Accueil toujours très aimable, nous avons retrouvé la chambre habituelle - avec une grande qualité d'hébergement.
rien à redire sur le juste prix pour ce séjour tres agréable.

Orleans is een prachtige stad en dit hotel heeft perfect alle comfort. Bovendien was de ontvangst bij reservatie per telefoon en nadien aan receptie met heel leuk welkom gevoel, zo vriendelijk behulpzaam en begripvol. Heel warm en familiaal en wat een heerlijk ontbijt. Alsook de bedden sliepen als engelen.

We komen hier zeker terug als we in Orleans zijn.

Das Hotel war sauber, gemütlich und ruhig gelegen. Auch das Frühstück war völlig ausreichend und lecker. Einzig, unser Zimmer war leider extrem hellhörig. Das ist der einzige Kritikpunkt an einem sonst überzeugenden Hotelaufenthalt.

c'est devenu extrêmement pénible d'être obligée de subir les infos en boucle ou de la musique quand on se lève le matin et qu'on veut être tranquille pour rêver ou lire en prenant son café merci au jeune homme de ne pas avoir allumé la télé

Le calme, la propreté, la literie sont très satisfaisants.

L'hôtel des Cèdres est un hôtel que nous connaissons (plusieurs passages par an), c'est une valeur sûre (qualité, accueil ok, à 10 mn à pied du centre ville).

Bel hôtel à la décoration soignée, seul bémol le bruit des conduites de chauffage qui sifflent en continu, pouvant être génant la nuit mais l' accueil trés sympathique et petit déjeuner copieux dans un joli cadre, belle expérience .

Well located and pleasant hotel

Charming hotel, clean room, tastefully decorated, exemplary welcome. It's a shame that the sound insulation isn't perfect, but that didn't stop us from sleeping!

The hotel is ideally placed for visiting Orléans. The welcome was very pleasant and the staff attentive. We will certainly come back as cycle tourists, the hotel has secure spaces for bicycles.

The room was very good, the floor a little noisy. On the other hand, the breakfast is of poor quality, low-end tea (Lipton and little choice) and orange juice as well. No added value for the so-called continental breakfast, little choice and lack of variety. Nothing local

Clean, quiet, staff available, comfortable bed, no WiFi. 10 minutes walk from the city center.

Fairly large room, very pleasant staff, too bad the room above us made a lot of noise until very late, the staff apologized for this.

Very satisfied with our accommodation in this hotel, only the impossibility of parking in the nearby area, unless a space becomes available in the street. We were lucky that we did not have this during the busy period of the city.

Hello, The big downside is that the rooms are not soundproof even though the room where we slept had been redone. We chose this hotel because there was no choice given the event that weekend. The decoration was nice. To rest on a Saturday and Sunday morning, it's a mission impossible after having had a pleasant time at the Loire Festival. Damage !

The hotel is well located, the rooms, the welcome, the breakfast are perfect. I only have 3 criticisms: the absence of a garage, a price €20 higher than hotels in its category, absence of mini bar.

We enjoyed our stay, When we were not able to find parking due to a festival in town, we were offered by the receptionist to use her spot which we greatly appreciated. WONDERFUL SERVICE!!

Very well located hotel, close to the center of Orleans. Very clean hotel. Big big downside, very very very noisy hotel from 7 a.m.… Too bad, if you want to rest in the morning hotel to avoid!

The staff were incredibly friendly. Directed us to the city centre for dinner and we're very accomodating. Contact throughout the booking was excellent and prompt. The hotel was perfectly sited, the rooms were very nice. We had a twin and a double and the double was small, not an issue, but very very hot. No air conditioning just fans. The larger twin room was a bit cooler thanks to more space.
One of the few hotels offering a family room which was vital for us.
Not sure how you'd fix without installing air con, maybe on the windowsill?

Amazing knowledgeable receptionist.. poir sized tiny room for 4 of us. Very poor quality sound proofing....we were kept awake for hours by the people above sounding like they were rearranging the furniture late at night. Good breakfast

Great hotel

Room too hot and noisy in the morning on the street

No aircon! Roasting hot day, room in attic so like a sauna. Bathroom incredibly hot and just a hand held shower. As a family room, it was quite a squeeze for 4 people. Advertised as having parking on Booking.com but only after booking does it tell you that it’s on road parking or in a pay and display. Bit worrying if you’re on a stop over and still have luggage etc in the car. Poor WiFi connection.

This a beautiful hotel. Lovely decor, friendly staff. A spacious room and a delicious breakfast. It’s 10 minute walk to the care of town, free parking outside and we would highly recommend.

Nice hotel at a convenient location just near the city center. Staff is nice and polite and helpfull in finding the right spots to visit. Room was also nice (5 persons family room) although the room was way too hot (temperaturen around 33 degrees celcius that period). There was no airco and the fan did not give much relief unfortunately. The breakfast was affordable and was good. Besides the sweaty night, the stay was great!

Hartelijke ontvangst! Prima kamer met goede bedden en badkamer. Wel wat warm op de kamer. Een airco zou dit hotel perfect maken. Op loopafstand van het centrum.

The Hotel is very clean, and very well located; it is close to the city center, just 10 minutes on foot. The setting is warm; the decor is pretty! The breakfast served in the morning is very good. Cherry on the cake ; Always welcome with a smile regardless of the person at the reception. I particularly salute the professionalism and kindness of Salwa; she explained to us the directions to take, the places to visit without even being asked. We were very well received. Salwa is really on top! It was the first stay in Orleans; if we go back; we know where to stay to stay! We recommend 100%

Hotel well located and relatively accessible by car. Its configuration requires traveling "light". The narrowness of the corridors, stairs and elevator does not facilitate mobility with heavy luggage. If the principle of the buffet, for breakfast, is a "standard" for this type of establishment, its organization needs to be reviewed: no tray, hence several round trips between the table and the buffet; Crossing the reception hall between the buffet and the veranda (very pleasant for this early part of the day) in the middle of departures...

Nice hotel close to the city centre. Room was small but clean and there was a bottle of water per person and a coffee and tea facility which is a nice welcome. The bed was good though for north European standards a little small size (150x180cm) as in most hotels in France. Luckily are not that tall! Bathroom was small but with a good shower and clean. We had the buffet breakfast which was good. Enough things to chose from. The room with the view over the garden I particularly liked. There are seats for having breakfast in the garden, but this wasn’t open. Probably because of the rain during the night? The chairs were still wet. Anyway, we had a nice stay and when we return to Orléans I would be happy to book a room at Hôtel Cedres again!

The bathroom is a bit claustrophobic. For a one night stopover it's fine.

The staff is very friendly, the small garden is like an oasis of calm, beds and rooms are very clean, close to the center and yet a quiet side street, we found enough parking spaces near the hotel, would love to come back.

Suite with connecting rooms perfect for 2 adults and two teenagers. Clean, large bathroom with window and closed WC with window also. Good welcome despite our late arrival (almost 11 p.m.). Very calm, view on the garden.

The room we had was somewhat oldfashioned, but adaquate. what stood out the most was the real friendliness of the personel. They made us feel really welcome. Breakfast was good, and again served by friendly staff. The garden at the back is a small oasis of rest in this busy town.

An elegant hotel, very quiet and quite close to the center and the train station. We were received very kindly, the rooms are pleasant and overlook either an interior garden or the rooftops of the city. The design of the hotel is neat. We slept very well. A very good choice!

Just a small flat on the breakfast because I had an RV at 8:30 am and as it only opens at 8 am, I arrived late.
