A gorgeous small hotel which is creatively furnished, making it feel individual and very well kept. Our 3 rooms were all lovely, quite large, spotlessly clean and very well presented. Views were either the lovely gardens or front facing. The manager had given us prior information about the restaurant being shut on the night of our stay and had given us details of the two local restaurants (5 minutes walk) that were open. We went to look at both, made our choice and then the manager made a reservation on our behalf. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay really good. We will definitely return.

It is always a real pleasure to stay at the Auberge de l'Abbaye, very pleasant setting, very professional and charming staff, comfortable rooms, a very good table with quality local products.

The restaurant is a real treat, and the bread at breakfast is wonderful and very good coffee.
The Perche region is beautiful and accessible for walking, too.

The food and service were also worth 5 stars for us. An excellent discovery. An attractive hotel dating from 1850 and recently refurbished. Run by a young, enthusiastic team. Imaginative cooking. Some excellent Loire wines. A peaceful location. Parking spaces in front of the hotel may be taken during the afternoon but there are other nearby options, A very warm welcome, both in advance (email exchange) and on the day. The room had separate bathroom and wc.

Very nice establishment, pleasant and comfortable room, tastefully decorated restaurant room. On the other hand, we were surprised by the bicycle room which stands out compared to the rest. It is more of a storage room than a real "Bicycle reception".

Staff were very friendly and courteous, even though they had a table of 14 to deal with they remained committed to us throughout! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Good value for money, I would certainly stay there again.

This is a beautiful, family-run hotel which I recommend without hesitation. The surrounding countryside is impressive and the hotel is on the grounds of an impressive abbey with an interesting historical past. Dinner was excellent. There is no staff at the hotel until 18.00 and i arrived at 15.00. However, I was able to check in by phone from outside the hotel.

With high temperatures an air conditioner would be nice. Otherwise good service, clean rooms, good food and friendly people
