Too good
We booked a stay at a hotel advertised as a relaxation and spa resort, with a more expensive room for a lake view. However, from the moment we arrived and throughout our stay, we were subjected to incessant construction work from morning till night, with a constant drilling noise, making any rest or relaxation impossible. We were never informed of this disturbance beforehand. Had this been mentioned, I would never have booked at your establishment. The room we were given did not meet our expectations, the view was disappointing despite the extra cost, and our request to change rooms was refused without any compensation or refund, even though an upgrade would have been the bare minimum given the situation. Furthermore, the overall maintenance of the establishment leaves much to be desired, particularly the exterior areas. I even injured myself on a heavily rusted hanging chair in the spa, which raises a serious safety concern. Finally, a particularly inappropriate mistake worsened our experience: flowers intended for another guest were placed in our room with a birthday note. As we were there to celebrate a birthday ourselves, we naturally assumed it was a thoughtful gesture and opened them. A few hours later, we were asked to return them, which is unacceptable given your error. Even worse, my security deposit was withheld because I refused to pay for this mistake, which was in no way my fault. Furthermore, at checkout, in addition to withholding my deposit, they tried to charge me again for breakfast, even though I had paid for it in full at check-in. Your staff clearly has a competence problem. Considering all of these issues—major unannounced disturbances, substandard service, lack of maintenance, a security incident, a complete lack of customer service, and inappropriate treatment by your staff—we are left with a very poor experience.
A nice hotel with a great bedroom and an awesome view. Good staff and good meals. Unfortunately, the bathroom was awful.

Fantastic stay! This is our second time here and we're very satisfied again. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable (great bedding), the spa and treatments are lovely, and the staff is very friendly.

J'ai été dérangée 2 fois par téléphone pour des demarches administratives alors que certaines avaient été deja discutées auparavant ( prolongation de mon bon cadeau)
Le sourire et l'acceuil ne sont pas toujours de mise...au téléphone comme en presentiel. Retenir une date a été difficile.
La partie soin est tres agréable mais il faudrait être plus clair, me semblet'il dans les séjours cadeaux sur la difference entre les soins balneo et les autres...
Dans les chambres un vrai frigidaire serait plus approprié quand il fait 30 degres dehors.

Major renovations were taking place at the hotel during the week! They offered a small discount on my bill after I asked. Aside from the noise, everything was excellent: the room, restaurant, massages, thermal baths, and hydrotherapy. The location is ideal for walks around the lake, with a small beach just steps away. The spa and restaurant staff are very friendly! Many thanks again to Chloé for her professionalism and relaxing massages; they were exactly what I needed.

A very pleasant hotel, thanks in particular to its spa and the overall quality of the facilities. The exterior is attractive, although the sun lounger area could use better maintenance: some are a bit worn and not always very clean, which contrasts with the hotel's standard. The welcome was particularly friendly, professional, and cheerful, which was much appreciated. We had a suite: very pleasant, clean, with a lovely jacuzzi area and a spacious living room. The room itself is magnificent, comfortable, with a balcony offering a superb view of the lake. The complimentary bottle of chilled champagne from the hotel was a very thoughtful touch. However, two things really impacted our comfort: the fitted sheet protecting the mattress wrinkled excessively, which was unpleasant during the night; the air conditioning fan remained noisy, even on the lowest setting, and kept us awake. It's a shame, because the room is truly superb. We probably won't book this suite again for this reason, but we would be willing to try another room on a future stay. Despite these points, we still recommend the hotel for its setting, the warm welcome, and the overall quality of its services.
Very large room, excellent meals at the hotel restaurant. The thalassotherapy pools are decent, but we couldn't use the large pool on Tuesday morning as a class was being held. A shame!

Everything was perfect, the team was perfect
We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which boasted a lovely spa area with a variety of baths (different temperatures and jet strengths), as well as a beautiful view of the harbor from our room. We appreciated the quality of the restaurant, even if the dishes were rather simple. However, we felt our welcome was unclear and were not served at the bar despite our patience.
The hotel is very good. It's a shame the sun loungers are a bit old.
We had no air conditioning during this sweltering weekend. We were given a 10% discount for the inconvenience, but this gesture seems clearly insufficient given the discomfort we experienced. A fan was provided, but unfortunately, it was broken. For a wedding anniversary weekend, we mainly had to find ways to cope with the heat, which didn't exactly inspire us to fully enjoy the spa or the hotel's other amenities. Furthermore, with the exception of one person, the staff seemed unwilling to accommodate certain requests, particularly regarding room service. We felt like we were bothering them, which significantly detracted from our experience. For a 4-star hotel, we are therefore baffled. Some of the issues mentioned here had already occurred during previous stays, without us raising them until now, but this time the overall experience compels us to bring them to light.
Everything is pretty good at this hotel, but there are two negative points: - The "lake view" room is more like a "view of the construction site and a bit of the lake," which is disappointing... - We also had spa treatments booked, but my partner was pregnant and couldn't have any (which I understand). So I had her treatments done instead, but given the quality of them, I'm very disappointed. I would have preferred another solution, or a more generous gesture of goodwill.
It's a shame the air conditioning wasn't stronger; we were very hot. It's also a shame we only got our room at 4 pm and had to check out at noon, but we had a great stay.
Problems encountered with the reservation. Pre-checking and credit card imprint for the reservation, we had problems submitting our credit card imprint, we paid a deposit to confirm the reservation the day before for the next day (the staff contacted us the day before to inform us that the credit card imprint had not worked (we submitted it twice).
4-star hotel... a room costing nearly 300 euros a night with air conditioning, but without it, and the hotel conveniently failed to mention beforehand that the air conditioning wasn't available, even though the heatwave alert had been in effect for a week... compensation on a 300 euro price... 14 euros from management... that's 5% for a sleepless night... an insult from management... and I'm not even mentioning the breakfast, whose quality and appearance have drastically declined, or the hotel itself, which is as dirty as our bathroom or the spa... and so on... Avoid at all costs, clearly below its claims... far below what it was a few years ago... Mediocre value for money.
Breakfast was more than disappointing. There was only one employee present to take care of everything, and the tables weren't clean or available. Sometimes ham, oranges, eggs, croissants, or cups for espresso were missing, and I'm sure I'm forgetting some things. Upon arrival, the room was available at 2 PM, but a €10 supplement was charged, even though I've been a regular customer for over 15 years, as has one of my sons. For your information, my bill has exceeded €1000.

Overall, it was fine. The lack of a refrigerator in the room was a real shame. We weren't thrilled with the change of chef in the restaurant. The menu was very disappointing.
For years, there's been nothing to complain about with this establishment; it's top-notch. I'd even say that this year, the staff are more cheerful and welcoming. The exterior renovations this year certainly don't detract from it. My only complaint is that I had never used my Etik account, and when I asked at reception, I was politely...received... too bad for them, because an hour later, when it came time to pay for the stay, there was a significant error on the bill. Everything was sorted out, of course, but I think they might need to rethink their customer service approach a bit.

I highly recommend this 2-day, 1-night stay. We thank the entire team, from reception to the staff for the treatments, the restaurant with its excellent quality products, and the lifeguards… We will cherish the memory and we will return.
Third stay at the hotel. The bathroom has been completely renovated, which means a significant reduction in size... making it difficult to move around inside. But otherwise, nothing to complain about.

Nous avions réservés deux chambre, une pour nous et une pour nos enfants.
Pour le confort dans la chambre nous avons mis 4 étoiles car quelques soucis de clim dans la chambre de nos enfants + ils n'avaient de sèche serviette dans leur salle de bain pour faire sécher les peignoirs et les maillots de bain le soir.
Pour nous la propreté de notre salle de bain ou il y avaient encore des cheveux dans la douche des anciens occupants que nous avons signalé à l'accueil lors de notre départ car on s'en est aperçu le soir ce qui est dommage.
Sinon nous avons passé un super séjour détente, nous recommandons cet établissement ou nous reviendrons prochainement.
Tout était parfait ! Accueil, chambre, centre de bien-être et restauration.

A 3-day stay as a couple; the establishment still tries to be very classy, but in my opinion, it could use a little freshening up...
Nous n'avons trop aimé le manque de pression dans les robinets d'eau de la sale de bain et douche, on nous a expliqués que c'est du au label écologique dont l'l'hôtel a adhéré.

Lors de notre séjour (2 jours) ns avons été bien accueillies par les équipes de l'hôtel et du spa.
Un petit bémol sur l'espace spa, piscine qui n'est pas très grand, notre séjour étant un mardi et mercredi, la fréquentation n'était pas trop importante, mais les week-end et lundi, je pense que l'espace devient vite sur-fréquenté. Une remarque aussi sur les possibilités d'accrocher les peignoirs qui ne sont pas en nombre suffisant.
La partie hôtel nous a satisfait, chambre confortable et bien équipée, vue sur le lac agréable, une bonne insonorisation.
Je recommande cet hôtel..

Pour avoir réserver l’hébergement les soins et le brunch du dimanche bien en amont en février pour un séjour fin avril, j’ai trouvé qu’il y avait quelques manquements.
Je réserve pour 2 personnes 2 packs balneo 3 soins au moment de payer on me demande le prix de 7 soins et paiement à l’unité, j’ai dû batailler un moment pour faire entendre raison.
Ensuite on arrive au brunch celui ci réservé également et réglé et nous n’étions pas inscrits.
Je n’ai pas vraiment apprécié cette façon de faire d’autant que je viens tous les ans à la même époque depuis 4 ans.
Nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour.
Nous avons apprécié la qualité et la propreté de notre chambre et son exposition vers le lac.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hotel. Tout était très bien du début à la fin : accueil très agréable, chambre impeccable avec une bonne literie, balcon vue lac et l’accès spa avec de grandes amplitudes horaire, tout cela pour passer un excellent week end.

Nous avons passé le weekend inoubliable dans l'hôtel Marina Adelphia. Tout était au top: la chambre spacieuse, le lit, l'accueil, le resto et le SPA, bien sûr
Accueil aussi bien téléphonique que physique parfait. Chambre et restauration vraiment top. Un seul bémol : l'espace détente un peu petit d'autant plus qu'il est ouvert aux personnes extérieures.
Les chambres sont superbes, spacieuses bien insonorisée, nous n’entendons pas la ventilation, c’edt parfait. Cependant la vue sur la terrasse en travaux est pitoyable pour un 4 étoiles, nous avons demandé de changer de chambre pour la seconde nuit, cela nous a été refusé. Le spa est parfait . Beaucoup trop fréquenté pendant les heures ouvertes aux extérieurs . Y a t’il un maximum de temps? pour les extérieurs ? Ce serait bien.
Les travaux des deux côtés de l’hôtel ne sont pas cachés proprement comme cela peut se faire. Ce n’est pas digne d’un 4 étoiles encore une fois.
Après avoir réservé au restaurant, ayant vu le menu du jour qui était très sympathique. Nous arrivons, il n’y a plus de menu du jour. C’est un peu juste pour ce genre d’établissement.
C’est établissement est notre havre de paix lorsqu’on a besoin de se détendre et coupez du quotidien. On y vient 2 voir 3 fois par an.
Par contre vos ouvriers qui prennent 3 tables au bar pour boire un café. Et que ces derniers lorsque je demande une table me disent on fait comment pour poser notre café, j’ai pas du tout apprécier

On se croirait dans des salles de collège avec un lit au milieu... ou salle mortuaire... peu de deco... pas insonorisé on entendait les gens a coter parler, les motos, les chasses d eau... pas d ambiance tamisée, l huile de massage gelée mis comme ca sur le corps cest désagréable ! Sans parler de la table un planche de bois et basta... surtout pour la tete pas de coussin!!! Quel hirreur!!! Meme des petits salon esthetisue font mieux... cest a la chaine, ne demande pas si c est aller, rien... pour les prix aller ailleurs, je pense que pour 100e de plus ou le meme prix vous avez mieux...

L hôtel et personnel adorables mais tout n est pas au niveau
Le spa les MNS sont très sympas les activités super par contre l accès au spa est mal défini les maillots apparemment obligatoires ne sont pas respectés le samedi nous avons appercu une personne entièrement vêtu d un burkini, pour nous aucun respect des règles
Pour le bar extérieur même si nous sommes en début de saison les tables sont salles non débarrassees pendant de nombreuses heures. Un transat en toiles est présent a moitié déchiré et plein de poussières et de végétaux, la terrasse n a pas vu un balai depuis l année dernière
Mobilier exterieur a revoir ainsi qu'entretien des exterieurs.....

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble, chambre confortable, personne avenant et sympathique, très bon buffet au petit déjeuner, mais il y a plusieurs points négatifs. L’hôtel mérite quelques rénovations il commence à se détériorer, l’eau des bassins dans l’ensemble est loin d’être agréable à la limite du frais. Vous acceptez les enfants c’est une bonne chose mais rien n’est adapté à eux. Ils ont pas pieds quand ils ont 6 ans et ne savent pas encore bien nagez, pas très pratique pour eux sachant qu’ils sont autorisés à nager seulement dans un bassin trop profond pour eux. Déçue par le dîner. Une assiette de frite et un poisson pané et c’est un fish & chips. Non il faudrait revoir la présentation et le goût bien trop huileux.
Parfait, juste la robinetterie de la douche qui est vieillissante. Dans la salle de sport beaucoup de chose en panne, rameur et rapis de course. L’hôtel est très bien et l’espace spa piscine hamam sauna et top. Le restaurant est très bien. On y mange très bien 👍

Un point à améliorer: le matériel de la salle de sport est défectueux (vélo home-traineur, rameur et tapis de course )
Un très bel hotel bien placé avec de belles chambres , terrasse vue sur la montagne très tranquille. Et que dire de la balnéothérapie sauna hammam. Un pur bonheur avec des horaires très souples.

