A family-run establishment, a pleasant stopover on our long journey. Easy access from the A77 but quiet nonetheless. Be careful with your GPS, which may send you slightly off course, but you're on the right road; you can't miss it as you drive past.

Very nice experience overall. We had trouble with the battery of our car and they helped us very quickly. Superbe!

Beautiful establishment offering a terrace, veranda, and a dining room with a fireplace. Attentive staff. Good food. Beautiful large room, however, the French window opening onto the small terrace is difficult to open.

Although our welcome lacked enthusiasm by the receptionist who was busy in another part of the hotel, this was more than made up for by the restaurant staff and excellent dinner. The location of this hotel is delightful with beautiful gardens and lawns running down to the river. The restaurant has a shaded terrace overlooking the garden, a lovely option in the summer, and the rooms are clean, quiet, comfortable and well-equipped.

This logis is in a great location, close to the autoroute and perfectly placed to visit the vineyards all around. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet and had a good view out the back. We were able to enjoy a glass of wine when we arrived, even though the bar was closed at the time. The staff were efficient and personable and the place had a relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant was excellent - very good service and the food was great quality, beautifully cooked and the wine brilliant, of course.

We like to stop at this lovely inn when we go on vacation. Very warm welcome. Very nice room. We are always made to feel very welcome.

Booking directly is more economical

A large and attractive room combined with a busy restaurant offering a wide range of food and drinks, all of which were served efficiently and of very good quality, allowed us to enjoy our stay.

Accommodation that could use a facelift. The smell of a hospital or retirement home when we arrived... the housekeeping wasn't great. There was no outlet for charging the phone near the bed. The bedding was terrible.

I hadn't realized that the road was so close, I should have checked on the map before booking, the quietness level is really not great. The main thing for me in a hotel is to sleep properly. The bedding is very good but the general noise is completely impossible! The road as I said, then the cute little owl who in the middle of the mating season pesters us particularly loudly in front of the window from midnight to 5 a.m., and from 5 a.m. the diurnal birds take over so well that we feel like we're sleeping in an aviary! That's without mentioning the elephants in the neighboring rooms who scrape chairs and slam doors or drag their hooves at all hours. Luckily I had earplugs, and despite that I slept very badly. In addition to the blinds that poorly camouflage the light in the early morning, I will never come back.

Very warm welcome upon arrival. The staff was unfriendly during checkout. Fortunately, the smile of one of her colleagues allowed us to leave the hotel on a positive note.

All the rooms overlook the Loire and are very quiet. We were there at the end of November. We were able to park very easily.

Average service overall. But with one black spot. The welcome. Ladies (except for the one we took for the owner of the establishment) Smile!!! We feel like a bunch of pitbulls ready to attack the intruder that we are.

The restaurant is lively with a good choice of menu and food. We liked it a lot . The hotel part seems less welcoming though it’s totally adequate and staff can’t be everywhere , of course .

Very good to do again

We had our room available well before 4 p.m. which saved us a 50km round trip. Impeccable welcome, we recommend this establishment and will certainly return there as we pass through the region every year.

Very good hotel, good location with a huge park behind the hotel, and individual terrace for the rooms on the ground floor, welcoming and attentive staff... really a good stay... to recommend.

Beard hairs around the bathroom tap - Stained and cracked bedroom ceiling - Hole in the wall next to the window - Dirty mini-bar and prohibitive prices - Peeling sink - Defective bathroom equipment - Peeling bathroom paint - Exasperatingly slow WiFi - Many inaccessible TNT channels. Unfriendly management staff, whether at the hotel or the restaurant, fortunately the junior staff were up to the task. This establishment clearly does not live up to its price ambitions. Apart from the quality of the bed and the size of the room, an Ibis Budget does just as well.

An excellent short stay. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel. Hope to visit again in the future. My only gripe would be that there's no lift. Fortunately, we only had a small amount of luggage. And they DO have some ground floor rooms.

Short stop in a beautiful place!

We have been going to the Relais de Pouilly from time to time for a decade, the buffet is perfect but the dishes on the menus do not change, perhaps to be renewed! Table of 3 people too tight, we had to ask for a second table.

The staff is friendly and attentive. Breakfast was quite good. Perhaps missing some cereals, such as pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds... (to accompany the fromage blanc). A little extra for breakfast which can be taken on the hotel terrace, with a beautiful view of nature, allowing you to recharge your batteries early in the morning. A small downside is the rooms which are not soundproofed. Otherwise, it was a good stay. I recommend it.

comfortable room. A little disappointed by the location, very out of the way, offering few possibilities for getting around on foot.

