Restaurant Auberge de la TourTable Distinguée In a few years, the young chief Renaud Darmanin became the main attraction of this small village in the heart of Cantal, and further away from the department. A notoriety and a success deserved by gourmets because the man has an obvious talent that explodes with each dish. This native of northern Auvergne, who works with his wife from the neighbouring v Read more illage, has been a passionate cook since his early childhood. Even today, he still retains all his vigour and his desire to do well. He works on a cuisine focused on his region but often scattered with scents from elsewhere. His network of suppliers, his vegetable garden, his friends, provide him with the best of this rich region and he admirably knows how to restore its tastes. A cuisine thought out, built, gourmet, thanks to his technique and enthusiasm. A bright future lies ahead of him, but it is now that we must discover it. At her side, the new sommelier Sophie Jammet, a Burgundian woman, has redesigned and developed the wine list to open it up to new appellations and new winegrowers. Everything is going well in this beautiful inn. Reduce
