A very pleasant experience, top-notch welcome in a splendid establishment.

I stayed one night with the overnight package and I highly recommend this establishment. We received a very warm welcome with an aperitif, and Nathalie brought us together around a table for dinner, which was excellent, prepared by her husband, François. It's wonderful to see that places like this still exist, with owners who love to share what they do. The room and the premises are immaculate; it's a beautiful house next to a spring. I recommend taking a stroll along the canal and its locks. Thank you very much, and I hope to see you again soon.

Everything was perfect and the gourmet meal more than perfect

Lovely location, friendly staff, very dog friendly, superb evening meal.

We love this hotel and have stayed many times before. The weather was disappointing which took the edge off our stay this time.
We felt it needs a little maintenance and is looking a little tired compared to previous visits.
The gardens particularly need attention.
However dinner was exceptional, superb food with excellent service. We will return as it is a special place but not in September!

Service is correct. De Grote Franse keuken moet je niet verwachten. Goed zonder meer. Ik denk dat , waar vroeger de Belgen bij de Fransen in de leer gingen het nu omgekeerd mag zijn.

After arriving in the room, we decided not to stay at this establishment. Stained carpet and not vacuumed. Furniture and interior decoration must be refreshed. 6-hectare park not maintained and inaccessible with tall grass....🤨 A remedial action is essential. This is not worthy of the 3-star Residence and Castle category. How often does Logis check the awarding of its labels on these establishments? Thank you in advance for your response.

This is not the first time we have stayed at the Blue Spring and we always return there with pleasure at least once every year.... which means it is always so relaxing, pleasant and highly recommended!

Having been unable to visit La Source Bleue for a few years we were happy to find the same tranquil atmosphere teamed with quiet and efficient service.

Thank you to the whole team for your warm and refined welcome. Thank you to the chef who delighted us from starter to dessert, congratulations for the cooking of the veal, a delight. The place is perfect both for its environment preserved from the turpitudes of civilization and for the care taken in the decoration. The portrait would be incomplete if I did not mention the queen and king of the place: Judith, a beautiful ball of fur of 70kg, very welcoming, a little greedy and Hermes the magnificent white cat. An excellent stay. Probably one of the most enjoyable of our french tour over two weeks. This hotel is on the banks of the Marne river and is totally peaceful and secluded. the staff cannot do enough and the restaurant was amazing. The breakfast was simply the best with fresh food from the region and although only two parties looking for breakfast there was no skimping on volume or quality. Dogs and Cats part of the team ...suited us too. Many thanks and we will return. the only reason for not a perfect 10/10 (one point short in one section) was the tumble drier on somewhere very early in the morning.

This is the second time I have stayed at this establishment: professionalism, originality, friendliness, gastronomy, all in a green setting. I highly recommend it.

-No reception, we waited 15 minutes before finally finding someone to give us the keys. - Towels at the end of their life, unworthy of this label. - Barely enough shower gel to shower. - Dirty and dusty common areas. Fortunately, the site is beautiful, the breakfast is decent and the bedding is good. We will not return. Value for money not in line with the service.

The house we stayed in was nice, but quite dusty, the location is beautiful and food some of the best we’ve had whilst travelling around France, so would definitely recommend the stay.

Excellent meal.

Hotel located in a beautiful, quiet area. The ground floor rooms have a lovely private terrace. The bathroom has a well-designed shower. The welcome and services are perfect. It is possible to ride an electric bike along the canal. The hotel would require renovation/updating of the rooms (worn carpet, damaged furniture, TV) to be at its best.

Everything superb, and a special recommendation for the restaurant.

With your dog you are at the right place! Around the hotel there are enough opportunities to walk your dog. The owners are dog lovers and therefore the animal is welcome everywhere.

Fabulous welcome and setting

Our 1st visit to La Source Bleue was in October 2014 and we immediately fell in love with it !…
The location is almost magical and the owners make you feel right at home, rooms are spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated.
The restaurant building exhales authenticity, and charm. The chef prepares tasteful and classy meals, and the ratio price/quality is excellent.
Since that date we stayed almost twice a year, and it’s is always a pleasure to be there and enjoy every moment of it.

Beautifully situated pearl on a water source with very nice evening service. Extensive breakfast and smooth service Too bad that a socket did not work so we had to put the senseo in the ground to make coffee but otherwise everything is fine

A most enjoyable stay even in winter

A wonderful discovery. Everything is beautiful to the eye. Everything is delicious to the palate. The setting is magnificent and the decor is very tasteful. The Easter meal was refined and generous, a plus for the Black Rose. The rooms are comfortable and furnished to a high standard. Another plus: pets are allowed. The welcome and service are very friendly. A place to definitely recommend.

