Restaurant: mediocre cook. The linguine alle vongole was drowned in cream even though it should be prepared with white wine. Fatty and tasteless. The tempura-style perch looked like ordinary supermarket nuggets and were served with mayonnaise! Unworthy of a four-star hotel.

Evening stopover. Everything is perfect. The welcome, the relaxation area, the dinner, the breakfast with a varied sweet/savoury choice and the room, nothing to complain about, all this for a very affordable price.

Great stay, just need to put a blackout curtain in the rooms for 4 people and slightly excessive prices for breakfast despite a beautiful buffet and also it's a little complicated but make it clear to customers in the different aquatic facilities that they are not alone, you should limit the time spent like in the jacuzzi some stay there for 2 hours or no more respect for others

Comfortable and well located hotel, quiet rooms, very good breakfast. Concerning the negative points: a slightly dated decoration of the rooms, and water-saving showers which in my opinion go too far in the concept, even if the latter is interesting.

We had a wonderful stay, very pleasant welcome, there is everything you need and the staff is AT THE TOP! The only negative point the restaurant .. we ate there the evening of our arrival, very nice staff but a big lack of communication (dish not available after our order, ordering a new dish and finally we are brought back the dish initially ordered , that they wanted to take us away after starting to eat …) and a very long wait of more than an hour. But it was still good and we will come back to this hotel ☺️

Good morning. Despite a little misunderstanding when booking, the stay went wonderfully. The services offered by this establishment with its swimming pool and other hot tubs made my wife happy. In the evening at the restaurant I invited 2 people from outside, the choices on the menu satisfied everyone, the prices applied are very correct for this type of establishment. In terms of the wine list, it's the same. The staff is very dedicated and does not lack humor. We loved our stay. I recommend . This day there was a terminal in the reception hall to take photos and of course Kodak click-clack while having fun we did a photo shoot at 4, a card with 6 small photos came out of it. Very cool.

Reception at the reception around 5 p.m.: no one accompanies us to the room even though it is equipped with a sauna and a jaccuzi spa! Figure it out ! Aged 75, we ask for a small step to access the jaccuzi, which must be accessed by stepping over the side!!! Air conditioning in the room broken: will not be repaired until the next day ... Air conditioning in the spa broken: will not be repaired, "you understand the room is new and there are still imperfections" The location of the refrigerator is heating: " indeed the evacuation of the air was not planned: lack of youth "For a room at 450 euros per night, you can understand our disappointment!

We stayed in this establishment for 2 nights with 2 rooms. One of the rooms had not been cleaned. We reported it to reception. First by phone. The information had obviously not been taken into account. We therefore moved to notify it again. The receptionist asked for proof (photos), then questioned the word, then insisted on moving to verify the statements. Which was particularly upsetting.

We know the hotel well and that is why we have been coming back for several years. You have to separate the hotel, the restaurant and the spa. Regarding the restaurant, we were surprised by the quality of the food, whether in the evening or at breakfast. The Spa nothing to say, except that despite supervisors we do not respect the shower or the imposed swimsuit. As for the hotel, very very disappointed! If you want to claim 4 stars, you have to give yourself the means. Dubious bed sheet, pillow if you remove the pillowcase, yellowish! ….and then, lack of staff, chambermaid speaking no words of French so that our bed was not made on Saturday morning,……

We stay regularly in your establishment and unfortunately we see it deteriorate a little more with each stay. The bathroom in our room was not clean. Mold settles everywhere, ditto in swimming pools and locker rooms. It's just bad maintenance. If the cleaning was done correctly right down to the corners, we would not have noticed this. The cleanliness is not worthy of a 4 star establishment. The big plus, the staff is always very pleasant and attentive to customers.

I will not give this hotel 4 stars. The beds were very comfortable and the place was quiet. I really enjoyed the spa. But in general the hotel looked neglected and not well cleaned. I found the price for breakfast at 18€ per person a bit high.