I was excited when I arrived, but within the first fifteen minutes, I realized there was no parking available because non-residents also have access to the spa, so I was very disappointed! A shame, considering the price. However, I would like to thank the young woman who offered me breakfast as compensation. Sincerely.
Hotel located opposite the port, spacious room, very comfortable king-size bed, friendly staff, varied and generous breakfast with high-quality local fruits. The spa is also pleasant, except on Sunday mornings when it is overcrowded.
Très déçue d'avoir été logé dans une chambre face à une toiture terrasse en travaux ou abandonné... Très très sale. J'ai payé pour la vue sur le lac et je me suis retrouvée face à cela avec le lac plus loin, heureusement...

C’est la 3eme fois que nous séjournons à l’hôtel, et nous y retournons à chaque séjour dans la région.
Cette fois ci nous avons été gênés par les travaux d’embellissement qui commençaient à 8h du matin :meuleuse, bruit de scie et j’en passe… et ça durait toute la journée, donc impossible de profiter du balcon

Acceuil bien agréable
La chambre est spacieuse et le lit confortable. Les WC et la baignoire sont “veillo”. Il y avait un trou dans la baignoire par exemple. La chambre est dans son ensemble ok. Par contre l’accès spa, piscine est juste incroyable !! C’est le grand point fort de l’hôtel. Le personnel est super sympa et accueillant.
Bel hotel, l’extérieur mériterait une amélioration.
Pour le repas du soir, c’était bon mais nous avons été déçus par le dessert.
Aux niveaux des prestations spa, le hammam et le sauna et jacuzzi sont assez limité en place, une amélioration pourrait aussi s’envisager pour mieux profiter de l’extérieur
Nous sommes fidèles à votre hôtel depuis pluscdec25 ans. Nous venons en famille avant avec nos enfants et maintenant avec nos petits-enfants enfants. Seul bémol le déjeuner est trop cher. Vous devrez avoir une formule café croissant.

Hotel tres bien placé au bord du lac du bourget, ca fait 20 ans que l'on vient au moins 2 fois par an.
Je suis un peu déçu car à l'espace detente il y
avait beaucoup d'enfants qui sautaient, couraient, faisant beaucoup de bruit.
Ils utilisaient des frites et des planches, faisaient beaucoup declaboussures on en prenait plein la figure.
Il y a une piscine pour ça
Il faudrait faire respecter cet espace detente, car on vient la pour profiter d'un moment de calme et de detente pas pour être a la piscine municipale.
Il faudrait aussi enlever les cols de cygne qui sont tres bruyants, mal placés et ne servent à rien.

Large room, very comfortable beds, spacious terrace, kettle. No noise at night. Very pleasant, sunny pool with a good temperature. However, the tourist tax was very high. (The next day I stayed in another 4-star hotel in Aix-les-Bains and paid €3.80 for two people.)

I chose this hotel to relax during my stay in Aix-les-Bains. My criteria were that it have a spa where I could recharge and unwind. The website's presentation is appealing, although the price seems high. I wanted to give it a try... Imagine my disappointment upon arriving at the "spa"! Only a bathrobe is provided (a first for me!), then I discovered it's actually a municipal-style water park. Children were swimming in the pools, there was no peace and quiet overall, the facilities were overcrowded, and there were no towels in the saunas (basic hygiene). The overall condition of the water park leaves much to be desired: the floor is damaged and dirty. In short, I really didn't enjoy my stay, especially considering the price. I regularly stay in 4-star hotels with spas and water parks, and you are nowhere near justifying such prices for what you offer. Perhaps it would be wise to come back down to earth and take a closer look at what that other hotels offer (Miura or Riviera). Regarding the room, it's clear that it has been refreshed and the bedding is of good quality, but unfortunately, this still doesn't justify the price. The soundproofing is also rather poor. So, in summary, the bedding and breakfast are decent, but the rest is a bitter pill to swallow. I feel ripped off and, as a result, I won't be giving your establishment a good review and won't be returning. Sincerely,

A very pleasant hotel for a family stay by the lake, and when the weather isn't cooperating, the heated swimming pool takes over.

Suite mauvaise interprétation de ma réservation par mail aucune chambre ne nous est donc réservée à notre arrivée.... On nous propose néanmoins une solution en optant pour une chambre vue sur le lac mais nettement plus chère !!!! Ce que nous acceptons pour les 2 nuits mais voilà à 152 € la chambre nous nous attendions à un hébergement correspondant à ce tarif et déception car on remarque en arrivant que la porte du placard est coincée et donc ne peut se fermer, le flacon du produit savon est pratiquement vide, le frigo est vide et ne fonctionne pas ( par soucis d ecologie nous dit on, tout comme le mince filet d eau du lavabo )
Pas de bouteilles d eau offerte, il faut aller à la fontaine, très pratique la nuit !!!! et sur le plateau de courtoisie du NESCAFE même pas une cafetière à capsules..... Pas terrible pour un 4 étoiles !!!!!! Oh j oublié 2 petits bonbons en guise de bienvenue 😅 Mais ce que l on ne nous avait pas prévenu en plus était que cette chambre était destinée à une personne handicapée donc toilettes dans la salle de bain.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Dommage qu'il n'y ait plus de frigo. Manque de patères pour les peignoirs. Nous n étions pas prévenu des travaux, le réveil a été un peu bruyant.

Lundi, 13h00 : Naufrage immédiat au pays des bulles
Bienvenue dans ce temple de la relaxation... ou plutôt du grand n'importe quoi. L’espace "bien-être" porte magnifiquement mal son nom. On attaque par un bassin à bulles où la moisissure a clairement pris le pouvoir sur les joints.
Côté sécurité, ambiance "film d'horreur" : les bancs en aluminium dans le bassin sont en pleine décomposition, avec des rivets saillants et des plaques tranchantes prêtes à vous transformer en carpaccio. Le summum du luxe ? Recevoir des peignoirs dits "propres" mais déjà trempés dès l’entrée. Sans doute pour nous acclimater plus vite à l'humidité ambiante.
Des installations pour archéologues
Les vestiaires affichent une vétusté qui forcerait le respect d'un historien. Avec seulement quatre cabines, on a tout le loisir de méditer sur la saleté repoussante des vitres (un mélange savoureux de calcaire, poussière et toiles d'araignées). Dans les cabines, les bancs ne tiennent que par l’opération du Saint-Esprit, et les patères ont visiblement pris leur retraite anticipée. Mention spéciale pour l’escalier du jacuzzi : sans rampe, non fixé au sol et mouvant. Bravo pour ce concept de spa-aventure !
16h00 : Chambre 411 ou la grève du bâtiment
La chambre nous a vendu du rêve... de très courte durée. La baie vitrée était en grève illimitée. Entre le fermoir qui tombe en morceaux et les vis qui s'autodétruisent, accéder à la terrasse relevait de l’exploit olympique. Résultat : une isolation phonique digne d'une tente Quechua. Heureusement, le changement de chambre a été plus rapide que la chute du fermoir.
17h00 : Le soin matelas détente
Le fameux matelas massant en duo. Pendant 20 minutes, nos vertèbres ont été malaxées par ce qui ressemblait furieusement à des lances de pompiers sous pression. Maisje le reconnais plutot agreable.
Par contre le cadre ... oubliez les photos du site. Ici, on cultive l'esthétique du "bureau de douane désaffecté". On se sent parachuté dans un local administratif vidé à la hâte, avec une lampe de chevet de récup’ et deux vieux stores roulants marron . Mais le génie réside dans la vue : allongé sur le dos, vos yeux sont irrémédiablement attirés par une VMC encrassée par des décennies de poussière. Un pur moment de poésie urbaine. VAMOS !
20h00 : Restauration, le Titanic culinaire
Le dîner fut une performance artistique de maladresses. Pour 2 foies gras (supplément 10 €), l’établissement a innové en "oubliant" les toasts. J’ai dû rappeler au personnel que le foie gras ne se mangeait pas encore à pleines mains. Quinze minutes plus tard : deux malheureux triangles de pain d'épices pour deux. Il a fallu retourner quémander pour accompagner nos tranches.et hop encore 15 minutes,de perdu. La cuisine ? Un 5/10, et je suis d’humeur très charitable.
Le service (8/10) : Les seuls survivants. La serveuse et le maître d’hôtel se démènent pour masquer l’incompétence de la cuisine. Parce qu'on ne va pas se mentir : quand on est "dans le jus" avec seulement 16 couverts, il faut changer de métier. 2h15 pour manger... on n’est ni retraités, ni dans Matrix, mais le temps est très relatif ici.
Mardi, 07h00 : Le dernier acte
Le petit-déjeuner sauve un peu les meubles avec un choix correct, malgré un café anémique et des viennoiseries qui auraient bien aimé rester 5 minutes de plus au four.
08h00 : La fuite. On cherche encore les 4 étoiles, on a surtout trouvé la sortie. Quel plaisir de retrouver la liberté après cet "Escape Game version Koh-Lanta". Merci aux amis pour ce cadeau de mariage... mais la prochaine fois, offrez-nous juste un grille-pain.

There's a lot of work to be done on the quality of customer service and information, especially regarding the spa. We had to go back and forth several times to understand that flip-flops are not included and must be purchased separately, that towels are not provided, etc. Overall, there was a slight lack of politeness. Breakfast was adequate, which is a plus. Good location.
A lovely establishment despite the renovations; noise was well managed. Superb room, comfortable bedding. Varied breakfast with something for everyone.
A pleasant stay. The staff were very attentive. All services were as expected. If you want to spend a relaxing weekend, I recommend this spa hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. My only regret is the poor taste in the room decor: clashing colors, peeling paint, and shoddy finishing. It's a shame because the bathroom, lobby, and restaurant are magnificent. The spa is also very good; just a minor refresh of the paintwork and some shelves for hair styling and makeup products in the changing rooms would make it even better. I would gladly return to this establishment.
A very warm welcome from smiling, attentive staff, which was truly delightful. The place is peaceful with no noise disturbances. My mother had a Californian treatment performed by Saïd, who was very respectful and provided a high-quality service. The meals were delicious, and the service was prompt. The spa is very pleasant. We will definitely return.
From arrival to departure, everything was perfect; a wonderful experience. I'd do it again.
A spa hotel that exceeded all my expectations. The staff were friendly and professional, the spa had everything for relaxation and tranquility, including a sauna and jacuzzi, a pool with various jets, and offered treatments and activities. The room and bathroom were clean, with a small refrigerator and storage space at the entrance. The restaurant was perfect for a good meal, with a wine list and a selection of cocktails, and a bar with a piano—everything you need for a pleasant evening. For me, it was flawless; I plan to return and highly recommend it.

Comfortable hotel but price disparity for the same room on different days.
1/ During the phone booking, we were promised a lake-view room, but upon arrival, we were given a forest-view room! 2/ We were forced to provide our bank details to make the reservation (in these times of widespread scams, I find this very unacceptable), especially since I offered to pay the deposit immediately upon arrival, but no agreement was possible... 3/ The massages and treatments were very mediocre: for the cryogel session, they bandaged your knees with mint-infused strips, left you for 20 minutes, and then removed the strips??? The time spent by the person performing the treatment was a maximum of 10 minutes!!! As for the massages, there was no risk of muscle soreness; the person just stroked you, superficial treatments that didn't reach the muscles, let alone the neck!!! In short, a useless treatment...
Very good...but be careful about the number of people in the spa.
Too many people at the spa
The hotel is very nice. One small drawback, however, is the price of breakfast at €19.70. One would expect staff to be available to assist guests. The food is good, but it's still quite expensive for a breakfast you prepare yourself, especially the pancakes. The pancakes aren't replenished regularly. The only staff member is busy preparing breakfasts served in the rooms, which cost an additional €5!

We've been guests for years and have seen the hotel evolve; it's modernized but remains just as welcoming, and the spa is exceptional. The only downside was the Sunday brunch at €35, which we found very expensive for the limited selection, especially considering the excellent restaurant. We'll be back, but without breakfast this time.

The place is good, but the restaurant itself doesn't live up to the establishment's reputation! The service needs improvement; there are too many servers for a table of two, resulting in long waits and mistakes. No water, no bread, no wine... you have to ask again and wait. A shame!

The first disappointment came from the hotel's reaction to my request for an accessible room... Our accessible rooms had a lake view and were therefore more expensive, but the regular, non-accessible rooms were equipped with walk-in showers... so the accessible rooms were an extra charge, which is illegal! Furthermore, the key card lock in our room never worked during our entire stay, requiring about ten attempts and assistance from the reception staff, who were themselves struggling. This forced me to return to reception each time with a disabled person. The problem was never resolved during our 5-day stay. Furthermore, the breakfast service at €25 per person is poor. As soon as there are a few people, the person in charge of breakfast is overwhelmed and quickly has to deal with a situation that spirals out of control. The two poor coffee machines keep breaking down, and there are no more cups or teapots. I wasted half an hour waiting on the last day, even though I had a long drive ahead of me to get breakfast. This is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. Finally, there are only two electric charging points, which is insufficient, and they are free for 3 hours per day and located on the street, not in the enclosed and secure parking area.
* Lack of decoration in the rooms and dining area. * There should be trolleys for unloading trays; this would save time and free up staff to check that products are replenished (for example, arriving at 8:45 am for breakfast: hams, bacon, and water were replenished at 9:45 am... too late for many people). A shame. On the plus side, a lovely buffet with a wide selection of products and a manual fruit juice dispenser—excellent. And a great wellness area.
I come to this establishment very regularly and it is always a pleasure between its location near the lake, the cleanliness of the room space and the discreet and friendly staff.

