A pleasant stay, but it could have been much better if the air conditioning had worked properly.

Overall, my stay was satisfactory, but there were a few disappointing points. The room was comfortable, clean, and air-conditioned, which was very welcome given the particularly hot weather during my stay. Regarding the set meal, the menu offered two starters, two main courses, and two desserts, which was a nice touch. However, the main course contained red beans, a food that is difficult to digest, especially in the heat. Furthermore, the dish was a bit too spicy, which wasn't ideal in those conditions and made the meal less enjoyable. The main negative point, however, concerns the price. Having booked late, I didn't expect a €50 difference compared to another person staying in the same accommodation. After contacting the hotel, a very helpful employee explained the pricing policy: prices increase when the hotel is nearly full. I was staying for business, and I regret that this policy could penalize people in this type of situation. I will be more vigilant when making a future reservation.

Fantastic hotel, the staff are incredibly welcoming, and the room was comfortable. And you absolutely must try the Charolais burger :)

Hôtel hyper pratique de par sa position et son restaurant (l'Ardoise) au RDC qui propose en soirée étape de très belles assiettes dressées comme dans les grands restaurants, une équipe aux petits soins et souriante ; que demander de plus ? Une petite suggestion cependant : un mini frigo dans les chambres serait top, car par temps chaud comme ces derniers jours, l'eau en bouteille que l'on garde en chambre est quasi imbuvable ;-) Merci Messieurs Dames, et à bientôt.....

There's a problem with opening the night airlock using the code; the opening delay is too short. I had to call the night watchman at midnight, who told me I had to pull on the door almost simultaneously with entering the last digit of the code. Not practical at all. There's no logical arrangement of the food on the breakfast buffet. You go right, left, you search—it's completely illogical. However, the food itself is good quality and well-presented, but the layout is far too disorganized.

De kamer was erg leuk en modern ingericht, de bedden waren zeer goed (maken we zelden mee zo, qua comfort). De communicatie vooraf is goed (aanwijzingen m.b.t. hotel, toegangscodes, etcetera). Voor het ontbijt stond 'petit dejeuner', maar dit was meer dan 'petit', gewoon goed voor een doorreishotel. Wel jammer dat als je boekt voor twee personen, dat de handdoeken e.d. zijn ingesteld op slechts een persoon.

Ik denk dat de tijd van het jaar heel bepalend is voor de ervaring van dit hotel. Het hotel ligt op achteraf op een enigszins verpauperd industrieterrein. Als je dan aankomt bij het hotel, de parkeerplaats leeg is, je de enige gasten bent in het hotel, het restaurant gesloten (wisten we) en er geen personeel is (wisten we) levert dat toch een unheimisch gevoel op. De volgende ochtend, toen er wel personeel was, het restaurant open en alle tafeltjes gezellig gedekt waren, ontstond er een heel ander gevoel. Ik vermoed dat in het hoogseizoen de beleving veel positiever is. Overigens zijn de restaurants in de buurt niet echt gezellige restaurants om ontspannen wat te eten, maar eerder fastfoodrestaurants met een verfomfaaide inrichting en 'vaste populatie'. Daarnaast liggen deze in een wijk/gebied waarvan het moeilijk is om daar op een nette manier iets over te zeggen zonder de indruk van discriminatie te wekken.

The air conditioning hadn't been working for some time, according to other guests' comments. Sleeping with the window open is impossible due to the noise from the nearby highway.

This hotel is absolutely top-notch, nothing to complain about. The staff is very friendly, as are the rooms. When I go to Lyon, I try to stay at this hotel, but it's not always easy as it's often full. Given its reputation, I give it a 10 out of 10.

A pleasant surprise! We only stayed one night, but the staff were very attentive, the room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable – we slept very well. The meal at the hotel restaurant was delicious – kudos to the chefs!

The air conditioning was broken, and it was almost 40 degrees Celsius in the room. But I wasn't informed of this upon arrival. I waited two hours with the air conditioning on, thinking it wasn't getting any cooler. I went to reception, where I was told the air conditioning was out and that it affected the entire hotel. I returned to reception a short time later to ask for a fan because the temperature in the room was truly unbearable, and that's when I learned it didn't actually affect all the rooms. I received different information less than an hour apart. So, the first night was very difficult, and luckily, I was able to change rooms the second time. Breakdowns happen, but the least they could have done was inform me upon arrival. I could then have decided to change hotels.

Everything was perfect, but the air conditioning malfunction was very difficult to endure all night. I would have appreciated being told it was broken, not just that it was taking a while to work.

The heater wasn't working, I set it to 30° and the air coming out was far from warm.

