Accueil sympathique, service de qualité, grand soin apporté sur le restaurant et un petit déjeuner très "nature".
Chambre très correcte avec un bémol : un bruit de lavabo extérieur à la chambre a beaucoup perturbé notre nuit.

Entre autres choix de cet Hôtel, il y avait la présence de bornes de recharge pour voiture électrique, en fait il fut impossible de recharger à travers celles-ci et grâce au sens du service de l'un des employés nous avons pu continuer notre séjour sans difficulté. Merci à lui !
J'invite la direction de cet établissement à s'assurer du bon fonctionnement de ces bornes, la société actuelle (Zéphyre) qui gère celles-ci est loin d'être efficace en matière de service ... de plus en plus de voitures électriques circulent et vous auriez intérêt à ce que cette prestation (payante d'ailleurs) soit à la hauteur !

Delighted with our stay with you, we will come back and it is very good that we accept small dogs. A little extra with a small fridge wouldn't be bad. For breakfast a little more savory products would be welcome.

Very pleasant hotel with good services, the evening dinner included in the evening stopover was very good, the breakfast of a very good standard with a wide choice of fresh products including some homemade. The superior room that I had reserved on the second floor, although very well renovated, was not very well sound-insulated, we could hear the neighboring room a little too much, this was the only downside of my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its atmosphere, decoration, staff and catering

Despite a late arrival, a meal tray with a real meal awaited us. Reception and services as a whole are extremely professional.

The arrival of delicious scents emanating from the kitchen flatters our senses. The welcome is warm, the room charming and the bedding ideal for a restful sleep, and, the height of luxury, there is a bathtub! Outside, a pretty terrace, a garden bordered by a stream (very angry on the day of my visit!), a swimming pool which I will certainly see in the next summer, and the view of the church tower. To end the stay well, a breakfast that definitely makes you want to come back to taste each product!

This is the third time my husband and I have come to this establishment. We go to the Thermes de Salies de Béarn for a week of treatments and stay at the Auberge du Relais. We were unable to come in 2020, 2021 and 2022 due to the covid pandemic. What a pity ! This year, we have resumed our good habits. The welcome is very friendly. We have a PMR room because of my osteoarthritis in my knees. The staff is very attentive. The cuisine is excellent. The magnificent setting. From the bedroom we hear the stream flowing and the birds chirping. Each stay is a moment of well-being and tranquility in this charming green setting.

Having reserved room and dinner, receipt of an email the same morning of arrival to inform of the non-possibility of catering following the managers' choice to favor a catered trip. Obvious lack of professionalism of the management team.

Very good little hotel, very nice room and pretty little terrace. The breakfast is plentiful and very good, there is something for everyone.

We knew in advance that the hotel would not provide evening meals on the day of our arrival (Friday) but we did not realize that no other facilities would be available. After our arrival and being shown our room the member of staff left the hotel. The hotel was "closed"! The following morning the same member of staff returned to serve breakfast. Breakfast was excellent and our departure was managed satisfactorily. We had heard very good reports of the hotel's catering and it was a disappointment not to be able to dine there.

Upon arrival we did not see any staff. There was no menu anywhere for the evening, so we had to go downstairs and ask. The restaurant, in our opinion, had no soul. There was a lack of atmosphere. The hotel is also not located in a real village and since the weather did not allow the swimming pool to be open, it was boring. The bar is also really not cozy. I can imagine that when the weather is really warm, and you can enjoy the pool and a meal outside on the terrace, the atmosphere is completely different. At breakfast there were no croissants and no more baguettes. There is also a missed opportunity. The lady had definitely seen it, because she passed the buffet several times without replenishing it. It was not even 10 o'clock yet. The room itself was very nice and functional.

We couldn't get to our room because it was closed! The key was not in the door as it was written on the front door. I called the emergency cell phone indicated on the door - no answer. I sent a message and got a response at 9:30 p.m.!! We arrived at 7:00 p.m. We had to look for another hotel, Saturday evening at 7.30 - not easy. There was a lack of professionalism on the part of the owner. We have been traveling with Les Logis for 25 years and this is the first time something like this has happened to us. Plus the restaurant was closed!! Without notice.

Everything was perfect ! The dinner at the exceptional restaurant, the super large and pleasant swimming pool, as well as the friendliness of the staff.

The restaurant is really great but the hotel is not up to standard. No hot water, and apparently that's a recurring problem. And the bathroom door is more of a screen than a door. You really have to be very intimate to share a room!

Very friendly and professional staff. Incredibly tasty restaurant, cooking with knowledge of the friendliness of local products. Very pleasant bedroom and bathroom to stay in, with the added bonus of a large swimming pool and in a low-traffic area.