We were just passing through and looking for a comfortable hotel with a spa to relax in, but we were very disappointed by the standard of this establishment, which does not live up to that of a 4-star hotel. The reception was cold and distant, the room, while clean, was rather unattractive with an uncomfortable mattress. The wellness area was crowded and resembled a public swimming pool more than a hotel spa. Dinner and breakfast were adequate, but nothing special. We will not be returning!
The quality has declined across the board, especially in the restaurant and breakfast (although the spa area remains excellent). The welcome was very cold and unfriendly, except for one restaurant server. The restaurant has definitely gone downhill (we had a poke bowl that was tasteless and even poor quality, the minestrone was cold, and the children's meal with seafood pasta was probably leftovers from lunch, along with a steak). Breakfast, with only one person to help us, was complicated, especially with so many machines that were difficult to operate (the pancake maker was impossible to use). There were fewer local products available, except for the cheeses (which were nicely presented). We've been coming for 30 years, and we won't be having breakfast there anymore. We won't be eating in the restaurant either. We were entitled to a discount on the room or half-board, but we only received a discount on half-board for one person—a strange concept for a family of four. Furthermore, nothing was explained or offered to us. It's appalling.
Overall, it's a very nice hotel with a few negative points regarding the interior soundproofing, the shower which has no pressure and the breakfast which is not worth the price.
The room was disappointing. The condition needs improvement. Screws protruding from the furniture, baseboards damp, poorly applied or damaged paintwork. Scratched parquet flooring near the coffee table. Insufficient lighting, very dim. TV too high. Curtains difficult to draw. Bay window lets in noise. Bathtub too high. Bathroom sink faucet too small and impractical. Hair dryer defective. Closet door didn't close properly because the track was bent. No instructions for the coffee machine.

We've been several times and are always delighted. The staff's welcome and helpfulness are truly appreciated. We mentioned that the bedding was a bit old and had given us back pain, and they responded extremely quickly, changing the mattresses within the hour. This particularly touched us and reassured us of the hotel's genuine care for its guests; it's truly worthy of a 4-star establishment. Unlimited access to the spa and pool for the duration of our stay is a major plus. Access to the treatments is also a real treat. In short, we will definitely be back, and of course, I'll be recommending this little gem.

Hello, we spent three nights at this hotel. The rooms and the spa/wellness area were very well equipped, corresponding to a four-star hotel. However, the food did not live up to expectations and was truly disappointing (aperitif served at the same time as the main course, two dishes were unavailable when we ordered, pre-made and tasteless desserts, and items unavailable at breakfast despite our requests). Free parking available. Spacious, renovated room, but the bathroom is a bit small. Pleasant spa with good opening hours. Decent breakfast. The food was a bit disappointing, and some of the staff seemed uninvolved.

You have a great hotel and a magnificent spa, however, you need to improve the quality of the meals. We ate at the Sunday lunch buffet, and there was a lot of tasteless food, many items were defrosted, the oysters had broken shells inside, the shrimp were rubbery, the blueberry pie was tasteless... The pizza we had from the bar on Monday lunchtime was practically burnt underneath, and the vegetables tasted like water. Why not cook on-site? You would benefit so much; we would have stayed at the hotel for dinner on Sunday evening instead of finding a restaurant elsewhere!
Half-board was forgotten during our evening meal but corrected by the manager; champagne not chilled at the bar and the bottle of champagne put in our room before our arrival was not chilled enough as a result (luckily it was cold outside).

Very pleasant hotel and staff
We stayed in room 205 from January 12th to 16th. We noted that the bathroom door was very difficult to close; the frame had been planed but not repainted (unjustified for a 4-star hotel). The toilet door was also hard to close. During the night from Tuesday to Wednesday, there was a lot of noise coming from the upper floors (it sounded like furniture was being moved). Regarding the construction work and the noise from the machinery during the day: we understand that this work needs to be done, but in that case, the price should be adjusted accordingly. Therefore, €700 excluding breakfast is not justified. As I mentioned before leaving, €580 to €600 would have been a fair price. I am not litigious and I don't like to complain, but I believe it is your responsibility to bring this to your attention. We also found the spa jets to be a bit strong and noisy. Otherwise, your breakfasts at €19.50 are decent and the price is justified. There's nothing to complain about regarding the cleanliness of the rooms. However, it might be a good idea to provide bath towels for the spa, as we come back with soaking wet bathrobes and it's difficult to dry them. In short, instead of changing the bathrobes, why not provide guests with a bath towel for the week? When asked why they chose this hotel, I didn't answer because it was a gift from our children. They chose it for its lake view and the presence of a wellness area. That's why I'm all the more upset to see that they paid €700. In any case, you have a magnificent region! Sincerely,

The hotel is very well located, quiet, excellent value for money, welcoming staff... Everything was perfect during my stay from December 24th to 26th.
Magnificent hotel. Beautiful room. Smiling, attentive staff. Perhaps the only thing missing is a children's pool area, since they are allowed in the spa area.
We had an excellent weekend at this hotel, just one small comment: we picked up the keys at 4pm and left the next day at 12pm, which is a bit short considering the price!

It's always a pleasure to stay at Adephia. Free parking, the spa, and its long opening hours mean you can easily visit during off-peak times. The staff is wonderful... The spa is excellent. Looking forward to returning.
This is the second time I've stayed at your hotel and requested a room with two beds, but unfortunately, when I arrive, I get a double bed. It's a shame, I love your hotel, but what's the point of checking in beforehand?
Very professional and very pleasant staff. Nothing but positive points. The negative points are too many people in the pool and in the room, the lack of small products, such as body lotion, and small sets like nail files, cotton swabs….

Hotel bien situé mais les prestations ne sont pas des 4 étoiles : dans la chambre pas des pantoufles, les the vas gamme pas de vaniy set et à notre arrivée il faisait très froid dans la chambre. Le repas au restaurant: le poisson a été froid et le cuisinier a exagéré avec le accettò balsamiques.
There were no hooks or coat racks in the room or bathroom to hang your belongings. The restaurant was very disappointing; it was far too expensive for what it offered. It used to be much better… the mattress in the room was worn out.
Customer for 20 years
The Adelphia has changed a lot; we used to rate the establishment as very good, but today it's just okay: - the reception is very cold and indifferent - there's no longer a choice of television channels, notably Canal+ - the spa was unbearable on Friday; opening the pools to "outsiders" of the hotel made the place similar to a municipal swimming pool. We came to relax and enjoy the facilities in better conditions... Is there a capacity limit? And finally... on Friday we had our first meal after leaving the hotel, around 6 pm... - the 10 am lunch buffet is too early for us; these little moments stolen from our professional lives are important, and we like to sleep in when we can. At 11:15 am, we went down to the bar for hot drinks, but we couldn't eat anything. We asked for bread, butter, and jam... only two industrial Nutella cakes, sitting in an empty display case... and then at 1:15 pm, since we couldn't go to the restaurant in our bathrobes and had checked out of our room, we were refused a salad or a dish that we would have eaten at the bar... as we had done about ten times... the same for lunch... No offerings at the bar except for cold cuts or cheeses... There you have it, and yet we used to love your establishment... Today, the customer service is no longer there... regarding the qualifications From a 4-star hotel...we preferred the 3-star Adelphia where the welcome and service were incredible. Best of luck.
We spent New Year's Eve at the hotel and it was disappointing. We had to take two days off and the atmosphere was rather gloomy on New Year's Eve.
The room was very nice except for the view (advertised as a mountain view, but actually a view of a rooftop). The room was very clean. The water fountain near the elevators was inconvenient. The spa: poor organization for treatments and somewhat disappointing massages: it was cold in the massage room, and there was no choice of background music or massage oil scents. The restaurant: the service needs improvement; there was a long wait (over 30 minutes to order), poor organization (people who arrived after us had their orders taken before ours), and too limited a selection (especially if you don't eat meat). The breakfast was plentiful and enjoyable.
Your reception staff could use a bit more of a smile, which is a shame. A bottle of water in the fridge would have been a welcome addition.
We had a great stay, even though it wasn't long; everything was perfect, and having access to the swimming pool was a real treat. Special mention goes to the (very kind) staff for the warm welcome and all the services provided.

During our previous stays, we were very satisfied with the restaurant in the evenings, which was not the case this time (the chef changed in September). The dishes were poorly prepared, too salty, the menu wasn't great for vegetarians, the desserts were very average, the meals were heavy, and the service was very slow. We were very disappointed with our family meal for 12 on Sunday evening. We thought it might be due to the date between the holidays, but the following evening was no better. It was nowhere near the standard of the hotel, which we otherwise appreciate.

The Spa is too crowded as also exterior people are allowed, not nice for a 4star hotel.
The service of the restaurant and the quality of the food also lack by far a 4star hotel.
Finally we waited over 30min for the checkout, this should be done much faster.
It's a real shame not to be able to change a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances or illness on the day. A gesture in that direction would be appreciated, but no, you have to pay the full amount and not show up. I can't give a proper rating, so everything is fine because initially it looked really appealing. What a pity.

We stay at this hotel every year. The service is good, the rooms are spotless, but the wellness center needs some maintenance. There were also quite a few broken things and some mold on the ceiling supports.
Don't change a thing, everything is great! We've been coming back 2 to 3 times a year for the past 15 years, you can check. Besides, the previous suggestions have been implemented, like the bathrobe dryers in the bedroom bathrooms. A small detail, you might say, but when you're at the top, you strive for perfection. The welcome and service were just adequate. We arrived at 4 pm like everyone else, and the information we received at reception was insufficient; we even had to go back to ask for more. The quality of the meal was just acceptable. There was no information provided regarding allergies or vegetarian options.
Having stayed here several times before, we were already familiar with the hotel, including its spa and restaurant. Regarding the restaurant, the service was excellent and very pleasant. However, the choice of dishes and their quality did not live up to the hotel's star rating, the setting, or the prices. The other major drawback was the spa, which was extremely crowded due to the large number of non-guests who came during the day. Some had children or young teenagers who couldn't access all the facilities. It made us wonder what they were doing there, mixed in with people seeking peace and quiet. This establishment should be "adults only," as it is nothing like a water park or a municipal swimming pool, which are much more suitable for parents with children.

Disappointing. The spa: from the moment you enter, the changing rooms remind you of a municipal swimming pool. The space is nothing like the photos on the website. It feels misleading. Add to that the noise, the slippery floor, and the overcrowding compared to the pool's capacity = total disappointment. The treatments are good, but unlike other spas, there are no towels to dry off. You're left with a wet bathrobe. To change it, you have to go down a floor. The room: fine, but what a terrible idea to put the smoke-prevention kit above the bed. It's constantly flashing, even at night. And the reception (hotel and spa) is not up to 4-star standards. (Waiting for the room, going back to the spa to get a bathrobe...) Disappointing across the board. It's all well and good to manage a hotel by focusing on cost, but you have to think about the customer experience. The website is truly misleading. What a shame.

A very nice hotel, with excellent spa access and hydrotherapy treatments. The establishment is very clean and the staff are pleasant. One drawback was the overly fast restaurant service: the half-board meals felt rushed. Furthermore, there was no choice of seating; we were seated right up against a wall.
Perfect, the only slight drawback to ensure continued improvement in quality is the flooring in the toilet/bedroom 508, which needs attention. Otherwise, truly perfect.

Room 412 has a tastefully renovated bathroom; it's a shame many others aren't, I hope this is planned. The dining options are limited despite annual price increases, and the removal of the complimentary 50cl of water is a real shame, especially in the room.
A lovely establishment with a large spa, a beautiful dining room, and decent food. The hotel is well-located on the lakefront. A renovation could improve the thermal and acoustic comfort of its guests. Don't hesitate to contact MY'RENO, a project management firm specializing in comprehensive renovations.

I gave this stay to my husband for his birthday. During online check-in, I mentioned that I would like a candle for his dessert at dinner, as it was a birthday present, but this wasn't followed up... It's a shame there's a special requests section on the form that doesn't seem to serve much purpose. Otherwise, all the staff are lovely, and overall it was a very pleasant stay. I regret that there aren't any plastic slippers available in the rooms. Your rooms are beautiful, and the bedding is perfect. Well done to your team!
A huge double bed made from two single beds, not great at all.
Regarding the spa and accommodation, it was very pleasant. We had a good time. As for the food, we were told over the phone that the menu could be adapted for vegetarians. In practice, this wasn't the case. We tried to suggest alternatives that seemed fair in terms of price, but there was no flexibility. My dish wasn't of high quality. For the treatments, we had a facial and a massage, which were disappointing. The staff were very pleasant and friendly, but they certainly lacked experience. Before starting, they should have asked about skin type and the preferred pressure for the massage. Personally, the facial was too harsh and left me with marks/redness that I still have today. The treatment experience was disappointing. Otherwise, the relaxation area was very nice.

