Old hotel, the room is spacious but in its own juice, restaurant not worthy of a 4-star hotel, buffet not very appetizing and average dishes. The only two positive points: the staff is friendly and the proximity to the highway.

Hotel very easy to access unfortunately the proximity of the highway generates a lot of noise, hotel for getting up early.

Hello, Abusive billing of this reservation is inadmissible. It's not worth highlighting a welcome for professionals and charging a high price when you cancel before 12 noon the day before. (Many hotels practice 6 p.m. on the same day) I have stayed at least once a month in your hotel since the beginning of the year, I would have found it commercial not to charge this cancellation for professional reasons independent of my will. You can count on me to give you good publicity in my pro personal contacts and on social networks.

I haven't stayed at this hotel for a few years now. In the meantime the mattresses have been renewed, very good! Continues to be a very good restaurant with extremely helpful staff. Arrived shortly before 10 p.m., but they "conjured up" a delicious dinner for me.

Very good staff, clean hotel but a bit dated.

Thé room was not very clean, moisture around the bath and bad joints around the floor of the wc.
The bed though was good, but the room too expensive for the low standing.

Good welcome, easy access but old-fashioned hotel. Badly soundproofed room and bathroom deserve a refresh. The breakfast is very far from the standards of a 4* hotel, few choices and only one person at 7:15 in the morning to put the tables in order when there was a big seminar. The midday and evening meal formula also deserves something more advanced at the height of a 4* hotel

Dear Sir or Madam, I have stayed at your hotel many times and I always think it will eventually get better. But unfortunately I am always disappointed. The fact that your hotel is no longer the most modern is not the problem, unfortunately there is a lack of hygiene and cleanliness. I am very critical of the equipment in the bathroom! Mold on the joints of the bathtub, calcified fittings, etc. Now on my last visit on December 20th, 2022 I couldn't believe my eyes! I was in the bathroom to take a shower when I realized the tub was full of dirt and hair. I've never seen anything like it. I then got dressed again to make my displeasure known at the reception. Your employee looked at the room and the bathroom and then gave me another room. While not more than reasonable, I've been out all day and arrive at the hotel room at 10pm looking forward to a shower and a decent bed. And then all this hassle, packing your bags and changing rooms. When I asked if I could get a free breakfast or coffee as a small excuse, your employee didn't answer me. According to the motto you got a different room!!!!! I would be happy to send you the corresponding pictures by e-mail if you wish.

Located very close to A42, it is a convenient place to stay for people "on the move". The hotel itself is dated, and for some reason the check-in area and the corridors had an unpleasant smell of sewage. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. But as well here the wear and age is visible. For one night it really doesn't matter.
The restaurant is like a "time machine", bringing you back in time to the '80s. But the food is deasant, but prices are on the high side compared with the quality. The staff is very nice and service minded.

Very well placed. Very nice home. Small flat in the bathroom of the room we occupied (enamel of the toilets very damaged) and the bathtub/shower which squeaks as soon as you move; nothing very "serious" but it affects the quality of the whole.

At the time of payment I presented my ETIk card The person certified me that the card would be taken into account But to date nothing, it is not the 5€ but I like proud confidence and there I was disappointed

Very good hotel. Quiet, very clean, nice welcome. Only downside 25 degrees in the room, no air conditioning. Otherwise, we will definitely come back.

Very good, only missing a kettle in the room with tea & coffee. A bit old but well maintained.

The only downside is that I could hear cars going through the highway toll station stuck to the hotel especially since I was on the 4th floor.

Factor in the cost of air conditioning on demand into the cost of a room. I am tired of European Hotels thinking this is still the 20th century and you cool a room by opening the windows. Climate change is real and Europe is warmer now than before. Customers want a good nights sleep and that won't happen with 22C rooms and duvets.

Old-fashioned hotel, which owes its stars only to the large volume of rooms. Parking is a plus. On the other hand, the rest does not correspond, door not insulated, windows idem, old-fashioned decoration, seals that are packing up... no coffee maker, but bottle of water and drink distributed in the hall May be a "Booking" room that does not don't reflect others...

The rooms are large and the bedding is of very good quality, however we can see that it is a very old hotel which has not been brought up to date. The carpet smells of cigarettes, the rooms are overrun with bedbugs, the air conditioning blows hot even when the temperature is turned down. The hotel is correct but too expensive for the service offered.

The hotel is fine for one night, only the price is too high. The hotel and especially the room are getting old. The location is the only positive as the hotel is right off the freeway. Not recommended for several nights.