Apart from the welcome in an irreproachable decoration, the brilliant swimming pool and the bedding at the top. The decor of the rooms and the view of the exteriors and the equipment are average for a 4 star.

We booked two rooms with airconditioning. The airco's didnt work at the arrival and we made a complaint at the reception, every dag of our 7 days stay in the hotel.. The reception, the director Mr Galice and a technicien confirmed that the airco's should be functioning,, every day again, but they didnt. We became a financial compensation for the seven difficult nights of our holiday (it was 28°C in the rooms).

There was no explanation for Wifi connection in the room. At the reception the girl gave us a link for connection but this was not active because it was a not secured Wifi connection. The third day we found a receptioniste who gave us a hotel-seminaire connection, this was OK.

As always a great relaxing stay

Everything was perfect. The room spacious, comfortable, beautiful and clean. The breakfast is plentiful, nothing is missing. The pool is and the hot tubs are top notch. The staff is very good too. We will come back.

The receptionist could not find our booking on arrival and required assistance. The hotel is rundown and shabby. Our room was dull, without an outllok. The air conditioning did not work. The sofa bed was so deformed, it was impossible to sleep on it and we had to put the (thin) mattress on the floor. The toilet room had no ventilation and stank of old urine. Parts fell off the shower when we used it and the drain was blocked so the water built up in the bath. There was mould around the bath. When we raised some of these issues with the reception, they said the hotel was fully booked. They did not offer any help.
For a hotel described as ‘hotel d’elegance’ it was disgraceful and the advertising descriptions and pictures are deceptive.

A very nice experience. The Staff were really nice, the Spa was relaxing and the maitre d’hôtel was very helpful. The only negative thing was the noises we could hear early in the morning and all day from chairs or furniture being moved around. We were in room 417.

Clearly an excellent hotel/spa/relaxation establishment... On that side, not much to say except it is highly recommended. In terms of price / quality ratio there is not much to say either (the ratio is largely acceptable and reasonable). On the other hand, on the catering side (the dining room) there is failure... Clearly we have to change! It's just not possible anymore! Too expensive and not at the level compared to the services of an establishment of this kind. Too bad we preferred to eat in the center of Aix les Bains and frankly we enjoyed it but outside...

A very good romantic stay by the lake. the reservation with lake view has been respected. I was able to get the room a little earlier. Spa access is unlimited, included and even after leaving the room.

2nd stay in Adelphia and I was disappointed. I never got the email indicating the closure of the spa on Friday 17/03. I had booked the night of Friday and Saturday but on Saturday there are too many people at the spa, the hot tubs are taken all the time. The lake view room was fine but the hair dryer in the room didn't work. When I pay €400 for a weekend, I rather want everything to be perfect, but there I was disappointed...

put correct for bathroom because it is a bathtub to step over. Can be complicated for older people and/or with mobility issues preference for a walk-in style shower.

to improve: - some of the establishment's equipment (at the spa level) is aging and not sufficiently maintained (damaged doors, stairs with visible rust, loose coat hooks) - the restaurant, even if the meal was correct, we were a little disappointed compared to our previous stays, the dishes were less copious and tasty, like the bar where we waited quite a long time, even if we were well settled very positive: - the stay was overall very satisfactory, we already knew and remain satisfied - the spa, the treatments, the room and the breakfast are always perfect for us

We were very well received when we arrived. Very pleasant hostess. The restaurant is a disaster. Waitress not very commercial and friendly. We asked for a plate of fries as an aperitif it was a definite no without trying to settle for anything else. The outfits of the waitresses and waiters leave much to be desired both in their appearance and in their behavior. A lot of mixing for finally not much. It was not a very pleasant moment. We didn't even have dessert. Damage. For a 4 star hotel we expected better. So we didn't have breakfast or any other meal.

Really disappointed for our weekend. The spa was crowded... Since you allow access to outsiders. Quality of the evening meal really bof... The waiters and waitresses seem to be at the end of their lives... No smiles, sighs... In short, no joy at home. And really not worthy of a 4*...

