Surprisingly, the hotel is so close to the highway and yet very quiet. As mentioned in the description, the restaurant offers local dishes. They aren't fancy, but their simplicity doesn't detract from their deliciousness.

Geolocation too imprecise, we called Pouilly to find out the exact location. Access via a poorly maintained path, making it difficult to roll a suitcase, even in dry weather. An insect, like an earwig, was walking on my pillow when we arrived. My bedside lamp wasn't working. Gourmet restaurant? A very ordinary buffet... Breakfast room almost non-existent, not sized for the hotel's capacity; we had our breakfast practically in the hotel entrance in front of the reception desk, in the immediate vicinity of the entry and exit flows. What a feeling of comfort! Friendly staff.

Very nice hotel, large room with kettle, coffee and tea, fridge and box of Kleenex in the bathroom, accepts dogs even in the restaurant where we ate very well, and the waitresses were very friendly

Beautiful establishment offering a terrace, veranda, and a dining room with a fireplace. Attentive staff. Good food. Beautiful large room, however, the French window opening onto the small terrace is difficult to open.

Although our welcome lacked enthusiasm by the receptionist who was busy in another part of the hotel, this was more than made up for by the restaurant staff and excellent dinner. The location of this hotel is delightful with beautiful gardens and lawns running down to the river. The restaurant has a shaded terrace overlooking the garden, a lovely option in the summer, and the rooms are clean, quiet, comfortable and well-equipped.

This logis is in a great location, close to the autoroute and perfectly placed to visit the vineyards all around. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet and had a good view out the back. We were able to enjoy a glass of wine when we arrived, even though the bar was closed at the time. The staff were efficient and personable and the place had a relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant was excellent - very good service and the food was great quality, beautifully cooked and the wine brilliant, of course.

Accommodation that could use a facelift. The smell of a hospital or retirement home when we arrived... the housekeeping wasn't great. There was no outlet for charging the phone near the bed. The bedding was terrible.

I hadn't realized that the road was so close, I should have checked on the map before booking, the quietness level is really not great. The main thing for me in a hotel is to sleep properly. The bedding is very good but the general noise is completely impossible! The road as I said, then the cute little owl who in the middle of the mating season pesters us particularly loudly in front of the window from midnight to 5 a.m., and from 5 a.m. the diurnal birds take over so well that we feel like we're sleeping in an aviary! That's without mentioning the elephants in the neighboring rooms who scrape chairs and slam doors or drag their hooves at all hours. Luckily I had earplugs, and despite that I slept very badly. In addition to the blinds that poorly camouflage the light in the early morning, I will never come back.

All the rooms overlook the Loire and are very quiet. We were there at the end of November. We were able to park very easily.
The rooms are very large and clean. The dinner in the evening stopover was excellent, the service perfect. I highly recommend

Average service overall. But with one black spot. The welcome. Ladies (except for the one we took for the owner of the establishment) Smile!!! We feel like a bunch of pitbulls ready to attack the intruder that we are.

The restaurant is lively with a good choice of menu and food. We liked it a lot . The hotel part seems less welcoming though it’s totally adequate and staff can’t be everywhere , of course .
Very good to do again
We had our room available well before 4 p.m. which saved us a 50km round trip. Impeccable welcome, we recommend this establishment and will certainly return there as we pass through the region every year.
Very good hotel, good location with a huge park behind the hotel, and individual terrace for the rooms on the ground floor, welcoming and attentive staff... really a good stay... to recommend.
Beard hairs around the bathroom tap - Stained and cracked bedroom ceiling - Hole in the wall next to the window - Dirty mini-bar and prohibitive prices - Peeling sink - Defective bathroom equipment - Peeling bathroom paint - Exasperatingly slow WiFi - Many inaccessible TNT channels. Unfriendly management staff, whether at the hotel or the restaurant, fortunately the junior staff were up to the task. This establishment clearly does not live up to its price ambitions. Apart from the quality of the bed and the size of the room, an Ibis Budget does just as well.
An excellent short stay. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel. Hope to visit again in the future. My only gripe would be that there's no lift. Fortunately, we only had a small amount of luggage. And they DO have some ground floor rooms.

We have been going to the Relais de Pouilly from time to time for a decade, the buffet is perfect but the dishes on the menus do not change, perhaps to be renewed! Table of 3 people too tight, we had to ask for a second table.

The staff is friendly and attentive. Breakfast was quite good. Perhaps missing some cereals, such as pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds... (to accompany the fromage blanc). A little extra for breakfast which can be taken on the hotel terrace, with a beautiful view of nature, allowing you to recharge your batteries early in the morning. A small downside is the rooms which are not soundproofed. Otherwise, it was a good stay. I recommend it.

comfortable room. A little disappointed by the location, very out of the way, offering few possibilities for getting around on foot.
Pleasant staff, we were able to benefit from our room before time, we had a time requirement for a wedding. 👍

Great hotel with a restaurant. Slightly dated, but cosy and clean rooms. It was quite and we had a good sleep. Good diner and breakfast. We could not visit the restaurant because I was sick, but staff was amazing and brought dinner to the room. Friendly people. The perfect stopover for us, we will come again
Surprised to see that by booking on the relay website, I pay €18 more than the price displayed at the relay. It's a shame.
Spacious room in a very natural and pleasant setting. Good welcome and attention to detail, to meet the customer's needs. Small office area with computer and printer, children's bed, dog allowed and very good restaurant! What more ?

Everything was absolutely perfect!
Bathroom to renovate (shower accessibility, sewer smell, strobe ceiling light). Parking area to be renovated (potholes, puddles). Pets poorly taken care of (dogs snorting in front of the breakfast display, urinating in front of the restaurant terrace). The breakfast area is too small. A somewhat terse welcome: upon arrival we were given the evening access code, without warning us that it changed every day, and the 2nd evening we remained in front of a closed door.

We use this hotel 9 times a year en route to our holiday home there and back, so have been coming over 20 years now. It was particularly good when we had dogs as we always have a ground floor room. The greeting from the staff is always very welcoming and it always feels like coming home. We dine in the restaurant and as a treat always order breakfast in our room which is a luxury which we love.
Comfortable and well located hotel. Room with terrace or balcony with table and chairs. Superb bedding and no noise from the garden.
Very disappointed, room 101 does not have double glazing or shutters (just blinds letting in light) and with the highway behind, the noise of trucks woke me up at 5:00 a.m. Room to avoid however it is rented regularly according to the reception where I complained this morning.

The lady at the reception had to do everything: reception, bar, cleaning... everything! She was there alone. We arrived around 4:30 PM. We were not allowed to sit on the terrace, because then everything would become dirty again. We had driven 1000 km and after a lot of rain the sun was shining! That was a big disappointment.

We made a stop on our route with our grandson. Chosen at random, this hotel gave us complete satisfaction from every point of view. We even took advantage of the children's play area, welcome to stretch our legs.
An establishment ideally located for visiting the region and offering a good quality restaurant for a pleasant stopover. Perfect for a short vacation with family or friends. Very generous buffet breakfast with excellent pastries. On the other hand, faulty WIFI and very steep stairs which do not facilitate access to the rooms when you are loaded.
