grandmother settled in this small Normandy town. Then, her son Didier and daughter-in-law Annie took over in 1981 and since 2011, their two children, Sandrine and Maxime Excellent.
Now holder of the Maitre Restaurateur status, it was only a formality. Indeed, grandmother "Sophie" had a farm next to her hotel restaurant and the milk from the morning milking was used in the restaurant... The DNA of this establishment is therefore naturally home-made and/or local products!
The restaurant rooms, the kitchen and the back of the shop were completely modernised in 2011. The hotel was completely renovated in January 2023.