Hello, we enjoyed our stay very much, but several things could be improved in your hotel, for example at the spa, I find it a pity that the swimming pool is not isolated since the aquagym lessons with music are heard from the jacuzzis where we relax. In addition, the deckchairs where you rest are directly next to the swimming pool and therefore next to the noise, it's a shame... Pb of sagging mattress bedding, (WINDOW SIDE), the duvet is flush with the mattress, no fallout on the sides. Basin drain problem, but solved. Pb of bath knob, simultaneously with the tap!! (wasting of water) Catering of the dishes offered but not available.

Friendly atmosphere, pleasant and helpful staff, a good little moment of relaxation

You will be seduced when you arrive in the lobby of this establishment, the SPA and restaurant areas will also delight you. On the other hand, big disappointment with the rooms, old-fashioned decoration, dirty fridge, unclean box spring cover, duvet cover put upside down (seam on the outside) mattress topper that does not fit on the bed, we paid extra for a room service at 10 a.m., it was the chambermaids who woke us up at 9:30 a.m. because no communication between the services, was not aware that we wanted breakfast for 10 a.m. For a 4 * hotel, we still expect a minimum of finishing in the preparation of the rooms. We have of course brought up this various information, everyone knows this kind of concern but no one is really concerned, no consideration for the customer, very disappointing.

The quality/peix ratio is average. The bed lamp in my bedroom was rickety. I reported it to the reception who did not find a solution to this problem. For 135 €....it's expensive. The fish of the day was really pokey. About 4o g of flounder and a handful of tagliatelle for 19 €....That's not acceptable. Otherwise, friendly staff and nickel breakfast.

An address where I have been going for years! The hotel is still up to standard but the restaurant is very disappointing. Not at all at the level and two hours to eat a dish of the day not hot and not famous ... very disappointing!

Aging hotel. For a night at more than 200€, there is a lot of equipment missing in the room. No coffee maker, toiletries or even a bottle of water. To compare other nights in other 4-star hotels, this one is clearly below. The decoration is not up to date. For a hotel/spa, there are no toiletries in the bathroom, just a 2-in-1 shampoo-shower gel, the same as found in "budget" hotels. Disappointing experience. Finally, for a room sold with a view of the lake, there is a fort opposite a residence that overlooks the room. Overall, disappointing experience.

The reception staff, too often, were glued to their computer screens or their telephones. Some of the reception staff showed themselves to be indifferent to the comfort of their clients, even rude and arrogant. In my case, when loud construction noise above my room on Tuesday woke me abruptly from a nap after an early lunch and before before going to the pool, the response was that they were obliged to do work while open, since they never close and that it was very rare and only between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m., so basically I understood it was too bad for me. This was shocking to me for any hotel, even worse for a 4* hotel. They did not warn me, they did not offer to change my room, when I suggested it, they did not offer anything to make up for the incredibly loud noise nuisance, when I asked what they would do to compensate. They could not even promise that there would not be noise other days. They said they did not know there would be work, that day, and that "something broke" in a room, when in fact, I later learned that they were installing new cabinets in a room on the 4th floor. They said I could not talk to the Director until Thursday, but I was given no specific appointment. On Wednesday, there was a lot of furniture being dragged around in the morning, which to me seemed to confirm that they were doing renovation above me. On Thursday, the Director took me right away, listened to me, said he was sorry, but he defended his staff, saying they did not know what was going on. He defended that he was sick and so had the right not to intervene the day of the incident. He said that when the work bothers a client, he offers 15% off of a night stay and was firm in saying the noise nuisance was something they had the right to do and indeed it could happen at anytime. He revealed that the work was waiting for a while, for the delivery of the closet. (So it was not a little something that broke the night before.) I consider unprofessional and not 4* behavior, the direction's attitude toward the normalcy of allowing major renovation noise with clients present. They took 21 euros off my bill, and he agreed that he could not promise there would not be construction noise in the future. So tranquility in this hotel cannot be assured. Also, the quality of the meals apparently cannot be assured either. While the meals on M, W, Th were good, on Tuesday and Thursday, what I ordered was bland and undercooked, quite disappointing (some of the bad dishes were supposed to be what I had enjoyed on a previous day. In general, for a spa hotel restaurant, the menu lacks lighter salad meals, and green vegetables. Upon request they did offer me a green salad with my fish on Friday. Service is sometimes fast, and sometimes very, very slow. One other non 4* thing, the flag that flows high at the entrance is ripped and smokers' cigarette butts are thrown over the balcony onto the fake green grass outside the second floor balconies. This look trashy, and should be forbidden or at least cleaned up daily. In my opinion. the renovation decor in my room does not look 4* and the floors without carpets, are apparently not sound proof, so chair movements from those above are very loud. I also regret that access to the lake is not easy for those who have limited mobility of any kind. possibility and some great staff but my stay was disappointing to me. I will not be returning, accept for the spa and maybe the restaurant on M, W, F. I took full pension. The chef on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at lunch was spectacular, and I complimented that chef for every delicious meal. Nice buffet breakfast. Restaurant staff, cleaning staff, spa staff were consistently helpful and professional. WiFi worked, though I used it only once in my room and nowhere else. Nice pool facilities but sometimes too crowded. It was easy for me to extend my stay a day to use the pool facilities longer. This decision was made before the problems with my stay began. I could have cancelled, but I stayed on for the good of my painful joints, exclusively.