This house is one of the top 5 in France and 1 in Béarn and the Basque Country. After a break of 1 year 1/2 following a stay in the islands. Here I am back on the roads of the South West and it was impossible for me not to go back to basics. I have been frequenting this establishment since 2018 the quality is constant. It's a family story, the parents were remarkable Hoteliers and Monsieur Maître Restaurateur recognized by his peers. It is now their daughter who has taken up the torch, we feel that she went to Good School and endowed with a strong hereditary personality, she knows how to imprint her personal touch and her creativity on her dishes. It's great. A relay station in the middle of the fields of the teams accessible and at your service. It seems impossible to me not to feel good there.

Place to remember, we were with our daughter in a wheelchair. The PMR room was spacious and suitable. The hotel was kind enough to add an extra bed in the room for our daughter. On the ground floor near a small river. Impeccable for our handicap situation. Good dinner and copious breakfasts with fresh and homemade products.

Very good establishment, we really appreciated the meal trays on our arrival (restaurant closed on Sunday evening) as well as the breakfast with homemade products. The kitchen is of very high quality. During our next stay or visit to Béarn, we will not fail to stay there again.

We arrived on a Sunday evening. For a return leg from Portugal. It's the staff's day off but everything is perfectly organized for our arrival. We regretted not arriving on a Saturday because the restaurant looked very good. Very good bedding. the breakfast was excellent. With many homemade things. Especially the jams! We were 4, only 2 cups in the room, as well as 2 spoons; reported to reception, but nothing was corrected. Also disappointed with the choice of octopus at dinner, inedible (rubber).

Perfect little room in immaculate and new condition. The bedding is excellent. We slept perfectly without a sound. I recommend.

Apart from the soundproofing of the rooms, it is very correct and a very good table at reasonable prices.

Welcoming and friendly staff. The hotel is warm, the rooms are well decorated and comfortable. A small flat on the bathroom which was not practical with a toddler. Big plus with the restaurant, we enjoyed ourselves every evening, the food is excellent.

The manager of the establishment is really at the service of her customers, I had called by mistake out of season and on a staggered schedule, she took the call anyway and processed my accommodation request. When I had to change my reservation 15 days before, she was able to find a solution for me. Finally, on the very evening of the birthday which was organized at their home, we were treated like kings, a privatized air-conditioned room for this weekend at the end of July. We feasted with original and very fine dishes which, looking for flavors that we did not expect! Her cook has traveled the world, she explained to me afterwards, and she is passionate about her job. And when the party went on beyond 1 a.m., the waiters were very courteous in waiting for everyone to decide to leave. This 50th anniversary will remain in our memories as a perfect evening thanks to them too!

Very clean establishment, the rooms are good and more air-conditioned, the bed is very comfortable. The swimming pool to relax after a long trip. Very quiet establishment, no noise, no door slamming!! We eat very very well, exceptional !! It really is a recommended establishment. I stayed in this hotel for a travel stop, easy to reach, in a quiet and peaceful location, basic furnishings but equipped with the essentials for a short stay. Good breakfast and dinner, with local products. Nice staff. The village and its surroundings are very characteristic.

By way of welcome, a sheet stuck on the door with the name of each client and their room number. It was also noted that the team is exceptionally absent because they are at a wedding and the restaurant is also closed. They offer to go to their other restaurant and will apply a 10% discount by presenting a paper left in the room. The keys were on the doors. We went to the restaurant''. We are immediately asked for ''proof'' that we are at the hotel. We sit down, look at the ''map''. Everything is summarized on a slate. Very very few choices. We left ! The next day when paying, we are not asked how it went (it is the first time that a person takes out an invoice without asking how the stay went). Small family room. 20 cm between the radiator and the double bed. The top bed of the bunk bed is 40cm from the air conditioning! On the other hand, the terrace was very nice. I go very regularly to the lodgings (minimum twice a month), it's the only one where I don't want to come back.

We really enjoyed the swimming pool when we arrived. We really enjoyed our dinner and breakfast with fresh and local products, very well cooked. The bedding was very comfortable. Only downside: the air conditioning placed above one of the beds in the family room. It would be better to install it elsewhere. We are very satisfied with our stay.

No regrets about having stayed in this hotel: perfect room, pleasant welcome, excellent and varied buffet breakfast, very good dinner. The weather allowed us to take full advantage of the large swimming pool, it was perfect. And despite the proximity of the highway and the road, the hotel is very quiet. 2 very small drawbacks: the service was a little too fast at dinner, and my requested blue meat was in fact just rare, but I didn't mention it so don't worry.

Excellent value for money for the hotel part with friendly staff. Special mention for the catering part where we feasted on very well cooked local products. Note that for breakfast jam, cakes, compote and yoghurts are homemade.