A fantastic hotel where you feel right at home, more than adequate for business trips. The staff are friendly and welcoming, always attentive to your needs. The rooms are comfortable and have all the essentials. The breakfast is excellent with a wide selection, and ABOVE ALL, the hotel restaurant is INCREDIBLE! The dishes are of exceptional quality; a huge congratulations to the chef! It truly makes all the difference. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning for my next business trip.

A very pleasant overnight stay. Comfortable rooms, a roller shutter on the window, and peace and quiet for a restful night. A satisfying meal at the restaurant with friendly waiters. A good stopover; I will return if needed.

Comfort room = ground floor room, with an accessible bathroom but no curtain, and an electric space heater in the bathroom. And let's not forget the noise from the trucks in the adjacent parking lot. A 3 a.m. wake-up call guaranteed. On the other hand, breakfast and the restaurant were excellent. Disappointed.

It's always a pleasure to stay at the Cris Hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The restaurant is very convenient, welcoming, and good. Breakfast is simple but good, with quality products and Lyon specialties like faisselle cheese and praline brioche.

I have stayed at many hotels in my life so far and I have never expöerienced a hotel with sucha good value for the money. The bed and the pillows are the BEST I've ever had ever! The room was super clean and the food in the restaurant was superb! I I only had interaction with your receptionist in the morning when I checked out and he was very friendly and helpful and made my check-out as easy as it could be. I will for sure come back and will for sure recommend this hotel to everyone I know! Keep up the amazing work and I'm looking forward to sleep in the beds with the pillows very soon again 😊

The only downside is that I couldn't get the stopover evening. It's not offered on the Logis website, and it's not possible to get it the same evening. Too bad.

Overall, it's decent value for money. The price is decent, except for the price of the wines. A quick calculation shows a margin of 10x on 1/4 of the wine.

Good but no restaurant in the evening from Friday to Sunday. You have to go to St Priest, which is a 3.5 km zigzag through an industrial zone.

Easy access: in an industrial area. Parking is closed at night. You can hardly hear road traffic. So the rooms are well soundproofed. Gas station 2 minutes away. Room on the first floor. There is an elevator if needed. Desk for working. Bathroom with shower. No bathtub. Very good. I rated 4 stars instead of 5 because the air conditioning is really not efficient. It is very hot. Breakfast served from 6:30 a.m., which is convenient. It is generous and self-service buffet style. Pastries are under a bell jar with tongs. Savory and sweet dishes are available.

A very good place to stay

My room had an interior door communicating with the next room (room 27/room 26) which was very poorly soundproofed, which prevented me from falling asleep before 2 a.m. as my neighbor was making noise! Long waits to be served in the restaurant as there were only 2 waiters and one of them also had to take care of the hotel reception at the same time.

After having tried several establishments for business trips, I found CRIS hotel very clean, comfortable, with pleasant and welcoming staff. In short, my next trips will be here.

Too bad there is no kettle with tea or coffee in the room. Otherwise, it is really an excellent place to stay... and eat!

Very good overall, but the room is quite cold upon arrival. It takes several hours for the temperature to rise again.

Only one problem, the room temperature was too high when we arrived and it didn't drop much during the night despite the lowering of the instructions. Otherwise, the staff and food were great!

In the evening stopover for the first time in this establishment. Very large room side with a desk to work, a bottle of water. Very good bedding, just a little noise at night certainly an air conditioning motor or something running. I had room 34 courtyard side. Very good and clean bathroom with a small packet of tissues and a vanity set envelope. Too bad there is no automatic ignition in the corridor. Restaurant side, very good even for the menu in the evening stopover, from the dishes from starter to dessert nothing to complain about impeccable. Breakfast nothing to say very correct with a very good diversity of products. I advised the reception staff to keep their chef. On the other hand, I explain myself on the price side, personally and I say it openly while it is not me who pays that the price of 146.50 is a little high compared to other establishments of the same categories. This can discourage some customers from coming back even 99% of the services are very correct. On the personal side, they are all very welcoming and attentive people, nothing to say.

Excellent welcome, the staff is smiling and attentive. The rooms and bedding are comfortable and well equipped. The catering is varied and of very good quality: the "evening stopover" menu is always a treat! The breakfast buffet is copiously stocked and the products are of good quality. However, if I had to make a (constructive) remark, I would suggest reviewing the circuit/positioning of the dishes and utensils to make traffic flow more smoothly around the buffet. Overall, I really enjoy my stays at the Cris Hotel and I always return with great pleasure. Thank you!

The hotel is great, including the restaurant. The team is great too. If you have a car is a great place to go. From there you can visit Lyon, but If you don't have because you will have to take taxis because the public transportation is a little complicated. Despite of that I'm very happy with the hotel.

The air conditioning should be reviewed because it was too hot in the room.