The level of services of the hotel does not deserve the 4 stars, the bathroom needs to be redone, the mold in the caralage joints, the broken equipment, the broken tiles, the extra price for the lake view is useless because the room overlooks the nautical center... The only positive point is the balneo and again some equipment does not work or is broken.

the SPA: The bathrobe system is not up to date: many customers choose the wrong bathrobe before leaving the SPA and therefore we see a lot of people picking their bathrobes to find their personal belongings... I myself took my bathrobe with the card of our room in it... Bad to cross the bar to the reception wet and in a bathing suit The room: bad, damaged washbasin cabinet, blackened joints of the bath, sagging bedding, green carpet on the roof visible from the balcony in poor condition! Paying for a lake view and having an unwanted dilapidated green carpet view is not great. The restaurant: the catamaran, we were forgotten after entering, we waited 1 hour and unfortunately had to leave without asking for our rest. A waiter came to clear our soup bowls asking us if we were done?! Did the servers mix up a soup bowl and a dessert cup?!! The 4 stars are very dusty yet the prices are 4 stars!! Room service breakfast: perfect, it allowed us to end on a good note. The quality of the products was there and the quantity amply sufficient.

Service with little care in all hotel areas up to these stars

The standard lake view room was ok. However, the joints of the sink and the bathtub were moldy and in poor condition. In addition, the cocktails were bad, the service at the bar not correct. The wait at the restaurant was very long (30 mins to take an order, 50 mins before getting the starter, not to mention that the dish was brought to us beforehand…). Apparently there was a lack of staff, except that the servers were 5, I think there was mainly a concern for organization. The dishes were nevertheless rather good, with a downside for the creme brulee that came out of the fridge. Accommodation and restaurant not at 4 star level. No commercial gesture on the note

We tested the suite for one night, very nice modern room with all the comforts, lacks a few small details to improve, magnificent view of the lake. We slept badly, the VMC made a lot of noise and it was very hot, yet there was no heating. The breakfast was very good, the restaurant on the other hand is not worth a 4 star, fries and meat not well cooked, long wait. .. The staff is friendly and the hotel has a very nice modern decoration. So mixed reviews.

Decent for an overnight stay en route but a little run down for a four star hotel. Only 3 beds instead of the booked four bedded family room, wall plug for main light in the room was loose and dangerous, shower too loose and had to be held to use it. Restaurant fully booked so as hotel guests we had to eat elsewhere. Ok in general but not great and wouldn't stay there again. The

A great experience every time in this hotel where everything is good, from the room to the restaurant, not to mention the relaxation area. Friendly and efficient staff, good services in general.