Our room was well fitted and furnished

You'd almost want to write that you shouldn't go there, just to keep this kind of place all to yourself. It wasn't a night in a hotel, but an experience. The soul, the human… What else!

Very warm welcome, very good quality of the room, of the meal in the evening stopover, variety of products offered for breakfast. The setting is splendid even if the weather was rainy, the hosts are always attentive to the guests and know how to adapt if an element of the meal is not desired

Magical place in the middle of nature, calm, the blue spring is magnificent, the rooms are spacious and comfortable with a terrace for those on the ground floor, the meals are exceptional of high quality and there are even food and wine pairings included and there is starter, main course, cheese and dessert. Breakfast is divine and served in a very beautiful room of the old mill. The only downside is the lack of telephone network, no Orange network, very little SFR network and the Wifi is weak. Otherwise everything is absolutely perfect,

An enchanting setting, a very friendly welcome, a very comfortable room, a good Wi-Fi network and an excellent quality-price ratio. And a little extra, animals are accepted, very well received and at no extra cost. A very good address to keep.

Dies ist ein exzellentes Hotel mit einer hervorragenden Küche. Das Hotel ist im Vergleich nicht gerade günstig, aber man wird mit einer tollen Atmosphäre, viel Ruhe, geschmackvoller ins Art Déco gehende Einrichtung entschädigt. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder einmal hinfahren, vorzugsweise, wenn es wärmer ist und man die hervorragende Küche des Hotels auch im Hof unter freiem Himmel gleich neben der Source Bleue genießen kann.

Nice place in a relaxing nature. The old building (the restaurant) was a paper factory and is located along a watercourse with a mill and a small pond. The new building, "rooms" function, is a modern construction that is difficult to blend into this beautiful nature. The rooms and their decor are "special" but comfortable. Here and there some superb furniture as well as very beautiful silverware in the restaurant.

Lovely peaceful setting with restaurant being in an old mill with the mill stream right behind. Well equipped rooms with terraces or balconies and coffee machine and good bathroom / toilet facilities. Great food in the restaurant of a high quality with an amuse bouche from a set menu with helpful advice from the staff on wine choice to match the menu selected. Breakfast also good with plenty of choices including yogurt, fruit salad, rolls, pastries and croissants, scrambled eggs, charcuterie, cheese selection and smoked salmon and smoked mackerel on offer. Will definitely visit again.

25 years ago, this hotel will have been beatiful. Nowadays it strongly needs refurbishment.

- Location of the hotel is wonderful and peaceful

- Hotel is’t tidy, too much mess
- the smell of the room isn’t fresh, old carpets.
- the WiFi doesn’t work
- the coffeemachine isn’t working
- the remote control of the TV doesn’t respond
- one chair has broken upholstery
- scratches on the wall

Charming welcome in a pleasant and quiet setting. Excellent table, perfect cooking skills, refined and colorful presentation of the plates. Professional service. Comfortable room decorated with great taste. Not enough lighting in the bathroom though. A very nice stopover. Thank you all for this exceptional moment.

Top marks, great staff and chef / owner, Justine and Francois in particular, fairy tale setting and the Source Bleue lake. Very highly recommended on all counts.

Accommodation that meets or exceeds all expectations. A jewel. All rooms have a special touch, in many areas art and antiques are paired with modern elements. The old mill has been lovingly restored, a mill wheel is in operation. A modern guest house leaves nothing to be desired. The spacious park has a lake, is surrounded by forest and trees, and the outdoor terrace is excellent. The food meets high standards.

Ideally located if you are looking to relax and recharge your batteries away from the hustle and bustle of the cities. Very beautiful nature. I stayed in the Clara house with my sister and it was perfect; very good, hearty and varied breakfast; The restaurant offers a menu, starter, main course and dessert. Beautiful products and nothing to complain about the quality! The management and staff are attentive to your needs and are charming. A very beautiful address in an enchanting and perhaps enchanted setting?

A great, quiet place. Very welcoming and very friendly staff. Very good quality of service. Fresh and very well prepared products, both during the meal and during breakfast. In short, an excellent address where I return without asking any questions as soon as the opportunity presents itself. The only downside, if there is one, is the fact that there is very little telephone network.

Amazing hotel in a very serene landscape, staff were very welcoming and did all they could for us. The evening food was delicious, and the breakfast buffet was well stocked. All in all a brilliant hotel.
