are in a magnificent rural area a few kilometers away! On the website, the spa is highlighted, but not available without prior reservation and how does it work without any staff present from 5:55 p.m. (reception closed!). The room located under the roof seems spacious but the walls and partitions are vertical only up to 1m from the ground (like in an attic with also vertical beams), which on the one hand reduces it by 50%, on the other hand prevents sitting in the bed or hinders sitting on the bench, and even to stand up while taking a shower! The television only worked on channel 26, and there was no sign in the room with telephone numbers to contact staff or obtain a contact. You will therefore understand our disappointment, our refusal to have breakfast under these conditions, and our feeling of having been deceived. Everything was perfect, the only downside was that there was no one there either at check-in or check-out. The owner of the establishment was able to guide us over the phone, telling us where to find the keys and where to return them, as well as a good takeaway restaurant.

I am very disappointed by the 2 nights spent in this hotel. I chose it because my client had recommended it to me, I regret it very much. It was very cold, damp and rainy, to access the rooms you have to cross the terrace and take the wooden staircase, a real ice rink. The reception is almost non-existent. The restaurant is closed so not practical at all. And the best part!! to end these 2 days, when you go down in the morning at 7:45 to have breakfast and you are told that it is too late because everything is already collected, not even able to offer at least a coffee. Pffffffffffffff !!!!! The day starts very badly. In conclusion I do not recommend this hotel at all, the manager should make a conversion because this job is not at all made for him.
The hotel restaurant was closed. I received the information a week before my arrival and of course after booking with my bank imprint.
Very nice room, spacious with good bedding. The only downside is the corner bathtub in an attic room and no shower curtain. In addition, in the bathroom there is no heating, only a towel dryer. In winter it is limited. But I still recommend this hotel because the room was clean and well equipped.

I was very disappointed with the service as a whole. For a stopover price of 123 euros, compared to many other hotel accommodations I go to, there is a lack of service, cleanliness outside, little or no maintenance. To access my room, you walk on damaged wooden slats, it is. Dangerous. The room as a whole is pretty but the first thing I do when I enter is get rid of a woodlouse. Really disappointed. Despite the efforts of the young manager, this hotel does not meet the expected services for a 3-star establishment. The quality of the room and especially the dilapidated state of the bed, the very bad smell did not allow us to have a great experience as a customer. We question the cuisine highlighted for its local products but very poorly prepared. The manager is clearly offended by our remarks to lock himself in a negative attitude and justify not having asked him when it is normal to expect a service that lives up to expectations without having to systematically complain.

Lack of air conditioning for summer, staircase and exterior corridor for access to rooms in poor condition. No mosquito net. Difficult to open front door. But the welcome was very friendly.

The breakfast was a typical french one. Some teally good cheeses, some really good ham, yoghurt, äggs, scrambled eggs and more. We liked it a lot.

Have a good stay. The only downside is the time to get hot water in bedroom 1.
The triple room is great for a family, plus we came with our dog so everyone was happy. The “multitasking” young man on our first evening was really very professional. He was helped the next day by a nice young man too. The bedding can be a little hard. We will come back with pleasure.
