Room and meal were excellent

We have now stayed here four times and we hope to return again. The food and wines are excellent.

We try to visit 1-2 times regularly, as we enjoy staying here so much. Warm welcome from Alice and the team. And excellent food from Olivier.
We are looking forward to our next stay.

It is always a great pleasure to stay at this hotel. The welcome and service are excellent, the accommodation is of high quality with comfortable bedding. The catering is of a very high standard, with research both to highlight the aromas and flavors and for a carefully crafted presentation. And the wine list... The only downsides are the difficulties connecting to Wi-Fi and the weak telephone network. Congratulations and thanks to both the staff and the managers who train and supervise them.

Everything was great. A stay in rural France with friends in a friendly family hotel, with an outstanding restaurant. If I lived closer, I would come every week!

2nd time still on top

Room located on the top floor without elevator. The bed is actually 2 single beds pushed together. The TV reception did not work. The bread at breakfast was dry and hard (probably bread defrosted in the microwave) and I was not able to choose my tea directly from the box under the pretext that it had been stolen the previous week. Otherwise the room was spacious as was the bathroom. Everything was clean.

An excellent Logis hotel. Very welcoming, quiet, fantastic food, both dinner and breakfast. Things like the waiter took time to explaining the local cheeses and propose wines that would match our choices for dinner. Our room was spacious, warm and welcoming.
Would certainly recommend and will stay again if we are stopping in the region.

It a kind of home coming. Alice is so kind. The way she reacted when there was a verbal agressive guest was very professional.

Service very good, although it appears that there is only 1 person running reception and the restaurant. I waited a good 10 minutes at reception waiting for someone to assist me

A refinement on the plate, a perfect food and wine pairing, and great kindness (we realized that 2 digestifs had not been billed, when we called, Alice gave them to us as a gift (many thanks 🤩) The hotel is quiet, very clean and very elegant, We will come back one of these days with pleasure J and A

Wonderful hotel for our 1st night in France. The room was full of period character and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

A lovely one night stayover in a spacious, clean and comfortable junior suite. Fabulous food with lots of interesting marrying of flavours and beautifully presented. The evening was warm enough for us to sit on the terrace under the wisteria canopy which was lovely but we did have a peek into the restaurant and were impressed by the decor - bold but it works! Great hospitality from the owners who spoke good English. Would love to return!

Room beautiful with comfortable furniture, tasteful decor and a bathroom & toilet of the very highest standard. Restaurant experience was top-notch: staff friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Our meal was truly sensational, supported by a superb local wine, a Touraine, recommended by the Sommelier.

How lucky to have known this hotel logis, it was fantastic. To be repeated during our circuit 🚲🏞️🚲 on the towpaths of the many waterways in Tourraine. A quality breakfast (various homemade jams, etc.) See you soon, keep up the good work, you are extraordinary.

Lovely hotel in quiet village. Our room was excellent - spotlessly clean, very well appointed, great spacious bathroom, separate toilet and plenty of space in the bedroom. The restaurant was amazing, and we were very surprised to find such a high quality restaurant in this area. It was certainly of Michelin starred standard, although pretty expensive!

Whenever I am in the region, I always have a real pleasure in taking a break in this place. The welcome, the quality of the food and the quiet rooms. What more could you ask for?

Nice hotel, but in our case the rooms on the second floor are accessible via two stairs that are not very comfortable. Restaurant on the pricey side.

Improve the heating in bedroom at bathroom

We just felt at home. The staff were all very nice and friendly. The food was excellent. Simply beautiful. We booked again for June straight away. No mass tourism, pure peace and quiet, pure nature experience.

Very nice establishment with perfect welcome in a neat and relaxing setting. Gourmet restaurant with impeccable service and attentive to any request. Comfortable room with lots of charm like the establishment. The only downside, for our taste, was the particular eco-responsible sheets which did not suit us. Massage also very pleasant and very professional. We will come back without hesitation.

When I have to make a stopover in this region, I don't hesitate to travel a few more km to stay there. Fabulous meals and a quiet room, what more could you ask for!

We were made to feel welcome from our arrival until our departure ,set in a quaint French hamlet with a cordon blue restaurant and extensive wine list,a great way to spend an evening on way from Spain back to the UK.

The best evening stopover in France

We were lucky enough to be upgraded so nothing to say about the junior suite, the restaurant is simply fabulous, the pleasure menu is excellent and the accompanying wines are very good. Breakfast offers a wide choice, both savory and sweet. Just a little hiccup for the massage which was supposed to be a duo but in the end it was done one person at a time and not at the scheduled time. But all this was quickly forgotten thanks to the quality of the massage performed.

We had a wonderful stay here. We and our two small dogs were made to feel very welcome. We were very comfortable in our room and the food in the restaurant was fantastic. Great wine list too! The hosts were also very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Very nice home. Hearty and varied breakfasts. Spacious and comfortable room, only downside for the double bed, a single place close together. For dinner, very nice menu, excellent fine and refined meal and very good service.

Still happy to stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, the bedding excellent. The bathroom, although aging (shower cubicle) was very clean and functional. A downside in terms of hotels: the wifi to which I was unable to connect (lack of security). The catering is a succession of delights, with very high quality service. Congratulations and thank you for this level of service. The breakfast offers quality food as well, with very good service. It is only a pleasure to stay in this establishment.

What a lovely place!

The hotel is cozy and welcoming. The restaurant is superb. My daughter eats gluten free and they made a great offer to prepare for he the best main course and desert. Thank you for a great hospitality

A stylish and comfortable room in a house opposite the restaurant. A bit of a climb up the stairs though! Secluded car park.Dinner was excellent and wide range of choice for breakfast. Would have no hesitation in returning

From arrival to departure the staff were slick and professional. The hotel was quaint well maintained and the room was charming highlighting original features of this beautiful old building. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and well appointed there was a tray with a flask of water and tea and coffee pods should you wish a drink. The bathroom and separate toilet were spacious and shower caps cotton buds and cotton pads were provided which was a lovely touch along with good quality soaps/ shower gel. All in all I would highly recommend a stay here, it made a lovely end to our French trip, we would definitely return!!!!!

Zowel het hotel als restaurant zijn uitstekend. Onze verwachtingen waren zeer hoog maar zijn volledig vervuld. Wij verbleven yesterday 2 dagen en hebben ook beide dagen in the restaurant gegeten. Het menu met de king krab en de kreeft is echt sublime. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. De gastvrouw est uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Yes, you will be able to use WiFi verbinding.