The hotel is outdated and far from what one would expect from a 4-star establishment. The bathroom is tiny. The overall atmosphere is more like a boarding school or hospital than a hotel. Upon arrival via the parking lot, the spa attendants didn't even greet us. The welcome was neutral. The receptionist was kind enough to give us a piece of paper and an envelope we needed. However, there was a queue at 10:00 AM for check-out, and no sign of any effort from the receptionists to expedite the process. There was no particular warmth, neither in the atmosphere nor among the staff. A major disappointment considering the price of the room. Fortunately, the bedding was very comfortable.

A very good hotel with a magnificent view; I highly recommend it. The only slight drawback was the construction work, but it wasn't too disruptive. Another minor issue was the towel warmer, which wasn't plugged in. To plug it in, you needed a power strip or an extension cord. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.

Is not at all up to the standard of a Four Stars Hotel… The réception staff are very rude… not to say dishonest, lying about the possibility to cancel the réservation.
The décoration and colors of the interior of the hôtel are depressing, black-out, violet and orange… perfect for Halloween… The restaurant looks more like a cafétéria than a Four Stars Hotel restaurant… no esthéticics, cheap furnture.

A small but unpleasant anecdote. At the restaurant, we had ordered a set menu with a starter, main course, and dessert. On the second day, we weren't very hungry in the evening, so I didn't order a starter or dessert, and neither did my wife. Even though the set menu included dessert (for example, a gourmet coffee), we only wanted a coffee to avoid waste. To our surprise, we were charged for two coffees on the final bill. Despite two complaints, they offered no compensation. I find this really disappointing; I'm not worried about four euros, but is this really acceptable?
We've been staying at the Adelphia Hotel for years. It's a 4-star hotel. The price doesn't reflect the quality of the food. Frozen waffles when served, undercooked chicken, and so on… This will definitely be our last stay. We used to have a good time.
Very good overall. It's a shame we were turned away from the aquagym class listed on the brochure, under the pretext that it was a private class.

The cramped size of the toilet, called a "bathroom," only allows access for one person at a time (despite the price).

It's a family hotel that I've been going to for 5 years, very good value for money. Too bad that our last visit to Ile on October 23rd they removed the mini fridge from the room (eco-friendly!!!!) Otherwise nothing to say, breakfast was cheap despite the fact that they removed quite a few things compared to 2 years ago.

I didn't enjoy the shower because the water flowed too little. It was difficult to remove the soap. I removed it by drying myself with the towel.

We spent one night there. The room has a great view of the lake and high-quality bedding. Access to the spa from 10 a.m. on the day of arrival and all day on the day of departure is a real plus compared to other establishments. The staff is very welcoming and very friendly.

Ideally located hotel, excellent value for money, spacious rooms, a more than complete breakfast and constantly striving to improve: they recently redid the bathrooms with very practical showers, they finally managed to keep their staff with very welcoming people: Coralie, Sabrina, Manon Ellie and I'm forgetting some!!! I highly recommend this hotel which has everything to please and I have been a loyal customer for more than ten years (even if I would like not to say it too much to avoid no longer having a place for myself!).

Never disappointed for many years
A strong smell of chlorine from the reception and compared to the pool/spa center - Even outside the summer period, there are a lot of people in the pool and especially in the SPA because the establishment is open to the public and not reserved only for hotel guests, which is not specified on the website. For a 4-star hotel, the rooms are averagely decorated and having been changed rooms compared to a neighbor upstairs who was disrespectful and very noisy, my second room on the 4th floor was of 2-star quality with traces of old equipment, an outdoor terrace table that had had its day (broken and discolored!) and a bathroom faucet so scaled up that I only had a trickle of water! Fortunately, the quality of the restaurant and the service team made me forget these inconveniences a little...

We did a seminar for 50p and everything went well. A pleasant and helpful team!
Relaxing stopover package at the end of September 2025 for €222, excluding drinks. Arrived at 3:30 p.m., renovated room already ready, upgrade with marina view offered. Spa treatment scheduled for 6 p.m. (20-minute waterbed for us). Meal scheduled for 7:45 p.m. So far, so good. At the restaurant the meal is good but not for lactose intolerant people (forced to take what does not contain lactose (very very complicated), the waitress does her best to find a solution. When leaving we have to sign a receipt for drinks (it is not included in the package but we know it) the manager of the room presents us with a bill for 97 euros even though we are on half board. After more than 10 minutes of back and forth with the reception I go with him to understand and there he gives us another bill for drinks (normal) and a supplement of 5 euros for my dish (I specify that we had a normal menu and not half board so not aware of the supplement of 5 euros and especially not much choice without milk). I signed the receipt a little annoyed. Swimming pool in the evening to calm down (pool open from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.). Hearty breakfast but which declines in quality/quantity (freshly squeezed orange juice very good). After another turn at the pool it is time to leave. Despite the evening's remarks about the restaurant, the 5 euro supplement was indeed charged. I paid but the restaurant completely ruined the stay. Very good spa reception, very good pool (although colder that day and super hot jacuzzi), good breakfast, good welcome at departure but with the bill much less good and of course the restaurant not good at all (the waitress is very good) because of the evening manager. Conclusion: Good but the restaurant really ruins everything... The renovation of the rooms is average for a 4 star. We have stayed at this hotel many times.
I have been coming for many years at least 4 to 5 times a year to spend 2/3 days to recharge my batteries and I have followed the many works carried out over time..... Hotel value for money, very good for a 4 star and also on the edge of the lake.... However, the catering still needs to be improved and the breakfast (19 € per person) is a little expensive or offered until 11 a.m. instead of 10 a.m. But I will come back as always!!

My parents’ room (222) was not cleaned yesterday, so we had to ask for towels ourselves.
We also asked for help to turn on the towel warmer in room 222, but no one was able to make it work.
The curtains in room 220 are very difficult to close.

Disappointed by the restaurant and especially by its service, not up to standard for a 4* hotel We forgot our aperitif order for 30 minutes...an oversight that was noticed by the manager of the room when he brought us our dishes. Result: aperitifs served in 2 minutes....5 minutes to swallow them while our dishes were cooling on the serving hatch. Dishes served lukewarm even though we hadn't finished our aperitifs. When we made the remark when paying, no apology (we were simply told that there had been a lot of people in the restaurant that day...which in no way explains or excuses the error) and no gesture on the bill: unworthy of a restaurant within a 4* establishment. In addition, the dessert announced as a brownie is not one (at best, it's a chocolate fondant...) In short, very very disappointed with the service and the way of treating dissatisfied customers
An unforeseen event forced me to extend my stay. The lady at reception was great! She made sure I didn't have to change rooms. A thousand thanks again to her. It's very, very nice to deal with pleasant and competent people like her. The reception team is generally very welcoming. Bravo to the spa and restaurant staff as well. Very good establishment. The welcome is truly excellent, a big thank you to all the staff and in particular to Elga thanks to whom the room was perfect and very clean. I loved the olfactory signature, very peaceful. The bedding is very comfortable, a big +++ for the pillows. An extra blanket is provided in the closet - very good idea. The bathroom is perfect, I loved the modernity of the shower. The restaurant is very good. The spa is the little extra very nice ideal for relaxing! I recommend this establishment.

Hello When I went to the SPA on Saturday morning (September 20, 2025), I wanted to go into the water. While trying to go down the steps that led into the water, I slipped on the first step of the SPA and fell into the water head first (the water covered my head). The lifeguard immediately intervened to help me get back up. I still hurt my knee, which swelled up, preventing me from bending my knee and walking properly. I put ice on my knee, but it didn't do much. My husband went to the hotel reception to explain what had happened to me, he wanted to speak to a manager of the establishment, he was told that the manager was not there, and that there would be no follow-up, and that you did not want to activate the insurance of your establishment. I don't understand why an establishment like yours didn't want to use the insurance. I could have hurt myself badly. Since then, my knee has been painful and I have difficulty walking. My doctor prescribed a knee x-ray and a treatment that isn't very effective. To this day, I'm still in pain. You should redo the steps of the SPA (which are very slippery), to put non-slip ones to prevent other people from getting hurt. And also put a bar all around so you can hold on when you're in the water and that goes all the way around to prevent slipping in the SPA and the pool. I will not return to your establishment, and I will not advertise your establishment, because my stay was disappointing. While some things are correct, others are disappointing. For a Four Star, hats off!!!!!!!!!!!! Disappointing all along the line. There should be a doctor or a nurse in the establishment, or a first aid station. Sincerely, Mrs. Vesco

Only small problem, it would be appreciated for an establishment like yours to see about doing a little refurbishment of the SPA on the ground floor (damage to the tiled coverings, some lights in the ceiling not replaced etc...). I would like to point out that this remark is in order to improve comfort/reputation, in no way a serious problem!

The only little problem: I had prepared a surprise for my daughter's birthday, wrote to the hotel to inform them, repeated it upon arrival at the reception and the person who received my daughter could not think of anything better than to tell her that we had already arrived, when she shouldn't have done so. The surprise...Failed!

The place is perfect but i think one winter closing and a full restore is necessary. Also a lot of mold in the swimming pool around the details. Cleaning could be better. The room we also had some dust and hairs. The bed and pillows were perfect. Al togetherness good but needs building work.
An aging hotel, despite the work undertaken, the dilapidation is visible. The arrival in the underground parking lot is not very inviting, with a reception area of unused and messy equipment. The hotel offers bicycles that we wanted to reserve. We were told that it was impossible, the next day the bicycles had been reserved by other people: the organizational rules should perhaps be standardized among the staff. The hotel restaurant is okay, it's a shame that after 8:30 p.m. access is no longer possible.
Hello, The stay went very well: spacious family room, lovely spa, and perfect breakfast. The only downside: an unpleasant smell of urine or sewage in our toilets. We reported this to reception when we checked out (room 409).
It would be important if the reception and restaurant staff spoke English as well as French. This is what you would expect from a higher level hotel.

I come regularly and on Friday we carried out our weekend program and Saturday we met for a bike ride, the program fell through, tires underinflated, brakes broken, we were supposed to visit the banks of the lake. Really a shame to offer this service and not check the condition of the bikes.

Very satisfied with our stay as always since we have been coming for several years. It is a truly relaxing break with the spa and treatments.
Very well located hotel on the lake, with free parking and bikes available for walks. Very comfortable room with large beds. However, in terms of SPA and relaxation, the experience remains to be reviewed. Indeed, despite decent facilities, the experience is tarnished by the smell of urine in the access corridor and the SPA area which turns into a water park. The reason is the lifeguard staff who neglect the comfort and relaxation for which we pay. The children run, dive, jump screaming in the relaxation pools. Not to mention the water polo match which was set up under the staff's gaze. Ultimately, the hotel is good but the Spa is to be avoided for the reasons above.

Very nice hotel with a perfect lake view room, except for the new bedside tables which were not as good as the old ones in terms of storage! The welcome was perfect as was the restaurant. A small downside concerning the exterior and interior floral decoration which was completely "burnt"...! It will be a pleasure to stay in this hotel next year.

This experience is not worthy of a 4-star hotel, poor condition of the common areas (toilets), and the same goes for the room, marks on the walls, the edges of the windows, a fridge that is a good 25 years old and is dirty outside and moldy inside. Bathroom with a bathtub full of signs of wear and black marks, marks on the ceiling of the entrance to the room, even the toilet door did not open properly. In terms of service, from a 4-star hotel I expected small soaps or other attentions away from the customer but nothing. On the other hand, the entire staff is friendly and at your service if needed. If I had taken a room in a 2 or 3-star hotel, certain things could have been seen differently, but it is supposed to be a 4-star hotel!

UN Hôtel correct dans l'ensemble , mais pas du niveau de prestations hôtelière d'un 4 étoiles. Particulièrement la restauration , d'un niveau très bas en terme de choix et de qualité . Oubli dans les commandes et ordre de service du personnel. Au petit déjeuner , indication "tous produits Halal" ,?!§? Comme-ci nous étions en Arabie et non à Aix les bains. Pas de bouteille d'eau dans le réfrigérateur de la chambre , soi disant parce qu'il y a une fontaine d'eau dans le couloir !!! (hors norme 4 *). Seule la partie Wellness est vraiment au niveau 'bassins , sauna , hammam, espace détente.

Adding a body cream to the toiletries is a detail but a plus! The wellness center was very disappointing. The treatments offered are not worthy of a 4-star hotel. Very bad experience.
Air conditioning is inoperative as it is set by default and cannot be changed. For a hotel of this price, it is really excessive. Bedding is quite average as the bed moves as soon as the partner moves. The spa is very good.
Everything was there for an ideal stay. One small drawback, however: we were disappointed in the restaurant by the origin and provenance of the meat served, which was not French.

Very good hotel, very pleasant with very friendly and smiling employees. Be careful though because we had chipped and cracked dishes (glasses and bowls) three times at breakfast or dinner.