The hotel is a 4 * just because there is a SPA, the latter is not very big. We wanted to have a drink before going to dinner, the bartender was a little overwhelmed as he was also in charge of serving the customers who dined in the restaurant. I wanted to ask him for a passion mojito but when I saw that he put PASSOA in it... I asked for a tomato juice. The brunch is mediocre, no pastries, no jam, no cereals, only 1 hot dish: mashed potatoes/cooked ham! a plate of cheese with a few pieces, no scrambled eggs, the eggs had to be made yourself, salads like at flunch, it's the worst brunch I've had! A friend had recommended it to me and when I commented on the facts she couldn't believe it.

Lots of negatives overall...Staff to be trained in welcoming and listening to the customer. The procedures and rules displayed are not respected, customers do as they want (bathing shorts instead of bathing suits). bath, it's noisy with children jumping and screaming in the pools.. Cleanliness of the rooms and the establishment in general… It's too expensive compared to the quality..! it's a shame..

Service problem in the restaurant which made us waste a lot of time, too bad the meal was good! (30min to tell us that the chosen dessert is not available...) The decoration of the reception is very good (modern and neat), but the rest of the hotel is old. There has been a refreshing in fact but the colors are not very happy (corridor: Dark blue wall and orange door on the floors.) Our room: -The bathroom was very old with a bathtub and too little light. (With a hot water cut on Saturday evening...) -The large bed is quite comfortable, but 3 small pillows and a duvet that is too small for the size of the bed end up ruining the night. the decoration of the old-fashioned room despite the refreshment (which consists mainly of paint on plaster, wallpaper and some furniture) A very positive point: The duo massage with the lady was very good!!!

Lack of staff which weighs on the quality of the stay. Poor service at breakfast and in the restaurant. Totally absent bar service. Hotel which has aged and which requires a little refreshment. Out of 4 rooms, two had no air conditioning which were out of order. Pool area, whirlpool really very pleasant. Aquagym animator and baby swimmer really very very well. Very good breakfast apart from the service.

The time slot for hotel guests is too short. Overall we had an average stay. Won't be back. We feel a staff that makes efforts... maybe their data more means? The black point, the room staff...lack of training or motivation or experience...difficult to define. We had at least 4 different servers. Distribution of tables by servers? We are offered to choose our place ... why not ... 1st server comes after 5 minutes for our order. We do not have time to ask him for the drinks menu that he has already left... 2nd server comes to take our orders and finally brings us the drinks menu. The drinks are limited "thrown" on the table ... 3rd waitress brings us the dishes and we finally have the right to a carafe of water. Fortunately, the kitchen saves the day.

Very nice hotel which gives the advantage of enjoying the spa, hammam, sauna, swimming pool and large garden with deckchairs. I was able to take advantage of a free aquagym lesson led by a wonderful instructor. The location is perfect near lively ports and many walks on greenways and shores.

During my stay there was a technical problem and for this reason, there was no hot water in the room. When paying for the stay, I pointed out this inconvenience and your staff limited itself to telling me that it was a technical problem. Not a hint of an apology let alone a small discount on the fare. The technical problem can happen but I paid for a service that I didn't use fully. An apology and maybe the offer of breakfast were enough.

The +: spa equipment, spacious room, quiet rooms on the garden side, very good breakfast The -: poor sound insulation because room in front of the elevator, bad bedding, big price difference between Booking.com 200€/night and the website direct 150€/night (I had however called the hotel beforehand to find out if it was better to go direct and they had replied that no it was the same price, once there it was a surprise! !)

