A reservation made months ago due to overbooking was null and void, well done to the organization! But above all, they sent emails that were barely polite following a phone call that went badly, to the wrong customer!!!!! I barely received an apology!!!!!
Dear Madam,
I understand your dissatisfaction; however, I would like to clarify a few points:
We informed you by telephone on May 21, 2025, that your reservation for June 18, 2025, could not be honored due to overbooking. This information was therefore communicated to you almost a month before the scheduled date of your stay.
You were offered several alternative accommodations, but the conversation was abruptly interrupted, preventing a constructive exchange. Apologies were offered to you on several occasions by various colleagues and myself.
We also remind you that a customer can: cancel their reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival time.
For the sake of transparency, I am attaching all of our exchanges to this message: this will allow everyone to get an objective idea of the situation.
Finally, you have never stayed at our establishment. It is therefore regrettable that you gave us a rating of 1/5 without having been able to judge the quality of our services for yourself. This type of behavior is akin to misinformation and the publication of a false review, which unfairly damages our reputation. We remind you that the publication of false reviews is strictly prohibited and may be punishable by law, in accordance with Article L.121-4 of the French Consumer Code.

Our rooms are not equipped with air conditioning, which we make sure to clearly state in our descriptions. Only the dining room has two air conditioners for the comfort of our guests during meals.

It is a beautiful, quiet hotel, and we were very well received.

Very cold room, no possibility to adjust the heating beyond 19 ° C. The latter being behind a curtain, it is fair to say that it does not heat. The heating in the bathroom does not work either. This feeling of cold is not the most pleasant given the price of the room. Concerning the catering part, nothing to say, smiling and very pleasant staff. Very good meal. I would not recommend this hotel in case of winter cold.

no bad surprises, quality accommodation; the only thing missing is air conditioning I would like to clarify the reasons for my criticism of the breakfast. I had to leave the establishment early, before breakfast was served. The young woman at the reception kindly offered to leave a tray in my room the day before. Unfortunately the quality of the products offered clearly disappointed me, 2 sachets of freeze-dried coffee with 2 slices of brioche and one of sandwich bread. In short, this does not call into question the quality of the accommodation

Indeed we offer breakfast in the room for an early departure, unfortunately, during heatwaves, we cannot put fresh products on the tray. However, we offer an express breakfast from 6:30 am on weekdays and 7:30 am on weekends to be enjoyed at the bar.

Very nice hotel, comfortable for a family, 2 nights, fair price.
We booked 3 nights in this hotel, ideally located for visiting the Vendée. Pleasant spacious room. A pretty garden under the window. The rooms all overlook the garden on the ground floor. Very quiet.
The manager is very friendly and cordial. The place is partly being renovated and will no doubt be really good once the work is finished. For the part that is already usable, it is impeccable. Well located (not too far from the main roads, but quite quiet). A restaurant that looks nice (I arrived too late to enjoy it). In short, a nice cross on my map of possible drop-off points when I travel.
Heating at 15°. For reception: it's normal!!!!!! Result: very bad cold
Too bad it was raining. The weather was very humid. The heating in the room was on minimum, it was barely 17°. In the bathroom, a heater that did not work despite the timer. I would like to believe that there is an increase in the cost of energy, but to the point of freezing in a hotel room I find that. Unacceptable, I strongly advise against staying in this establishment in winter.
Room without heating on arrival so cold room but compensated by the loan of additional heating. Only one electrical outlet in the room for auxiliary heating so it is not possible to plug in a phone or computer charger... Two lights in the room defective. Minimalist decor. A spider and a bedbug on the ground.
In my room it smelled musty and there was mildew on the wall.

Quiet motel in the countryside, breakfast (9.5) and meal (20€) very correct, welcome good, on the other hand the showers are too small... Note that on weekends the reception and breakfast only open at 8 a.m., if you have to leave early on Saturday morning, provide payment the day before....good to know!!! Otherwise very good...
Friendly staff. Quiet, peaceful. Very comfortable and clean bed. Clean room and bathroom. Decor shabby. It is a pity that the restaurant was closed on Fridays.
The cleanliness leaves something to be desired I had to clean when I arrived because a pile of dust above the bed hair in the sink etc... The TV did not work either.