Access to the SPA before getting the room is really a plus. However, improvements could be made to the SPA. There is no access to the SPA reserved exclusively for hotel guests. The deckchairs should be cleaned and/or changed. The footbaths were very dirty and 2 without water.
Already a guest of the hotel, we hadn't been there for 2 years. The bedding was very good, the spa area very good, the staff very good, the bar and restaurant very good. On the other hand, the room is full of negative things that I had not seen in a 4 star hotel: - Entrance door that opens very badly (someone intervened on it to improve) - Holes filled in a hurry - The dust in the holes was not cleaned - Dirty fridge, I would not have put a bottle or food in it - Trace of black grease on the top of the toilet door (which probably comes from the bellboy) - Very poorly done painting in the room - Bathtub that has traces, perhaps rust at the level of the siphon and very damaged enamel - Toilet threshold bar poorly fixed, risk of hurting your feet on the screws that are not screwed in - French window that closes badly - To close the curtains you have to do it by hand, I thought I had to tear off the rod when closing them All these defects were reported to Romane from the Management, the hotel made a gesture on the price of the room per night and offered an aperitif in the evening. We stayed one night as planned, but I wouldn't have stayed another night. I regularly stay in hotels for business trips and I've seen 2- and 3-star hotels that are better maintained! I don't know if I'll stay here again during a future trip to Aix-les-Bains!
We came to spend the weekend to disconnect before going back to work. The hotel is very well located, the staff very smiling, helpful and welcoming. The room was perfect and the bedding comfortable. The spa and the swimming pool were also perfect. Thank you to the lifeguard for lending goggles so that Mr. could do his lengths 🥰😊

Pleasant stay
I can't imagine a hotel where the staff doesn't show the slightest interest in understanding the needs of a non-French guest. We went to a spa resort to relax and found the spa was geared toward families with children, noisy, the water almost cold and dirty, and the garden full of mosquitoes. The views and the room were ideal. As a spa, it's not worth traveling so many miles to such a noisy place.
Very good hotel overall. The staff as a whole is very pleasant, with a special mention for the person who welcomes you in the restaurant because she is cheerful and always has a nice word, and also the person in charge of cleaning the rooms, she is discreet, efficient and thoughtful. The only downsides I would put are on the restaurant part. In terms of dishes, we had a chipped and cracked water glass in the evening in the restaurant, as I had a glass of wine my wife used mine and at breakfast I had a large white coffee cup also chipped. And finally from time to time a device starts up on the roof which makes a vibrating noise in the room but quite bearable. Otherwise everything was very good.

Not enough German tourists in Savoy?? 6. Hotel bar often closes much earlier! Normally open until 11 p.m. according to the description!! You can't generate any revenue that way 7. Your hotel website advertises that reception is spoken in four languages. Unfortunately we didn't see any member of staff who could answer us in German. What a pity. ----- 1. Shower head broken. 2. Almost no water came out of the tap (they were economical at the bad end). It was almost impossible to shave. 3. Motor for extracting the fan from the bathroom cassé room. Ventilation inadequate! 4. The refrigerator does not maintain the ideal temperature until long. 5. Malheureusement, the télévision ne dispose pas des maines chaines allesandes (par example, ARD and ZDF)! Tropical tourist destinations in Savoie? 6. Le bar de l'hôtel ferme souvent beaucoup plus tôt! Normalement ouvert jusqu'à 11 p.m., d'après la description ! Impossible to generalize the revenue of this form. 7. The web site of your hotel advertisement that the reception is quadrilingual. Malheureusement, nous n'avons rencontré aucun membre du personnel capable de nous répondre en allerand. Quel dommage.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans une chambre agréable avec une équipe dynamique. Le spa en accès illimité a été un vrai plus pour notre séjour. Cela est juste dommage d'apprendre au moment de la baignade que le port du short de bain n'est pas autorisé et que les grandes tailles ne soient disponibles à la vente à l'hôtel.
Hotel that does not offer the services of a 4 star, some parts of which are dilapidated to say the least (especially the spa) and where some employees do not have the essential qualities or the necessary training to work in a hotel of this category. No shower in the room, just a bathtub with a shower head....a bit tight! It is difficult to make an assessment of the staff as a whole as the disparities are so great.

Beautiful hotel with a nice spa and pool. Otherwise, nothing more for a 4-star hotel. The bathrobes provided should be replaced. They are in poor condition for a 4-star hotel. Not to mention the friendliness of the reception staff. The ladies who clean the rooms are very friendly, polite, and conscientious. The price-quality ratio is quite poor in my opinion.

Breakfast ok but not organized, no plates and cutlery at the entrance, wobbly tables, cold scrambled eggs... In our opinion, it is these details that make a 4 star, not just having a spa...

Very disappointed with the SPA area, jacuzzi grills in the room, footbaths out of order, mattress submerged in the spa area with deflectors which cause discomfort especially around the head. Rusty ventilation grill and frankly not clean window. The outdoor tables were not cleared for several hours... No one at the bar when we went there in the afternoon... In short, for more than €230 a night, we were hoping for a little better anyway...

Hello, A small hiccup upon arrival where they cashed my deposit instead of simply taking the card imprint. The refund was complicated and long. The phone in room 409 is out of service. Moreover, there is no indication of how to contact reception. I was told that in my room, I could fill out a form to request breakfast in the room, but this form was missing. The description of breakfast in the room mentioned ham, but there was none. Overall, the establishment is starting to age, but the pool area and the park are truly magnificent. The view of the lake is also superb.

It's a shame to receive an email for check-in a few days before and the staff on site does not read the requests made in the email. In that case, do not send anything!!! I had chosen your establishment for its spa, and I was not disappointed: it is exceptional and offered me a moment of deep relaxation that I badly needed. The breakfast was generous, tasty, with many choices. The welcome at the reception was warm, caring, and very professional, which I would like to emphasize. The lifeguard in charge of supervising the spa was also very kind, taking the time to explain the facilities to us with patience, competence and a smile - which makes all the difference. The only small downside concerns a person present in the room during breakfast. I had to ask two questions, having misunderstood certain instructions (particularly for orange juice and maple syrup). Her response made me feel, rightly or wrongly, a form of annoyance that destabilized me a little. It's not a big deal, but I'm allowing myself to mention it because it slightly tarnished an otherwise very pleasant moment. We spent a full day (and one night) at the hotel spa and were very happy with our experience. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the spa was excellent. I appreciated the initiative of having a water fountain on each floor that provided both still and sparkling water. However, the hotel should provide carafes to avoid multiple trips to the fountain. Additionally, hotel guests should be provided with towels, as bringing one from home can take up valuable space in a small suitcase.

This is an excellent hotel to syptay in, with spacious lake-view rooms which are well appointed. The only minus is that it advertises EV charging however, they are both Tesla and not compsatable with all vehicles. The single charger in the sun-terranean car park was fine, but the staff did not know about this compatability. This is nothing to do with your staff who are excellent, but a lack of adequate training in the subject.

Everything went well, room with a view of the marina, Small downside we had a room with additional services and a bottle of champagne but it was not there when we arrived, we had to ask for it, we asked to have it brought up to the room with a plate of cold meats and cheese and we were charged for the room delivery service, and we were not warned of any additional costs. Bathroom equipped with essential oil capsules for the shower but too bad there is no explanation on how it works and Japanese toilet but the remote control did not work so we could not test it! Too bad because the price of the room is not cheap!

Very well located hotel, the SPA facilities (jacuzzi, swimming pool, jets...) are very good, the park with the deckchairs is very pleasant, with the songs of the many birds as a bonus! Concerning the treatments, some people are not at all welcoming and do not explain anything (others do their job and are nice), for the relaxing bath not all the jets worked and the bathtub was old (lots of limescale marks that did not make you want to dive in...) and some relaxing music would have been welcome. For the hydrojet mattress, very good, but also music to cover the noise would have been welcome, and too much light to relax completely. For the lymphatic drainage boots there the light was cut off so great, but the relaxing music was too low to be heard... it's a shame. The two very disappointing points are the reception: young women who are closed and not at all smiling (it's the least you can do in this profession, even if it means being hypocritical if you don't want to be there...), and especially the restaurant: TASTY dishes. No taste, although the recipes were promising, but really we rarely had to force ourselves to go to the restaurant, I'm a poor cook but I would have done much better. In short, for the price: avoid. So we didn't even try breakfast for fear of having the same quality...

We enjoyed our stay. The best experience was the quality of the room. The worst experience was the restaurant. There are more extras on the menu than the basic choices. A somewhat mixed review for this generally pleasant, spacious, well-located hotel. Easy parking. Reasonable rates. Very spacious Privilege Room with a large balcony and a view of the lake and the port. The bathroom has already seen some wear (uninviting bathtub, corroded bottom of the mirror). Varied breakfast, but there too my tray was already a few hours old. Very good quality meal in the evening at the restaurant, but unprofessional staff: they come to take the order and serve the dishes without really going among the tables to see if everything is okay or if you would like another drink. I wanted a second glass of wine with my meal, no one looked at me for almost ten minutes, I ended up getting up to ask for it myself at the entrance... abnormal for a restaurant in a **** hotel. Finally, at checkout, the reception did not ask me if my stay had gone well. Nothing dramatic but it weakens the quality/price ratio.

Overall everything went well. There were a few hiccups: when I wanted to cancel one of the two nights booked, the staff canceled my stay, but I was able to see the email in time to rectify it. I asked for two single beds at least three times (when booking, I called back to be sure, and during the online check-in I specified it again) but we got a double bed. Otherwise, overall we enjoyed the spa and the staff is very nice.

The positive: the view of the lake and the spa (massage, treatments, very professional, and friendly). The less good: the room phone does not work, the safe is faulty on arrival, the room is noisy, the pipes, the water heater and the window are very hard to open, etc. The park needs maintenance, the chair is worn and not cleaned, the outside bar area is not very clean, etc. When it comes to reception (no welcome, no more information than that and, the departure is not very friendly, (No questions, if you had a good stay, etc., it is not better to go to the baths, we are almost disturbing them...., as for the towels, the one in the room is made for baths and the bathrobes are worn, very limited for a 4 star. There is a great need for a good general manager. Being in the business, it is a calm and thoughtful reflection. Here is our feedback from our 3 days.

As hotel residents it is preferable to go there outside of public opening hours, which leaves time to stroll around the port, take a boat trip with a visit to the abbey and Chanaz. As for the restaurant, frankly no equivalent with the hotel and SPA part, the server did not validate our order, after 1 hour of waiting we were brought with certainly excuses but only 1 starter to share while we had asked for 2 ..., rushed and not wanting to be annoying customers we accepted the dish and ate quickly because we had an appointment. The quality is not up to the establishment's standards. Coffee is a commercial gesture, except that we do not drink it so no gesture in replacement. In short, we will not repeat the restaurant experience unfortunately. Thank you to the staff for their smiles, kindness, and availability. We will return to the hotel.
Some details really need to be reviewed, the safe in our room doesn't work, nor does the room telephone! And the cleaning lady still made our bed even though we had put up the do not disturb sign!
A bit disappointing for a 4*. Closet doors don't close properly, musty smell in the toilets. Poorly equipped gym, no air conditioning and overlooking the spa; needless to say it's very hot. Positive points: very nice location, good facilities for the spa area with a large swimming pool.
Hostess not at all welcoming, not smiling. Noise all night, impossible to sleep. Between the water heater that recharges several times, the thermostat that buzzes every 20 minutes... people dragging chairs. Spa side nothing to complain about. Bathrobe stained. No disposable slippers. The hotel is not worth a 4 star, no gesture for the price 20€ for breakfast not at all profitable for us who only have a coffee and a croissant too
Only two problems during our stay. The patio door wouldn't close. We called as soon as we arrived. Someone was supposed to come, but we didn't see anyone. My father fixed it. I called the hotel physiotherapist because I had a back problem, and he never called me back. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

You have to be very picky to find anything negative about this hotel, the impeccable welcome, the perfect room, the very comfortable (large) bed, access to the services (spa, hammam, Jakuzzi, jets, swimming pool... (bathrobes provided free of charge), the view (lake side), the parking included in the price, come on you have to find something, access to the parking lot is not very well indicated on arrival (but the spaces are quite large), in the end even a 3 star cannot compete in terms of prices and services!!! We came (twice) and we will come back!
I've been coming to this hotel for over 11 years because of its great value for money, its ideal location next to the lake, and its overall service. The hotel is gradually redoing its bathrooms, transforming the old bathtubs with beautiful walk-in showers, which is an excellent initiative. Bravo to the management for regularly updating their facilities!

Having been to other 3-star spa hotels, I was able to compare but I found nothing more!!! On the contrary! The girls at the spa reception were very unpleasant, talking to each other without paying attention to the fact that we were waiting for them, rude and not pleasant at all. No explanation, on the contrary, we were disturbing. The restaurant reception was great, but the meal was very average (penne with truffle, white liquid cream, barely served at the last minute because it was not simmered and cold). The room we had, mountain view (218) no mountain view but a view with a huge tip!! At the reception, no information (apart from where the spa and the restaurant are because we had booked) but nothing more about the hotel or the bar!!