Pleasant staff, we were able to benefit from our room before time, we had a time requirement for a wedding. 👍

Surprised to see that by booking on the relay website, I pay €18 more than the price displayed at the relay. It's a shame.

Spacious room in a very natural and pleasant setting. Good welcome and attention to detail, to meet the customer's needs. Small office area with computer and printer, children's bed, dog allowed and very good restaurant! What more ?

Everything was absolutely perfect!

Bathroom to renovate (shower accessibility, sewer smell, strobe ceiling light). Parking area to be renovated (potholes, puddles). Pets poorly taken care of (dogs snorting in front of the breakfast display, urinating in front of the restaurant terrace). The breakfast area is too small. A somewhat terse welcome: upon arrival we were given the evening access code, without warning us that it changed every day, and the 2nd evening we remained in front of a closed door.

We use this hotel 9 times a year en route to our holiday home there and back, so have been coming over 20 years now. It was particularly good when we had dogs as we always have a ground floor room. The greeting from the staff is always very welcoming and it always feels like coming home. We dine in the restaurant and as a treat always order breakfast in our room which is a luxury which we love.

Comfortable and well located hotel. Room with terrace or balcony with table and chairs. Superb bedding and no noise from the garden.

Very disappointed, room 101 does not have double glazing or shutters (just blinds letting in light) and with the highway behind, the noise of trucks woke me up at 5:00 a.m. Room to avoid however it is rented regularly according to the reception where I complained this morning.

The lady at the reception had to do everything: reception, bar, cleaning... everything! She was there alone. We arrived around 4:30 PM. We were not allowed to sit on the terrace, because then everything would become dirty again. We had driven 1000 km and after a lot of rain the sun was shining! That was a big disappointment.

We made a stop on our route with our grandson. Chosen at random, this hotel gave us complete satisfaction from every point of view. We even took advantage of the children's play area, welcome to stretch our legs.

An establishment ideally located for visiting the region and offering a good quality restaurant for a pleasant stopover. Perfect for a short vacation with family or friends. Very generous buffet breakfast with excellent pastries. On the other hand, faulty WIFI and very steep stairs which do not facilitate access to the rooms when you are loaded.

I have been frequenting this establishment for over 20 years and we notice the drop in quality. The young owner should take lessons in kindness if the hotel does not interest him and leave room for professionals. For my part and shared opinions on Pouilly I would not return there again. Too bad it was a beautiful place but since 2011 we have noticed a clear decline

Good clean and simple hotel, easy access, with friendly and efficient staff, the restaurant offers a varied menu and the dishes are excellent.

The accomodation is a little bit old; the furniture in the bedroom should be replaced (there was a greasy spot on the chair), the soil was still very wet when we entered, on the ground several dead insects, as well on the sealing (this one living).

Terrible. Couldn’t stay here. Lost our money. Damp. Bugs in room.

We have been using this hotel for over 15 years and we feel very happy here. The staff are all extremely friendly and pleasant. We always have breakfast in our room and that is always delivered on time that is our little luxury.

Very good establishment! The staff is generally welcoming: we have never experienced such a warm welcome. The establishment is well soundproofed. Fortunately, the road nearby is noisy. The catering is good. Very good value for money.

For disabled people it would have been desirable to have a shower rather than a bathtub into which it was impossible to climb.

I have been using 'Le Relais de Pouilly' for several years now, either as a stopover on my way to the south, or for a 3-4 day stay. I returned there again on 09/16/2023 on my return (direct reservation at the hotel) I must say that my various experiences have always been very positive. I will go back again

Superbe hôtel avec grand jardin et terrasse à 'notre chambre. Agréable pour nos 2 chiens qui étaient bienvenus et gratuit ! Chambre un peu datée mais propre et comfortable même dans les détails. Airco fonctionne bien. Le dîner était bien. Cuisine traditionnelle mais très bonne bien. Petit point mineur l'entrecôte n'était pas bien préparé, trop cuit et pas tendre. Mais en général le menu était bien et les prix raisonnables. Nous y reviendrons.

A hotel a little out of the way, but quiet and well maintained. The equipment is a bit "vintage" but in good general condition and staying there for a few nights is pleasant, even if the mauve color of my room is no longer totally fashionable. A quality restaurant for a reasonable price.

Coming for the Blues festival at La Charité sur Loire, the establishment is very well located. But the signage of the establishment in Pouilly sur Loire is non-existent.

Expérience correcte pour une étape sur la route de retour des vacances.
Pas de nuisances sonores la nuit malgré la proximité de l'autoroute. Par contre, mauvaise insonorisation des chambres, nous avons été réveillés à 1h30 lors du retour des clients qui logeaient juste au dessus (portes, bruits de pas, eau...).
Literie très dure.
Chambre vieillotte, mais propre.
