A warm welcome in a truly beautiful setting! Delicious breakfast served on a magnificent shaded terrace. Wonderful local products including fabulous little goat cheeses and tasty homemade jams, which we were even able to buy! A wonderfully peaceful garden! Thank you all!

Nice place with an excellent view on the Grignan historic centre, only a 20 linutes walk away. Friendly staff, nice swimming pool and shady garden.

A jewel in the Drôme Provençale

The hotel is very well-maintained and clean, both inside and out in the garden. The welcome was warm and the breakfast, though not cheap, was good.

Modernized rooms and bathrooms in a nice an quiet setting, 10 min from Grignan old town and Castle.
Restaurant on site and more gastronomic choices in walking distance. Plenty of parking spaces available, incl. power station for e-vehicle.

A magnificent, tastefully renovated building, surrounded by a superb garden. Day and night, the rooms are very comfortable and quiet, there's a lovely swimming pool, a very warm welcome and friendly interaction throughout your stay, a varied and high-quality breakfast, parking, and it's a 10-minute walk from the village of Grignan.

We love returning to the Bastide de Grignan. THe Hotel guide says that Tomas and Christophe welcome you to their home and that is exactly what we felt. Attention to detail in the room designs and in service is perfect.

We came to Grignan for a wedding, and our stay at the hotel was perfect in every way: location, comfort, cleanliness, facilities, surroundings, and above all, a very warm welcome. In short, everything exceeded our expectations. We will most certainly return with great pleasure for a longer stay.

A very pleasant surprise! Magnificent place!

Everything was perfect, except for the temperature in the breakfast room. We had breakfast there three times, and it was far too cold all three mornings. We ate with our coats on. A minor issue or oversight one morning is understandable, but three mornings in a row is quite disappointing, even unacceptable. By choosing to pay €19 per person, we expected a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case.

Very good stay

Lovely place and close to Grignan. We chose it for the restaurant, where we dined outside once in summer in the beautiful garden. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed on our stay on a Sunday. 😅 But the room was very good.

We had a great weekend in this establishment, beautiful room, very nice outdoor park, secure parking. Small downside, we booked a romantic weekend room with champagne dinner and breakfast, arrived before 4 p.m., the room was made up and the owners charged 20 euros extra to be able to benefit from our room. Not great, it's a shame, just to put our suitcases down and go visit the surroundings.

Very nice place to stay from where you can reach Grignan on foot, a 15/20 minute walk. Very few points to improve but I'll point them out all the same, the pool water a little cold (but that's subjective) and a slight feeling of humidity when waking up in the ground floor room. Apart from that, everything is great, the welcome, the refined and atypical decoration, the generous spaces inside and outside, the exit from the room to the garden, parking, wifi. The highlight of the stay lies in the restaurant which seems essential to me for the presence of all the qualities we usually expect. Discreet and professional service, impeccable timing of arrival of dishes and their serving temperatures, intelligent choice of menu, subtle dishes, just the right quantity. It's actually like a gastro but at a reasonable price. Bravo to the whole team

Wunderschönes kleines Hotel mit liebevoll gestaltetem Garten, das von den Besitzern Tomás und Christophe sehr engagiert und aufmerksam geführt wird. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Empfehlenswert sind auch der schöne saubere Pool und vor allem das Restaurant, das eine exzellente französische Küche zu vernünftigen Preisen bietet. Das Frühstücksbufett lässt sowieso keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen wieder!

We will have very good memories of our stay at this establishment: we only stayed one night but everything was perfect, the room was very quiet and the bedding very good, as for the restaurant the meal was excellent; the hotel and restaurant staff were charming; we recommend this establishment, which is also very well located a stone's throw from the Château de Grignan.

Erfuhren 2 Tage vor der Ankunft, dass das Restaurant Sonntags geschlossen ist. Weit und breit gibt es keine Alternativen einzukehren. Eine Stornierung war nur bei Übernahme der gesamten Kosten möglich.
Wir hatten somit nur die Möglichkeit nach unserer Ankunft zu hungern oder die kompletten Kosten zu tragen und eine Alternative zu suchen.

Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich,das Essen super. Wir kommen gerne wieder

We are delighted with our stay at La Bastide: very warm and friendly welcome; everything was perfect. It is a charming and very quiet place, very close to the village of Grignan and its castle. We warmly thank our hosts for their hospitality. They have made this place a haven of peace and well-being. We plan to return in the summer to enjoy the swimming pool and the garden, in the shade under the pines and cypresses! A breakfast offering a very large choice of high-quality teas, as well as varieties of coffee. Excellent welcome by a very friendly, smiling, efficient and attentive host who contributed more than largely to making this three-night stay most pleasant. The hotel is perfectly located three minutes by car and ten on foot from Grignan in a very pleasant green setting with a special mention for the Christmas light decorations which almost make you forget that night falls early. The rooms are well equipped, very comfortable bedding and very well soundproofed.

Spacious room, well laid out. Shower room and separate toilet, great! The room accessible to people with reduced mobility was really very good.

A pretty country house with a very pretty garden. Very quiet. Two minutes drive from the center of Grignan. Very friendly owners and staff. We will definitely return to enjoy the restaurant which was closed during our stay.

Unfortunately we only spent one night at the Hotel La Bastide de Grignan, we would have loved to stay longer. The hotel is beautifully situated in the countryside, the gardens are very well maintained. We had a lovely room overlooking the garden and the pool, the beds were extremely comfortable and we had a fantastic meal in the restaurant in the evening, as well as a very good breakfast in the morning before we left. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Little paradise in Drome Provençale!

For our 3-day stay we were given a room at the end of the corridor, which should normally be pleasant. Unfortunately the roof fans were noisy, which clearly echoed in the room. After consultation we were given the next room, which improved the situation. Here the roof fans were a lot less audible, but the noise from the main road echoed into the room, despite the fact that it was at the back, towards the car park. A room facing the garden/pool seems to be the better choice. The room is a normal size, with practical furniture and comfortable beds; a separate toilet and bathroom. The bathtub is equipped with a central shower head for an individual shower experience. The hotel has its own parking spaces and the internet worked perfectly. The hotel restaurant offers the option of dinner and we made use of it; the menu selection is well coordinated, high quality and still at a reasonable price. You are reminded daily by email to reserve a table for the evening. There is a pool in the middle of a beautiful garden, but you will look for peace and quiet there in vain, as the noise from the main road and the surrounding farms bombards you without stopping. The check-out was the negative highlight, an unpleasant, friendly conversation led to the ETHICS points being calculated completely incorrectly and not credited correctly, what a pity. In my opinion, this is incomprehensible and unprofessional behavior.