My wife and I came here 13 years ago, before our daughter was born. We had fond memories of it, even though we knew at the time that the establishment was in need of renovation. For her birthday, I booked her two nights at the hotel, plus a treatment of her choice. I had seen that the hotel had been renovated, and I must admit that it was done with very good taste. Congratulations on the work. Only, a few hiccups marred our stay. Nothing serious, but things that bother me. I must confess that I am a hotel owner, so I must see things that others don't. Let's talk about breakfast first: At €19.50, you can expect something of quality. In terms of choice, it's really very good, even a little too much. If there were less, it wouldn't make much difference. But as for the rest: I don't think it's normal that only two people take care of it. When you have a room with at least 100 covers, you should at least double that staff. The poor things are always running around, following customers' requests in the face of a shortage of goods here and there. And even if the food is quickly found, the fact remains that we expect more anticipation so as not to have to ask the staff. Then, the organization of the buffet itself... There's everything, but you have to look for it. My wife and I have 2 different logics, and neither of us has managed to understand why one thing is in one place and another in another. Really poorly done, and needs to look into the matter. Once again, the price requires a service, and in my opinion, the contract was not fulfilled. The spa: As mentioned above, I had offered a treatment to my wife. It was up to her to book. She made arrangements a week beforehand and called. The person on the other end of the line told her it was okay, at the time she wanted. She was supposed to receive a confirmation email, which she never received. Being in the business herself, she simply thought they hadn't had time. So we went to check when we arrived at the hotel, to make sure it was okay for the next day... Well, no... They had her name and contact information, but the treatment hadn't been validated. She had to choose another time slot, and as a result, we lost half a day. So if I have to give advice, ask for confirmation by email, and insist on having it beforehand. Security... 2 little things: The first is that the safe in my room wasn't working. It happens. I informed the reception. But it's the housekeeper's job to make sure the equipment in the room is working. In the end, it didn't bother me that much. However, something more serious: we had forgotten our magnetic key in the room. So I went back down to reception to ask for another one. They asked me which room it was, but that's it... No name, no ID... It could have been anyone, even someone who got the room number wrong... And that's where I find it borderline. Otherwise, beautiful location, wonderful weather, we still had a pleasant stay as a couple, away from the children. I think that if I hadn't worked in this environment, I would have found it very good. But now, I find it useful to take 10 minutes of my time to make the stays of future guests as good as possible. Hoping that management will rectify the situation and that my comments will be considered constructive.
A stressful arrival since the reception staff informed me that my reservation had been cancelled by myself......surprise because who would drive 2 hours after canceling a stay, especially since it was for my daughter's birthday. With great zeal my reservation was found, my first and last name had been reversed hence the difficulty in finding my reservation, I even gave the reservation number. Apart from that very very good stay, very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant is perfect with a warm welcome and good little dishes, which is not more expensive than in a restaurant in town. The bedding is very comfortable and the bathroom sufficiently large. To complete the well-being of the pools, a 20-minute massage by very professional masseuses. And I forgot the breakfast is more than perfect with a very varied choice. In short, we had a dream stay with my daughter

Excellent spa 2 downsides all the same 1 The bartenders, they must lack training in smiling while working 😕 (saw 2 bartenders both the same.) The other staff are great! 2 Nothing against admitting our animal friends, but to make your pet friends do their business on the lawn where our children play and where next to the deckchairs and bath towels. There I say very very average. And what is the management doing??? The corridors of the hotel are also a little dark and cold.

Friendly welcome, room with lake view needs some refreshing including the bathroom. The SPA too small with many children...difficult to enjoy it!!! The catering has a lot of progress to make, average service, table without protection, neither tablecloth, nor placemat!!! No small spoons to eat desserts and ice cream!!! (soup spoons) Average meal quality...on the other hand, great buffet for breakfast...without small spoons!!! Finally, how can you allow so many dogs in the restaurant room, including a huge Newfoundland!!!

Excellent stay, having enjoyed the restaurant and the pool. Very professional and pleasant staff. Very pleasant rooms too. The only downside was the TV section without Canal Plus, but the weather allowed us to do without it, very pleasant walks.

The spice not really up-to-date and the other guests didn’t follow the sauna rules. For example going into the sauna right after swimming and without a towel. But this is nothing the hotel could be blamed for.
Breakfast was good, actually more than expected.
But the dinner restaurant (we booked half board) was horrible. Cheapest convenience food served as freshly cooked. So the quality was really poor.It was served cold and tasteless. Upon complaining on the cold meal they took it away and came back 60 seconds later reheated by microwave. The Staff did not offer anything as a compensation nor were they really helpful. After short discussion, we left the restaurant. It would be better to charge slightly higher prices for the meals instead of offering such a shame.
The overall writing is actually good, but the restaurant experience cancelled our good impression.

We had an excellent 2-day stay, the mountain view room is very quiet, the bed is very large, the small balcony is very pleasant. The spa is also superb, the water is very hot, the staff is very kind. Location is quite a distance from the town centre. Decent sized rooms, although the separate toilet is on the small size. The pool was a bit crowded. We got denied access to the pool for wearing swim shorts, not trunks, which wasn't relayed to us before.

We are very far from the services of a real 4-star hotel. The welcome from some members of the reception was not very welcoming. The breakfasts at 19.50 euros do not correspond to this price (spitting or broken coffee machine - dirty dishes - sticky tray - very limited choice of fruits) At this price, you might as well go get croissants at the bakery which is 5 minutes away. In the room, there is no bottle of water contrary to what is advertised and for coffee, only two sachets of instant coffee per day! Obviously, we do not count the decaffeinated one. The SPA infrastructure is aging and places are quickly limited. Although the view is magnificent, we will not return.

Very good bedding, balanced and plentiful meals. The balneotherapy is very effective and very pleasant. The only downside is the work (drill and hammer) from 8:30 in the morning! Apart from that, the staff is very pleasant and helpful. A very invigorating and relaxing stay at the same time!

Great price for the stopover evening mode. But, why make a stopover evening reserved for Pros, ask for a business card when first booking and not indicate the name of the company on the invoice... it's borderline unprofessional. Another point, on an invoice intended for professionals, why leave the bathrobe deposit... The staff at the reception is a bit careless, as is the restaurant. Complicated to have all the elements explained to you upon arrival. It wasn't clear that there was a deposit on the bathrobe (indicated in only one of the 2 elevators), it wasn't clear that you had to take the towels from the room (and I still don't know which ones because then I don't have any left for my morning shower), it wasn't clear that as a guest, you had to go downstairs in your bathrobe. At 10 p.m., impossible to check out. At the restaurant in the evening: I had to book (even though it was 3/4 empty), but above all, it took 30 seconds to check that I had a reservation, but then there was a long wait to be seated, then a long wait to take my order (even though the choice was limited and they knew I was a professional, since it was a stopover, etc.). First of all, the same person who checked that I had paid at the entrance no longer bothered to seat me or even explain how it worked. First of all, I didn't understand the concept of ham crumbs (not real, large slices).

Hello, I had booked Friday March 1 and when we arrived at 4, our room had been assigned to other people. We had to turn back and sleep at home. The manager offered us a room in another hotel but we have been coming for years and do not want to stay anywhere else. Then we came at 2 this Thursday evening, when we entered the room it smelled of sewers and the shower water was cold. As compensation we were offered 2 orange juices. But a simple message warning us would have been appreciated. I regret these malfunctions, we have appreciated this establishment for many years. Just one complaint is about the bath and shower in the room. The shower head won’t stay put. You can’t reach the taps to turn the bath on without getting in it because of the enormous shower screen which is blocked by the sink. So you get a faceful of cold water when you turn it on then a very uncomfortable shower. Similar problem when I stayed last year in another room. Also still nowhere to dry things In the room and difficult to get dry towels else where. Towel rail or drying rack please..

Very nice location and appreciated lake view. Expensive but plentiful and varied breakfast. Aging hotel and spa, not up to 4-star standards: . Bathroom with non-functional bathtub, severe lack of a drying facility for bathrobes (very unpleasant experience of having to put back the damp bathrobe from the day before). The spa deserves dedicated access: you end up in your bathrobe in the lobby, or in front of the bar after 7:30 p.m. .... Hammam and sauna area is gloomy and not very friendly. Bad experience with room service: a dirty and stained towel left on the floor was put back on the rack without being changed ...

Overall the accommodation is great, the rooms are spacious and the spa is really complete with very wide opening hours for hotel residents - however the end of the stay was marred by a billing error of €200 to my disadvantage - when paying I pointed out to the hostess that the price seemed high compared to my estimates - she told me to check and confirmed the price indicated I still asked for a detailed note and I paid the requested price - arrived at the car park after several quick calculations and by taking the detailed note I realized that the deposit for the bathrobes had been billed to me twice and that the refund of the deposit only related to a single deposit (€50 deposit per bathrobe X 4 people = €200) so I had to turn back to get a refund for what I got - I expected given the standing that the establishment wants to have and my loyalty to it to the proposal of a commercial gesture which never came and at least an apology from the hostess who never came either…. I was reimbursed (still happy) and thank you goodbye… I found that a bit light despite the excellent stay in the hotel.

There was a problem with the mixer/hot water in our room, but otherwise it was perfect. The price is a bit high and the breakfast too expensive but the range of hours for access to the SPA is very appreciable.

Very satisfied with my stay in this hotel. Unlimited access to the spa until 11 p.m. is really a plus. The staff was very pleasant. Small downside on the wait at the restaurant and the slightly excessive price of breakfast, for the room a towel dryer for the bathrobes would have been appreciated. Otherwise nothing to complain about, I will come back!

Seyl flat, we arrived before 4 p.m. at reception and we were not told about the private parking. We were only told about it when we were handing over the room. Otherwise, a perfect stay.
Satisfactory experience, quality hotel but little communication from the staff, especially regarding the 50 euro billing for the bathrobe given for access to the pool area. It is also a shame that the outsiders are taking over the jacuzzi, which does not allow the hotel guest to enjoy it at normal times of the day.

View of the lake = superb. Breakfast = good. Room: it's old and you have to be patient to wash, shave = the system to supposedly save water is really a nuisance. Reception staff: OK but nothing more. Housekeeper = very good = smiling and efficient. In conclusion: it's average when given the location it could be good.

Thalasso very old and not maintained at all.... Catastrophic breakfast with very little choice and not very appetizing. It was usually the expected moment of the hotel. Far from a continental breakfast... In the end a lot of savings on the customer's back.... Disappointing!

Very good weekend spent in this hotel, which is very well located! Calm, relaxation and serenity are there thanks to the location and the SPA. The rooms are well maintained and the bedding is top notch, we slept wonderfully well during the 2 nights spent at this hotel! The only downside that I find a shame: there is no towel dryer/radiator to dry swimsuits... We will still come back without hesitation! Thank you to the whole team who are very caring and welcoming, whether at reception, in the Asian corner or in the restaurant!

Nice but aging hotel. The lake or mountain view is a plus. We came 10 years ago and the bathrooms, which were not new at the time, are the same. The spa is nice although crowded during the day because there is no reservation slot. It is better to go in the evening at dinner time and until closing time. In the evening, access to the spa is done in a bathrobe via the hotel bar, you feel a little uncomfortable. The massages are good. On the other hand, my massage apparently ended 25 minutes before the treatment area closed and all the drinks (teas/infusions) in the relaxation area had been removed, too bad not to be able to extend

Good value for money but still problems with the maintenance of sports facilities. This has been recurring for at least 2 years. Malfunction of electric fitness equipment, missing some fixing accessories on the weight training equipment, the WII still does not work even though it is very fun and contributes to the well-being of the body. There are starting to be additional accessories to pay for like the TONG; if this practice continues it risks removing the flat-rate aspect of the reservation. (I should also point out that breakfast had been automatically included in my reservation even though I had not planned for it. I was told at reception that this situation was normal and that it was up to me to specify that I did not want it. I find this a bit abusive from a commercial point of view. In conclusion, I would say that the whole has good leisure potential but that the lack of preventive maintenance is degrading the whole thing a little.

This is a hotel that we like, it has excellent foundations but behind a layer of varnish that is starting to tarnish, there is a real need for renovation. We must not delay too much, because the longer we delay in doing maintenance and small renovations, the higher the bill will be.

Everything was perfect but a little disappointed by the organization on the day of departure when you have to do treatments from 10am to 3:15pm. You had to return the room and there is no nice solution to put your street clothes in a locker room at the treatment center as well as your luggage. Likewise, to get dressed after the treatments you have to go to the spa where the atmosphere is more like swimming pool lockers.
Reservation for 3 adults, so 1 person on a convertible. Only 2 shower towels for 3. Restaurant with a lot of missing items on the menu!

Good quiet hotel located in the immediate vicinity of the lake. Quality services with impeccable bedding. But a downside for the room whose bathroom is not up to the standard of a 4* establishment due to its dilapidation and the absence of an individual shower: only a bathtub a little difficult to access and in average condition. Access to the Spa very appreciated on arrival and departure days. Average catering for a high-end establishment, and a shame that the croissants and pains au chocolat are very greasy and reheated while the other products are of quality, like the real orange juice.
Still good overall but it's a shame that the evening stopover formula has changed (1 dish and 1 drink less at dinner while increasing the price)
The reception staff we had to deal with were not very involved, on Friday evening, the day of our arrival, I reported that the Japanese toilet was not working (the electronic part, the flush worked fortunately), no one ever came (we left on Sunday) and when we reported it when we left, no apology or reaction, a bit limited for a 4 star... Otherwise the rest was very good, room 501 was always great!!
Perfect, as usual we love coming to stay in this hotel. The welcome is always very clear, easy and pleasant. The aquatic area is superb, the rooms as they should be. We love it.
Overall, a decent establishment, the room was a bit expensive at 185 euros with a remote control that didn't work, no batteries at reception, a bed lamp that didn't work and rooms only available at 4pm. Evening meal for two at 80 euros without wine, that's still expensive for the meal on offer. The care was of good quality, even if, like the rest, it was still expensive for what was on offer.
Very good... except for one negative point since we have been coming here for years: far too much waiting for evening meals (half board). Almost 3 hours for dinner.