Was not happy with the hotel the service was not nice. This was a very basic hotel coming from Golden Tulip hotel which was very very nice

We had booked a double room, when we arrived, we were told that we had a room with 2 single beds but that this will be rectified during our getaway to the SPA. When the keys are handed over... 2 SINGLE beds! The cleanliness clearly leaves something to be desired and the bathroom fittings more than average. This hotel can't wait for customers to leave! The day of our departure, the cleaning service entered our room twice (9:30 and 11 a.m.) while departures are possible until 12 p.m.! No apologies for the inconvenience... At the end of the stay, the reception staff is also more than average. We are not asked if everything went well, the person gets lost on our room number and asks us to pay the tourist tax without telling us any amount or giving us the bill... Barely a GOODBYE! For the price of one night we expected much more...

It's a shame to wait 4 p.m. for the room

Usually pretty good but on top of that! I go there regularly for work! I went there often even during the pandemic, and no recognition for that!! (Price increased during the holidays etc…), after the hotel and spa part and correct, even rather very good!! Bottles of water in the rooms (it seems that it is no longer renewed when you stay several days...?? Too bad) On the other hand the restaurant part, in the evening stopover, and when you come often, not enough renewal of the menu and the service could be more smiling and pleasant… and finding the remains of my predecessor's meal on the balcony was average… it only happened once but it's still a 4 star!!!

Really too many people at the spa, I find it a shame to bring in people from outside even in the morning.

My mother and I treated ourselves to this stay for my birthday and we are extremely disappointed: • average welcome in all departments • reserved care provided by a man. We tried to change and no solution was sought by the spa receptionist (rather haughty…) • pool more than full, we didn't even take advantage of the sauna/hammam and jacuzzi because the pool was so full… I don't don't understand that during school holidays, you accept outside customers! • dust in the room, hair dryer that smells burnt after use… • attempt to have a cocktail at the bar but no more mint for the mojitos… The only positive point was the catering: copious and varied breakfast, dinner at the restaurant rather satisfactory . We spent almost 500€ for one night in this establishment and honestly, it is not worth it. I myself work in the hotel industry and I have never seen such a low-end 4-star hotel… Too bad, we were so happy to take advantage of this establishment.

Excellent stay in this hotel discovered during a trip 2 years ago. We came back for a "Discovery of the region" and "Well-being" stay thanks to the superb Spa and swimming pool area, but also to the treatments.

The pool and spa are very nice, we really enjoyed relaxing after a hike. The rooms deserve a slight refresh.

Very good stay in this hotel. We can have access to the Spa before having our room at 4 p.m. and on departure after noon until 7 p.m. During the stay access to the spa until 11 p.m.! The rooms are spacious! Huge beds, view of the mountain or the small port. Very attentive and professional staff. The meals offered at the restaurant are worthy of a great chef! We will return with great pleasure for sure!

Access to the spa included in the stay is a plus... Access to the public outside a minus... The swimming pool and the jet pools are top notch. Rooms with a view of the lake are soothing. The king size bed is excellent! However, it is necessary to add coat hooks and equipment for drying bathing suits and towels in the bathroom... The hotel has been renovated and that is very good, especially for the dining room.

Bad surprise to see that the spa was open to the outside, we did not have access in the morning when we were only there for the weekend.

Great welcome. Staff available and willing. Spa area and magnificent treatments with the possibility of enjoying them before the availability of the room (Note the world on Sunday morning). Excellent bedding (firmness, quality, king size bed dimensions) Just one downside concerning the bathroom and the toilets (a bit small compared to the dimensions of the room). A shower would have been more appreciated than the bath (but this is a detail that does not affect the overall quality of the services). We will return without any problem even with friends.

A catastrophic New Year's Eve. We had to wait an hour to have a glass of wine as an aperitif, the amuse bouche arrived on the table... 1h30 after our arrival. The continuation of the meal was to match, we left the table before the cheese and the dessert. We will learn during the meal that there is a lack of staff in the kitchen and that in the dining room it is the receptionists who serve. We are therefore in a Covid cluster without having been warned, we maintained the meal with a full room and we put incompetent people to deceive. And as in the kitchen we had replacements, the meal was missed. (too much pepper in the foie gras and the starter). Without asking, we got a 30% discount on the meal, which is proof that management realized the disaster. Unfortunately it was Christmas Eve, a generally pleasant time.

