The air conditioning was broken, and it was almost 40 degrees Celsius in the room. But I wasn't informed of this upon arrival. I waited two hours with the air conditioning on, thinking it wasn't getting any cooler. I went to reception, where I was told the air conditioning was out and that it affected the entire hotel. I returned to reception a short time later to ask for a fan because the temperature in the room was truly unbearable, and that's when I learned it didn't actually affect all the rooms. I received different information less than an hour apart. So, the first night was very difficult, and luckily, I was able to change rooms the second time. Breakdowns happen, but the least they could have done was inform me upon arrival. I could then have decided to change hotels.
Everything was perfect, but the air conditioning malfunction was very difficult to endure all night. I would have appreciated being told it was broken, not just that it was taking a while to work.
Perfect, nothing to say, the meals are delicious.
It's just a shame the air conditioning wasn't working. Otherwise, no complaints; the staff were friendly and helpful, and the place was very clean.

The staff were attentive and very friendly. However, the price of the accommodation is not commensurate with the establishment. The bedding was comfortable! The problem is the noise, the slamming of doors... If you are sensitive to noise!
The heater wasn't working, I set it to 30° and the air coming out was far from warm.
A fantastic hotel where you feel right at home, more than adequate for business trips. The staff are friendly and welcoming, always attentive to your needs. The rooms are comfortable and have all the essentials. The breakfast is excellent with a wide selection, and ABOVE ALL, the hotel restaurant is INCREDIBLE! The dishes are of exceptional quality; a huge congratulations to the chef! It truly makes all the difference. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning for my next business trip.
A very pleasant overnight stay. Comfortable rooms, a roller shutter on the window, and peace and quiet for a restful night. A satisfying meal at the restaurant with friendly waiters. A good stopover; I will return if needed.
Comfort room = ground floor room, with an accessible bathroom but no curtain, and an electric space heater in the bathroom. And let's not forget the noise from the trucks in the adjacent parking lot. A 3 a.m. wake-up call guaranteed. On the other hand, breakfast and the restaurant were excellent. Disappointed.

It's always a pleasure to stay at the Cris Hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The restaurant is very convenient, welcoming, and good. Breakfast is simple but good, with quality products and Lyon specialties like faisselle cheese and praline brioche.

I have stayed at many hotels in my life so far and I have never expöerienced a hotel with sucha good value for the money. The bed and the pillows are the BEST I've ever had ever! The room was super clean and the food in the restaurant was superb! I I only had interaction with your receptionist in the morning when I checked out and he was very friendly and helpful and made my check-out as easy as it could be. I will for sure come back and will for sure recommend this hotel to everyone I know! Keep up the amazing work and I'm looking forward to sleep in the beds with the pillows very soon again 😊

Overall, it's decent value for money. The price is decent, except for the price of the wines. A quick calculation shows a margin of 10x on 1/4 of the wine.

Good but no restaurant in the evening from Friday to Sunday. You have to go to St Priest, which is a 3.5 km zigzag through an industrial zone.
Easy access: in an industrial area. Parking is closed at night. You can hardly hear road traffic. So the rooms are well soundproofed. Gas station 2 minutes away. Room on the first floor. There is an elevator if needed. Desk for working. Bathroom with shower. No bathtub. Very good. I rated 4 stars instead of 5 because the air conditioning is really not efficient. It is very hot. Breakfast served from 6:30 a.m., which is convenient. It is generous and self-service buffet style. Pastries are under a bell jar with tongs. Savory and sweet dishes are available.

A very good place to stay
My room had an interior door communicating with the next room (room 27/room 26) which was very poorly soundproofed, which prevented me from falling asleep before 2 a.m. as my neighbor was making noise! Long waits to be served in the restaurant as there were only 2 waiters and one of them also had to take care of the hotel reception at the same time.

After having tried several establishments for business trips, I found CRIS hotel very clean, comfortable, with pleasant and welcoming staff. In short, my next trips will be here.
Too bad there is no kettle with tea or coffee in the room. Otherwise, it is really an excellent place to stay... and eat!

Very good overall, but the room is quite cold upon arrival. It takes several hours for the temperature to rise again.
Only one problem, the room temperature was too high when we arrived and it didn't drop much during the night despite the lowering of the instructions. Otherwise, the staff and food were great!

The hotel is clean but could do with a bit of modernization. The furniture and decoration of the rooms are from the 90s.

In the evening stopover for the first time in this establishment. Very large room side with a desk to work, a bottle of water. Very good bedding, just a little noise at night certainly an air conditioning motor or something running. I had room 34 courtyard side. Very good and clean bathroom with a small packet of tissues and a vanity set envelope. Too bad there is no automatic ignition in the corridor. Restaurant side, very good even for the menu in the evening stopover, from the dishes from starter to dessert nothing to complain about impeccable. Breakfast nothing to say very correct with a very good diversity of products. I advised the reception staff to keep their chef. On the other hand, I explain myself on the price side, personally and I say it openly while it is not me who pays that the price of 146.50 is a little high compared to other establishments of the same categories. This can discourage some customers from coming back even 99% of the services are very correct. On the personal side, they are all very welcoming and attentive people, nothing to say.

A big congratulations for the friendliness of all the staff, the quality of the dishes and the comfort of the rooms. The very small downside concerns the comfort of the office (chair too low and very small desk). And it would be good to offer gluten-free bread every day at breakfast.
Above all, do not fire your Chef or the Sous Chef... they concoct delicious dishes for us! A great moment for our taste buds.

Excellent welcome, the staff is smiling and attentive. The rooms and bedding are comfortable and well equipped. The catering is varied and of very good quality: the "evening stopover" menu is always a treat! The breakfast buffet is copiously stocked and the products are of good quality. However, if I had to make a (constructive) remark, I would suggest reviewing the circuit/positioning of the dishes and utensils to make traffic flow more smoothly around the buffet. Overall, I really enjoy my stays at the Cris Hotel and I always return with great pleasure. Thank you!
The hotel is great, including the restaurant. The team is great too. If you have a car is a great place to go. From there you can visit Lyon, but If you don't have because you will have to take taxis because the public transportation is a little complicated. Despite of that I'm very happy with the hotel.
The air conditioning should be reviewed because it was too hot in the room.

Having been used to working with Vignal and its subsidiaries on both the hotel and restaurant side for several years, I am quite surprised by this feedback.
Concerning the fridge, in 3-star hotels it is very rare to find one but rather in 4-star hotels. For the air conditioning, it works very well but for this you must activate it at the control box present at the entrance to the room as indicated on your arrival. Concerning the flush, we are sorry for this inconvenience, it is a shame that you did not contact our teams who would have repaired this directly. For the restaurant, our quality cuisine as you mention requires preparation time in order to bring you maximum quality and flavors on your plate.

My teams regularly stay at your establishment, they are delighted each time. A small point of improvement, closing of the bar in the evening. On several occasions we would have had a drink before they went to bed around 11 p.m. for example. Otherwise everything is perfect!

A pleasant surprise! We only stayed one night, but the staff were very attentive, the room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable – we slept very well. The meal at the hotel restaurant was delicious – kudos to the chefs!