Excellent welcome. Staff attentive and very helpful. The spa area is great. My rooms are very spacious and the bed is incredible. However, a little freshening up might be in order... the bathroom mirror is very worn, chocolate stains on the curtains. The hair dryer didn't work. And under the bed, there's a lot of dust, the bottom of the trash can is terribly dirty. This doesn't detract from the stay in any way, but it's a 4-star hotel... and everything should be spotless.
Regular at this hotel, great thalassotherapy and great room with a view of the lake, just one recurring downside is the reception and thalassotherapy staff who don't care much about the customers and aren't very welcoming, it's a shame

Disappointed by the restaurant. Ex.: Tiramisu poorly presented, ladled onto a plate and, let's say, not very good. Baba: the taste of rum was there but presentation was zero. Duck overcooked. Risotto without taste, very creamy. €8 supplement for half-board!!! I often eat it for a price barely higher than the amount of your supplement and much better. Sorry, but I hope to be of service to you.
For the 3rd time from January 19 to 22 (already 2001, 2021) but this time just 2, (the other times family stay with 10 people including 4 children) great stay, hotel really good value for money. the meals are plentiful and good. There were a lot of people for a quiet period (weekdays, in January) but the spa is open outside, so normal. Really nice swimming pool for swimmers... the spa is well maintained and always very pleasant. friendly and attentive staff... it was perfect! Very practical, the descent to the garage by elevator! 2 very minor downsides. A few more coat racks in the spa would be necessary because we were forced to leave our bathrobes, towels and other items, by the pool and therefore tend to forget what we put where we can, not far away, because we can't put it in a hanging bag....(water bottles, tissues) Heating fan a little noisy and no doubt aging when it is at maximum, but it was necessary to warm the room on slightly chilly evenings (room 413) Bathtub a little high to access and slippery floor... the showers are more practical, arrived at an age ++
We came for the Christmas holidays and were very disappointed with the quality of the Christmas Eve meal (Service more than limited + the quality of the dishes well below what we could expect from the restaurant given the price we paid). The bathing area is not supervised enough to prevent children from playing with balls in the wellness area (Jacuzzi) Big hygiene problem in the relaxation pool with the presence of young children with diapers not suitable for an aquatic environment (Diapers soaked with water)
Unfortunately, there will be a big increase in the price/service ratio at the beginning of 2025. Indeed, €118 for a stopover evening at the end of 2024 with 3 courses and drinks, then + €3 in 2025 with 2 courses and no drinks. Unfortunately, this is outside the budget allocated for my travel. I will have to find another alternative.

Spacious and sober room with large balcony but no charm. Very impersonal and cold atmosphere. If you are looking for a cozy atmosphere, this is not the kind of place you should go to. Smell of cigarette when entering the room and constant ventilation noise. Noisy aquatic area with many families with children, which given the size of this space limits the relaxation sought. Good if you are passing through for one night and are not looking for a little authenticity.

We have been going to this hotel for about 8 years, 2 times a year. We have never been disappointed but as the years have gone by...we have noticed deterioration already in December 2023, but we put that down to the hotel being full. We have just stayed there for 3 nights, room 505. I am not going to mention all the negative points (too long) just a few. The room, the bedding is very old and uncomfortable, the priest bedside lamp gives out if you move it, paint chips on the living room side, bathtub with chips, Japanese toilet that does not work, bay window VERY DIFFICULT to open, no bathroom samples (shp, body lotion etc) as in the past, but shp dispenser, shower gel like FORMULA 1, what can I say about the bathrobes that have had a good life...which no longer have their function and no longer sponge anything, mismatched belt. What do you think of the SPA area...cold pool, kids running and jumping in the water while we are there to relax, buoy, noodle, mask, snorkel, you think you are in a municipal swimming pool. What can we say about the cigarette butts on the ground at the entrance in front of the hotel? People are disgusting ok, because there are 2 ashtrays but the cigarette butts remained there the 3 days we were there. The cleanliness leaves something to be desired (except in the room) the cleaning staff EXCELLENT. The reception staff very good and attentive. We went to get a massage, it was freezing in the lounge, difficult to relax, despite the staff being HYPER competent. I am really disappointed, the quality of this hotel has melted, Adelphia for me is no longer worthy of a 4 *. We always booked a prestige room, lake view and twice the suite which, on the other hand, is splendid (I hope it has remained like that), I think that in terms of value for money, the quality is no longer there and the price has not dropped and it is a shame, we will not come back. We would have liked to remain loyal customers. The only great thing that remains at this hotel is the location and the view of the lake. If you want the comfort of a 4 *, move on

The hotel is noisy at night We hear the neighborhood the slamming of doors people walking and talking in the corridors. The SPA lacks maintenance and is aging. It is unacceptable that there is no water fountain available in the SPA and swimming pool area. It is also unacceptable that people bathe with a t-shirt or shorts and the number of people should be limited there are far too many people in the water.

Charged €20 for Early Checking, for entry to the room (after having lunch at the hotel restaurant) ... at 2 p.m. Shameful, anti-commercial, and somewhat shabby. In addition, the bar offers snacks (boards), but refuses to serve them during meal times!!! Restaurant team efficient, welcoming and friendly, as well as all the lifeguards. Reception at the SPA rather unpleasant, sorry to have disturbed these young ladies ... In summary, some good, and some much less good. A little empathy and friendliness would be welcome.

On the other hand, 2 negative points: the restaurant where we had a dish for 32 euros called la matouille which is not worth the price... rancid cold meats cut for several days, we reported it to the staff who were responsive but we were disappointed with the quality... Charging a rate change of €0.50 on breakfast between 12/31/2024 and 01/01/2025 on a bill of €800... Petty? Not restocking the buffet from 9:30 a.m. and saying that there is no more product available when they have just been put in plastic before our eyes... at €19 for breakfast, unacceptable...
Regarding the catering, the dishes served are not of the quality expected for a 4-star establishment: dry, tasteless dishes, filling dessert. Speedy and unprofessional service, probably due to understaffing? My request for half-board for January 1st had not been registered, nor forwarded to the restaurant, which nevertheless did what was necessary to grant my request.
Overall correct but it lacks the little extras to achieve what we think we are entitled to expect from a 4-star suite for example: with a jacuzzi in the room, finding bathrobes without having to go down to the spa to get them; and let's be crazy with little slippers! Not having to guess that you have to go down with your glass if you want to use the water fountain provided near the gym or having a plan B for customers who do not have the information. Especially since the gym is overheated with partly faulty equipment making the experience frankly unpleasant... Putting beans in the coffee machine before customers arrive...

Open to the public, so ultra noisy aqua gym classes. More like a municipal swimming pool. Structure all dates from the 80s.

Very friendly staff but I was disappointed with the quality of the food and 50 euros for a facial massage I find that very high. The room was quite correct but the cleaning ladies had to vacuum under the sofa because there are a lot of surprises underneath. As a professional cook I find it a shame that the quality of the food is not worthy of a 4 star.

Aging hotel. Spacious room, pleasant terrace but decoration "that clashes" (red bedside table, purple curtain). Mattresses quite soft. Beautiful indoor swimming pool, well heated on the other hand gym and "sauna/hammam" complex located in the "basement" and which strongly stand out.
An excellent stay, great services, very dedicated staff who listen to customers. A spacious and comfortable room, well equipped, with a view of the lake. A good restaurant, varied and all-you-can-eat breakfast. Tempting menu and good advice from the staff. On the "well-being" side, people but predictable for a weekend and on the "body care" side on the 1st floor, the dream thanks to the talents of the employees. Too many people for the capacity of the pools we are on top of each other for a large part of the day, sometimes we think we are at the municipal swimming pool, huge shame. Families with children in the whirlpools with beach games! And of course the good manners that are lost! Those who stay for hours in the same place without thinking of others! Overall our stay went very well, the welcome is still as pleasant and warm as our previous visits. The spa has a new, larger jacuzzi, which is very appreciable. Slightly newer and wider bathrobes would have been appreciated. Small downside concerning the bathroom: the shower head is not very optimal for washing your hair, the sink faucet also needs to be reviewed and some bugs in the TV which disconnects from time to time. For the rest everything was perfect: we feel very welcome, everyone is friendly, professional. The room is spacious, clean and quiet. The breakfast is varied and with good products.

Very disappointed with our stay at Adelphia which does not correspond to what we have experienced on previous stays in the establishment. No sense of customer satisfaction; from our arrival to our departure, the service was not at all up to the standard of a 4-star hotel, especially at the reception where clearly the service needs to be reviewed. The list is long and I would have liked to be able to share our opinion in person but no one asked us during check out and it's a shame! Spa area with hygiene clearly leaving something to be desired, especially in the toilets. More than mixed welcome with a feeling of disturbing the hostesses. No clear explanations upon our arrival. Check in confirmation time sent by email which was not in line with the time at which the room was actually ready. The cherry on the cake: having to pay extra for a little extra time to check out (due to ongoing treatment) and ultimately not being able to extend access to the room...no word of apology when we had to go back down to reception. Overall, very unfriendly staff overall. More friendly in the restaurant but again, many unjustified supplements, it would be wiser to adapt the dishes to the fair price included in the proposed formula.

Overall the stay was. For 150 euros per room per night I would have liked a little more comfort. No drinking water in the room, a fountain in the hallway (to respect the eco-responsible side there are glass or cardboard bottles). No towel dryer, after going to the pool/spa drying towels and bathrobes in the room was laborious. The TV only had 2 channels accessible, for all the others there was a connection problem. All this means that for 150 euros per night (excluding tourist tax) I am a little disappointed.

Very nice establishment, large spacious room with a King size bed, on the other hand the bedside tables are tiny!!! A magnificent XXL SPA, with many hydro massage jets, jacuzzi and also a larger swimming pool for doing lengths. We also had dinner twice at the restaurant, and there the quality / price ratio was excellent. The breakfast a little expensive, but lots of choice. We took two treatments (massage) and there again nothing to complain about. The friendly staff. A very small downside, our vehicle was in the outside parking lot, and it was immaculate with bird droppings (crows) and we had to go to the car wash!!! The bathroom lacks a little light.

We had a great stay. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The restaurant is really very good and we ate very very well there. Special mention for the breakfast... which was exceptional. The spa is also very good, just one downside on the floors which are not very clean and slippery. We will come back!

A family weekend for the second time, except for the treatments I remove a star because not as expected as in the treatment catalog
At €370 per night for a suite that lacked hand soap in the bathroom, a coffee machine that never worked, noisy air conditioning, missing towels, an electric fireplace that didn't work and finally Japanese toilets that were actually standard because they were out of order... not to mention the passable cleaning, honestly it wasn't worth the price.
A short stay -3 nights- with our grandchildren who are well received in this hotel despite their boundless energy. Access to the swimming pool allows games and relaxation in the water. The location on the edge of the lake allows for long easy walks for young children. The hotel lent me a bike so that I could follow my small team who moved around on balance bikes and scooters. We will come back with pleasure.

I have been a loyal customer of this hotel for almost 20 years. When I arrived in the family room the child's bed was not open which is not a big deal. In the room I had a significant number of malfunctions, including the television which did not work, the telephone was cut off so impossible to reach the reception, the hair dryer was broken, there was also a problem with the flush. Room 420, there is also a huge hole where a ventilation grille should be put in a corner of the wall it would be much more reassuring for children. The shower head holder is also broken.

Great stay at the Adelphia Hotel. Large rooms, excellent services, a spa open from 9am to 11pm and a great team. We came with our dog and were welcomed superbly, the whole team took the opportunity to give her little strokes to make her stay very pleasant too. Special mention to the entire reception team as well as the bar/restaurant who were able to meet all our expectations.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the lake and the spa accessible even in the evening. I had asked for a room on a high floor with a glass balcony which was well respected. With the view of the lake, it was extremely appreciable. The room was very clean, even if some furniture shows signs of use. The Californian massage that I had booked was very good and special mention for the breakfast which offers a nice variety. The small minus would be for the restaurant. I ordered a burger there the first evening. As much as the quantity is generous as much in terms of taste it was quite disappointing. Small tip: I went to the treatment area at dinner time (between 7:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.) and I had the pools and hammam all to myself 😉

Good value for money. Very friendly staff in the dining room. The fitness room could do with a facelift because the machines (elliptical and bike) no longer work.
The only problem encountered is the difficulty in drying the bathing suits after the spa. Nothing planned.

The room was dirty. The toilet door was broken, the bathtub was scratched and black at the bottom. The curtain was stained. The French window was very hard to open and the balcony was very dirty. We had to wait a quarter of an hour for our bathrobes. We had taken half-board and when we arrived at the restaurant, we were asked if we had booked. No one at reception had warned us. The dinner was excellent apart from the dessert which was frozen food that was dry and tasteless. Leaving the hotel was very trying. We had a gift voucher for €420.00. When we arrived, we presented it and the hostess clearly told us to give it when we left. On Sunday morning, when we presented our gift card, the hostess explained to us that the LOGIS website does not work on Sundays. We were asked to pay the full amount. After discussion and our desire not to advance the amount, we were asked for a deposit of €420.00. This voucher was presented a month before our arrival for the reservation, on the day of our arrival. To date, no message from the hotel to tell us if our deposit has been lifted. We were really disappointed with our stay at your hotel and we will not recommend your establishment.

Rooms are dated, staff is friendly, but barely speaks foreign languages, poorly informed and contradict each other, meals in restaurant are really of insufficient quality, service during dinner in restaurant really has to be approved. Price is not commensurate with quality. Many three star hotels score better on these points. In the end this hotel is not worthy of four stars.