Bonjour, j’ai trouvé le personnel distant.
L’horaire d’arrivée n’était pas stipulé sur la réservation, nous sommes arrivés à 15h15 et avons du patienter pour la chambre.
Nous sommes descendu pour nous rendre au centre nautique et nous avons dû remonter pour nous changer car nous ne pouvions rentrer habillé ( non préciser les de la remise des clés)
Beaucoup de monde au centre nautique ( en ces périodes sanitaires c’est moyen)
Par rapport au prix de la chambre je m’attendais à mieux, ces détails pourraient facilement être améliorés et rendre le séjour un peu plus agréable.

Très belle chambre très confortable. Il manquait juste le gel douche qui était vide et pas remplacé.
L'accueil, le SPA est super.
Déception au niveau du dîner.
Pour ce qui est des pâtes fraîches, on s'aperçoit à la présentation du plat que le cuisinier n'est pas Italien. C'était plus un amalgame de blé dur collé. Pour le reste des plats, c'était correct, sans plus. Pour le prix, nous sommes en droit d'attendre des mets plus subtils, plus soignés. Quelques erreurs de service, mais pas de quoi gâcher la soirée.

Bon séjour, hôtel agréable, chambres spacieuses. Quelques défauts gâchent un peu : la Chambre qui nous est confiée à notre arrivée était occupée,!!!! pas cool pour un 4 étoiles.....
Dans la chambre qui nous est donnée la porte vitrée du balcon ne ferme pas, qualité des finitions : carrelage endommagé, porte des toilettes dure à ouvrir et cassée en partie basse.
SPA et restaurant très bien personnel agréable et aux petits soins.

Globalement bonne expérience: chambre, spa, piscine, bien-être, et restauration (petit déjeuner) nickel!
Déçu de l'acceuil. Arrivés à 16h, heure à laquelle la chambre devait être prête, on nous a demandé d'attendre dans le salon... 30min plus tard, nous avons du retourner à l'acceuil pour constater qu'on nous avait oublié... La chambre était prête mais personne pour venir nous en informer! Et puis 10 min plus tard, la carte magnétique n'ouvrait pas la chambre, donc retour à l'acceuil pour remagnétiser la carte. A 16h45 nous étions dans notre chambre. Suggestion à l'hôtel: la première impression étant souvent celle que l'on retient, soignez l'acceuil et entre 2 clients vérifiez où en est la chambre des clients que vous faites patienter depuis plusieurs minutes!

Personnel pas spécialement aimable, c’est dommage. J’avais pris le soin d’appeler le 4/08 pour confirmer une réservation le 23/10 en précisant chambre au dernier étage. Mauvaise surprise à l’arrivée, pas de chambre dispo à dernier étage. Impossible de discuter, rien à faire, pas d’excuse !

A nice hotel in a lovely part of the world. Chosen because of a reasonable rate plus indoor pool (as traveling with young child). Overall very good with one or 2 areas of improvement such as more efficient replacement of coffee capsules and power points in room. Irregular COVID checks ie all hotel COVID measures in place except on entry to breakfast buffet.

Accueil au bar laissant à désirer le vendredi fin d'après midi, et inexistant le samedi matin à 10h30 pour un café.

Dommage d'arriver dans une chambre dans laquelle le lavabo est bouché. il n'y a plus de climatisation à cette période !!! du coup, on dort la fenêtre ouverte et on a l'odeur des cigarettes du voisin dès 6 h et le bruit des pompiers, du cirque etc .. : pas de grasse matinée !!
En plus l'hôtel fait abstraction du pass sanitaire même au petit déjeuner....

Très bonne prestation dans l'ensemble. Equipe très professionnelle (accueil, femme de ménage, soins ...)