Very well suited as a stopover, spacious rooms, a bit old, small renovation work to modernize would be recommended. good value for money

very dirty hotel, spiders in the room and cockroaches in the breakfast room. Poor food

Dirty, room had not been cleaned. Toilet was dirty with excrement in it.
Breakfast was so poor. Stale produce, cold scrambled eggs that had been left and not replenished. Breakfast room was dirty.
Vending machines were broken.
Air conditioning did not work, room was very cold.
Woken at 6am by the fire alarm and told someone had burnt toast.
Having read reviews on booking.com, this seems to be a common thing that happens, not just the night we stayed.
We booked it as it does have 24hr reception, close to motorways and has private parking.

If you like cockroaches...

Quick stay on our way to The south! Very Nice hotel, cleen, and nice!

Hemos hecho parada en this Hotel en dirección Alemania. El recibimiento y el servicio nos ha satisfecho por completo. El hotel y sobre todo la habitacion es grande. Hemos dormido bien, a pesar de que hasta pasar las 12h de la noche, se escuchaban como corrían los niños de la habitacion encima nuestro. La habitacion estaba limpia. Lamentablemente está el hotel un poco pasado de moda y necesita una buena renovación. No cenamos menu, si no a la carta, los precios son moderados. Los camareros se esforzaron en entendernos y nos dieron recommended. En ese aspecto muy bien. El desayuno no me gusto. De embutido solo había jamón dulce, los huevos rellenos no se podían comer, los panecillos se acabaron de enseguida. El agua sin gas y la leche fue muy tarde repuesta. En un termo ponía leche y era agua caliente. Por lo demás todo bien: te, café, zumos, yogures, croisanes, pan cakes, ...etc. . El aparcamiento está delante del hotel. The check in and check out funcionó perfectamente sin problema alguno, a pesar de que no hablamos francés y poco inglés. Para muy positive es el bar, el billiards y la mesa de pimpom. Mi marido y mi hija de 7 años desean volver. Por lo tanto en resumen un hotel recommendable si no importa la nostalgia de los anos 70-80.

Idéalement situé pour aller voir un concert au Stade Groupama de Lyon. Le personnel était très sympathique et disponible. Là parking privé est assez grand. Réservation pour 3 personnes, un lit plus un canapé convertible, qui m’a effrayé quand je suis arrivé, car très près du sol, mais réellement très confortable et sans problème pour s’en extraire 😁😁 . Si je retourne à Lyon, j’y retourne sans problème…

I booked for a Double Room with sofa but they don't put me this option. The people in the hotel don't speak any English :(.

No air conditioning, forced to sleep (finally trying) with the window open (100m from a very busy highway!) Decoration from another time. The 4 Logis stars are surprising.

Hotel ideally located for a return trip from the south to the east of France, not far from the Grand Parc Miribel Jonage and gas station nearby. Pleasant staff, comfortable room and well-stocked breakfast buffet.

Easy to find from the main roads so, well positioned. Plenty of parking too.
Unfortunately we ate in the hotel restaurant & I ended up with food poisoning. Not a great start to our holiday.

Dinner very expensive value for money, rooms without air conditioning

The rooms are a little dated but the staff are very welcoming, the beds are comfortable, the restaurant was excellent and the location is superb as just off the motorway.

We spent one night there. Pleasant and attentive staff. Very clean hotel and rich and varied breakfast. Car park. The staff provided us with a bed for our baby. Super location (at the exit of the highway) for our transition to the south without making a detour! I recommend!

Aging general condition. There were 4 of us, I had run out of shower gel to shower... It's not a 4-star level, after considering the price, the quality/price ratio remains correct except for a small infusion... 3 euros the infusion...?

Staff are wonderful and very welcoming.
The hotel is a very convenient stop en route to the Alps. But the bedrooms are very outdated and poor.

Very friendly and courteous staff but the hotel is very disappointing. A decoration from another time, not very welcoming, worn out infrastructure. The breakfast is atrocious. Non-existent staff, very little choice, lack of quantity and quality. Lack of cleanliness of the fridges, the contact areas are not cleaned (fridge handles etc), no utensils to serve (customers must serve with their fingers), barrier gestures not respected...

Room 302. The hair dryer is broken. The dustbin in the bathroom was still containing a mask and the coffee cup from the previous occupants.
For a 4 star hotel, this is not at the level
We can argue about Covid but not in this case when even with a reduced team there was only 4 to 5 rooms booked

Hôtel décevant, mouches dans la chambre pendant deux jours d'hébergement, lavabo bouché, ascenseur en panne et petit déjeuner un peu cher.

Le vrai luxe est le silence! Avoir une chambre avec une bonne insonorisation est agréable, (permet un repos réparateur) d’autant plus lorsque l’hôtel est à proximité de l’autoroute!!!
Sinon , hôtel ayant besoin de rénovation : salle de bain, vitrage… pour le prix , j’ai été déçue . Cependant le personnel est très agréable et disponible!

Chambre vétuste. Et petit déjeuner léger avec peu de choix pour le prix.