We have seen the first renovations: room, corridors, reception, restaurant and now the swimming pool we appreciate the various investments that allow the hotel to be maintained. Thermal very nice. Restaurant too expensive for the quality. Nuggets are small cut schnitzels. Schnitzel Milanese frozen goods with tomato 'sauce'. Expensive a la carte instead of a menu. The menu was probably deliberately worded incomprehensibly. No bathrobe in the room - even though the changing room at the spa is in very poor condition. Every hotel guest takes the elevator with their wet bathrobes. Access to the therm through the bar - what?? Hotel in need of renovation. The shower is not usable because of the shower head!!! It sprays like steam - not changeable.. UNBELIEVABLE!

The welcome was not warm and friendly. Unfortunately the noise from other rooms during the night meant we could not sleep. The mattress protectors were really plastic. Overhead we could hear scraping chairs on the floor and people talking through the night. There was a strong smell of smoke in our room when we opened the doors due to smokers on balcony next door. Communal areas and spa unclean and tired. Entrance to hotel from car park really ugly. Breakfast was amazing and staff were really friendly there.
Everything was perfect, except the fact that I had asked for our two rooms to be on the same floor and this was not respected.
We enjoyed most of the facilities. We liked the spa and the service provided in that connection. Regarding breakfast we felt the scrambled were not well cooked. Some small flies around the food tables, especially around around the cheese offerings were a minus.

We got the last room. But the price/performance ratio was OK. The room was very clean. Someone had obviously been having a party above our room. It was very loud until after 2 a.m., chairs being moved, laughter, screaming with the balcony door open, sleeping was out of the question. That's why we gave it a bad rating, because we believe that a hotel has to stop such excesses in order to protect the other paying guests.

We have been customers for years, we have never been disappointed with our stay, the welcome, the services, the cleanliness, the quality of the accommodation, even the breakfast, the best. However, we have noticed since the change of furniture in the dining room, in particular the chairs which are very heavy to lift and make an unpleasant rubbing noise: especially when there are people, with a buffet breakfast, we often get up to serve ourselves, a cacophony of noise harms a quiet breakfast, a small detail that could be remedied with noise-reducing pads. Otherwise, I highly recommend this spa hotel.
Pros and cons in this hotel. The staff is friendly but it doesn't exude the joy of living. The hotel is generally clean but aging. The cleaning is pretty well done except for a stain on the bed surround (probably one night too much water from a former customer). The restaurant staff is friendly and takes good care of you with a smile. The food..... the freezers must be big and the microwaves must be working at full speed. The most satisfying point is the very pleasant aquatic area! The treatment part is also very friendly with a welcome all smiles... that's great! A shame about the smell at the entrance, a synthetic perfume close to Wizard, too bad because the whole is well made. In short, a nice weekend with these limitations.

On the other hand, very disappointed with the catering for a 4-star establishment. Lots of mistakes, some dishes were inedible, including the overcooked fish, the risotto too filling... The welcome from one waitress in particular is worth mentioning. I still don't understand what happened on Thursday, September 5 at noon. I was embarrassed in the middle of a restaurant for a table that a waiter offered me the day before and that I had reserved for our stay to admire the view of the port while eating. When we arrived at table 23, she took it with inappropriate gestures and put it against the wall while moaning at us. As a result, we no longer had a view. She went to another table to serve, and she told the other customers that the table was not in its place. So I waved her over to tell her that it didn't suit me. In the middle of the restaurant and very loudly, she "scolded" at us, that's the word, she raised her arms at the same time, telling us to sit at table 12, since we didn't like that one, and that one wasn't moving. Her behavior is unacceptable, why should I know which tables are moving or not, I wondered what I had done to put her in this state. The situation was very unpleasant, and our meal went very badly. I chose this hotel to celebrate my mother's 90th birthday. She was very shocked by the way we were treated.

We really enjoyed our stay. Small downside at meal times for our two meals the waiting time for desserts was enormous. Even though there is not much to say because I am very satisfied, I still note that the staff seems to be understaffed which causes some inconveniences like the overflowing ashtrays outside and the tables not cleared; as well as the wait to have a cocktail because the bartender is busy... In addition, a small remark concerning the brunch: 35 euros per person seems excessive to me, especially since you do not even offer a simple fresh fruit salad... It is not easy to please everyone but it is the basis and it is really lacking! Last thing: change your mattresses more regularly and a so-called "double" bed should not be made up of two single beds with hollow mattresses in a hotel of your standing

Magnificent hotel, spacious room, a little disappointed this time with the view from my room (certainly a view of the lake but with the roof of the entrance). The receptionist asked me to specify the room for a future reservation.
The bathrooms are in their original condition. Old bathtub, old tiles, mirror too deep for small people. Heavy toilet doors with a difficult-to-close groove. Bathroom door makes a lot of noise. Perfect breakfast, however €19 per person is far too excessive.
Does not deserve 4 stars! Restricted access to the pool due to aquagym classes, very very slippery pool surrounds, witnessed several falls, the lifeguards are useless, they spend their time chatting among themselves and when we ask them for information, they make it clear that we are bothering them. No minibar in my family room, at the bar there is a dartboard on the wall but when we ask for darts, well there are none. The children ate at the restaurant once, there was no more mayonnaise, ketchup or tokens for games

Disappointing for a 4*. It should rather be classified as a 3*, the emphasis is on profitability rather than customer satisfaction. The bathrobes have seen better days, other small problems seen with the management. First time I see empty tables at breakfast without any set up. The Spa, the swimming pool and the treatments are excellent, beautiful structure which justifies the 4* classification. The location on the lake, near the bike and other rental companies, near the cruise pier on the lake is a plus. Parking facilities appreciated
This doesn’t compare to any 4 star hotels I have ever stayed at….rooms were nice size but furnishings were cheap. Towels looked like they came from my grandmothers house and were old and dingy….what 4 star hotel has old blue towels? No iron, shampoos or anything you expect at a 4 star…. Very disappointing….

Really very nice and clean room, super comfortable mattress, well decorated hotel, great spa open until 11pm for hotel guests with the possibility of enjoying it from the morning of arrival until the end of the day of departure. On the other hand, at the reception, it really depends on who you come across (great welcome on arrival but the hostess sighed in my face when paying when I left....) and above all the restaurant is to be avoided: my sister was sick, problem in the order and in addition the waitress almost argued with us!

Being a regular at this hotel, we come here at least twice a year, this time, we were very disappointed with the breakfast... The presentation of the butter in a block is quite average from a hygiene point of view, the jams opened or anything can get in it and on the cold meats and cheese full of midges on it not great. Disappointing in the sense that I pay for a room with a lake view and room 201 is more of a terrace view with a synthetic lawn…. Disappointed with the breakfast €18!! You go to the lake for €12 and +++ to eat for €18 you expect a great breakfast!! We are used to traveling and the breakfasts are not up to the price!! The room with a lake view is ok but no pillow!! Just two small ones in a ridiculous 1m60 bed… and the toilet door that doesn't close!!! The price of this room is too high…

Special care should be taken with the reception and especially with the reception at the SPA. The person who welcomed us was particularly unpleasant. She looks more like a municipal swimming pool employee, which is a shame for a 4-star establishment. The SPA is aging but very pleasant. This small hitch in our stay was resolved by a warm welcome at the reception from 4 p.m. A meal at the restaurant won us over and the same goes for breakfast. But since the customer's welcome makes the first impression, I would recommend a little training for your receptionists before 4 p.m. and especially for the SPA.

No adjustment possible for my shower head
Deplorable soundproofing and acoustic insulation. You can hear the neighbor's toilet flushing, the dogs barking, the children screaming, the adults doing the same. They didn't even bother to put felt pads on the chairs inside and on the balcony. Result: we slept very badly and therefore, consequently, did not enjoy our stay because we were too tired to do certain activities. After a particularly noisy night, we decided to leave before the planned end of our stay, which we therefore cut short because we were exhausted. Extremely disappointed, we will not set foot there again.

However, the hotel is aging and needs to be renovated in terms of equipment, damaged furniture, damaged bathroom furniture, stains on the walls. The hotel needs more regular maintenance. I must admit that the stay for a 4 star hotel and still limits the price for one night to 221 euros in a room where we see that there is work to be carried out I find that rather disappointing... l The state of the aquatic area is really neglected, the metal plates under the Bubble Zone are within reach with a screw coming out which hurt me a lot... the ventilation plates are completely rusty and the ceiling marked by countless fly droppings at first glance...

We are delighted with our stay: the room was large with a superb view, the beds excellent, the air conditioning very quiet. The SPA is super nice. The breakfast is incredible, we had it cool on the terrace. The hotel is well located, a stone's throw from the lake for swimming, the port for a drink, playing pétanque or choosing a restaurant. Really a very good address, I will come back!

The spa is open from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. unlimited for hotel guests, which is not the case for all hotel spas. The bedding in room 306 is not up to standard, there is a bump in the middle of the bed which forces us to sleep on our own sides and almost at the edge of the bed. The kettle was defective, the button to activate the water heating did not hold, I had to find a system to hold the button so that the water heated. On the balcony, fingernails or toenails still present on the ground at the table leg. We have been coming to your establishment for years, and even if we have a price advantage due to the vouchers taken from my company's CE, I find that this does not justify the drop in range and the quality of bedding that we we had. You recently changed software, but we have been coming regularly to your establishment for around ten years, but I think we will not come back again, because we have seen over the years that the quality is deteriorating and no longer suits us . It is old-fashioned, decor inconsistent: gray-blue plastered walls, orange plastic tables, simple paintings, not to mention the peeling paint, the enamel that jumped into the bathtub, the bottom of the very damaged mirror on 2- 3 cm high by more than 30 cm long... what can we say about the hole in the bathroom door...😶 The whole thing is not sound-insulated at all, like the bay window which seems so open the noise passes. The only positive points are an incredible view of the lake and recent and very pleasant bedding (king size lint). The spa is pleasant, the opening hours very wide (9 a.m.-11 p.m.). For me, the Adelphia absolutely does not correspond to a 4☆, rather a 3☆ to be renovated.

The hotel is very pleasant (quality room/breakfast), the spa is very complete. We had a very pleasant time at the Adelphia Hotel. Its location is also appreciable. The only downside was the restaurant manager who was very unpleasant when reception made a registration error for our reservation. Borderline unacceptable behavior!

We are told that a water fountain is available next to the elevator 👍🏽😱 How do you go in the middle of the night to get a glass of water in your nightie!! No small toiletries! No cotton swab No cotton pad to remove makeup…. I went barefoot to the spa No slippers or flip flops! Room decor not very cheerful When paying the bill, I had been charged 2 too many breakfasts! Only the breakfast and the location of the hotel remain positive! We are coming back to Aix in November, but we will look for another hotel

Many defects for an expensive price: Many ants die on the balcony, a wasp hive between our balconies, bedding which is marked by old age (sagging at body level), air conditioning that is not very adjustable in the room, a fridge which cooled to 12 degrees (temperature taken with a suitable thermometer)...

The reception has just announced to me a €50 increase in the evening stopover package during July and August, almost a 50% increase. I find this shameful. I come to your hotel regularly. Often more than 3 times a month. I find this increase unacceptable for someone. one that keeps you working all year round

For my 3rd stay, very disappointed by the view, on the 2nd floor... On the fake lawn roof... No "fridge" in the room.. Had to ask for it. La2 we are told that soon there will be no more, which I think is a very bad idea. The water fountain was broken on our floor and not repaired during our stay... The hair dryer where you have to press continuously, and the cord is not long, not practical

Very disappointing stay for a 4 star hotel, very poor value for money. Old hotel, very poorly soundproofed, you can even hear your neighbor coughing, in the room there is only low-end hand soap, the towels are rough and the bathrobes are torn! The pool deck chairs are old, damaged and dirty! Few staff. Certainly the restaurant and the health center were closed because of the Musilac festival but in this case the price of the room should be lower even though we paid full price. Avoid, not worthy of a 4 star.

A pleasant place by the lake
Not the first time in this hotel either for work or for leisure but the restaurant on Saturday evening was really not great! To begin with, I waited 20 minutes sitting at the bar so that in the end I didn't drink anything. We subsequently learned that the bar had to be closed (Start of school holidays?) so we went directly to the restaurant to have our drinks before dinner. Servers not very smiling, some servers spoke as if they were alone, didn't know where the wines were found... For our part we will come back to this hotel but certainly not to the restaurant too bad.

Very friendly welcome from the receptionists; correct and spacious rooms; the Spa is a little aging; very poor reception at the bar, at 8 p.m., it is impossible to drink the aperitif!! A waiter gave us no explanation and simply turned over a sign indicating the bar was closed.. For a Saturday evening... Surprising!

Everything was perfect: the massages were really good. On the other hand, pay attention to the cleanliness of certain places such as the bar where the tables are not washed or the sticky floors during breakfast.

Rooms are good. But for a 4 star hotel, there is no water in the room, only paper cups (not really environmentally friendly). Water in the hallway in paper cups is not very hospitable. The swimming pool is a public bath - no - There are no professionals in the restaurant. Wine by the glass is not served on a tray. Cutlery is also carelessly replaced without a tray. The food itself was not good either, overcooked vegetables, beef entrecote of poor quality. Our conclusion: we will not return to this hotel.

Uncomfortable click clack for 2 teenagers. Shower jet unsuitable for washing hair (mist). Very strong smell in the toilets. Aging gym equipment. Very comfortable main bed. Very pleasant spa. Very good breakfast. Very nice home. Very good stay despite the few negative points.
Our room was in an advanced state of age, the toilet and the mirror in the bathroom were not clean. Bedding too soft, mattress at the end of its life.
