I had requested a ground floor room and this was provided. The room was very good as were facilities.
We were informed that there was a Grill restaurant next door and asked if we wanted to book a table
for the evening - which was ideal.

Overall satisfaction. The only downside is the cleanliness of the shower (black grout) and the toilet. The bathroom fittings are spartan: - no place to put your things - hairdryer not powerful enough and blowing cold - a stool would be useful. Consider a more modern duvet cover

Decent stopover evening. A generous partner restaurant. If I may, the shower is too narrow and the skylight blind should be dark to block out light (wake up in the daylight).

We've been coming here for many years. We've always been very satisfied; the only drawback is the terrible internet connection. Sports broadcasts on our laptops don't work smoothly.

The room is a bit narrow, opening directly onto the passageway of guests who can see into the room. Hence the need to close the curtain. The bathroom lacks racks for storing belongings and hooks for hanging towels.

A bit off the beaten track in a small industrial estate, but still peaceful. The swimming pool is definitely a plus, and the table football (no coins) is also excellent. The breakfast room was very busy in the morning, but there was plenty of food and it was replenished. The restaurant within walking distance was also fine. An extra drink wouldn't hurt. Something to return to, perhaps with a visit to Langres.

Great if you're traveling for one or two nights. We had two connecting rooms. The pool is included, but the terrace is mediocre (broken chairs, etc.), but a refreshing dip is still possible.

A nice hotel for an overnight stay on our way back to the Netherlands. Dinner is served in the adjacent restaurant, which we were very happy with after a day in the car. Breakfast is modest but offers sufficient choices. Breakfast was the same price for both children and adults; we found €10 per person for children quite expensive, especially considering the limited selection. We would definitely go back!

A great hotel for an overnight stay. The staff are very professional and the ambience and service at breakfast is ideal. There is an excellent restaurant next to the hotel. The hotel is handy for the autoroute but far enough away to feel relaxed in a rural setting, yet close to an excellent supermarket with fuel facility.
We have stayed here at least 3or 4 times and will continue to do so.

Very nice family room, with 2 separate bedrooms and a shared bathroom. However, the sheets on the double bed were stained, very unpleasant, and the bathtub did not work. In addition, the pool is only accessible from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and not in the morning.

I was very well received upon arrival, as well as by the departure team who patiently accommodated my requests for new reservations. The room is pleasant, very clean, functional, and well-equipped. The bed is very comfortable. Great buffet breakfast. Secure parking. Unbeatable value for money overall.

Het is een prima hotel voor op de door reis. Zwembad is ook prima, het is allemaal wel prima.
Grill restaurant is er naast maar gaat pas om 19.00 open dus wij zijn met onze kids bij de Mac gaan eten (4 min. Rijden)
Ontbijt is goed, veel keuze.
Wij hadden een familie kamer met 2 aparte ruimte, was goed.

Good place to stay for one night during our trip to South of France. Kids enjoyed the pool!

Very good experience

The walls are as thin as paper, the noises coming from the other rooms made our night very short. There were also noises all night from drains (sewage?). The pool on paper was a great plus, but it was freezing because it was barely heated, or not at all, so we couldn't swim in it.

Have been staying at this hotel for over 10 years, each year on our way to and from Italy to England. Price is very competitive, rooms are rather small and basic, bathroom lacks standing space for toiletries,etc. This time I was pleasantly surprised by improvement in choice of menu and quality of food, also a change of staff proved much more professional and helpful.

Fine though small room with a bed on the soft side and very basic amenities. Airco was very noisy so we had to turn it off. Shower head could not be mounted. Food in the restaurant was good, but the meat portions were really large. Friendly people all round. Fine hotel and restaurant for a night en route.

I made the mistake of taking a standard room which is located upstairs which for my 80 years was difficult. The shower was difficult to access and had a bad drain.

We had room 136 matras was very old and uncomfortable and the toilet seat was broken, so we have little injuries on the but, many funny but it's not when you having to drive 680 km for the rest. Breakfast was ok

Functional hotel, there are only the essentials in the rooms but the bedding is comfortable. The shower head is attached to the shower bar with a clamp! The partner restaurant is very good.

Great hotel but beware: restaurant is an external in practice. So does not belong to the hotel. Great grill restaurant. Is full of guests of the hotel 2 minutes walk. Parking lot is closed in the evening and at night. The gates are closed then. Also does not count towards the loyalty card.

The welcome and service at the hotel was OK. At the restaurant, we paid the bill and presented our ETIK loyalty card but they refused to accept it, stating that this was only valid at the hotel. We think that is not correct.

The air conditioning emitted a roar of an engine every 5 minutes, waking you up with a start every time. In short, it was impossible to sleep. The receptionist completely denied my remark in a cold and haughty manner. The least he could do would be to say "thank you, we'll check it out".

This is a hotel we use on an annual basis. Always a pleasant welcome and far cleaner than some of the 5 star rated hotels we have used. It's rooms are simple but with everything you need. Don't all come at once or I may find the hotel full for our next booking !!

Unreliable hotel in terms of reservations. 2nd stay in this hotel which gave us satisfaction the first time. Reservation directly on the hotel website for a twin room (2 separate beds). We arrived late around 9 p.m. (but we had warned) and were stunned to find that we had been allocated a room with a double bed, which did not correspond to our request at all. The hotel was full, impossible to change. The next morning, the manager told us that he did not know what happened, especially since a single person occupied a twin room. However, it's easy to respect everyone's reservation when the hotel is full. A simple apology would have made it possible to erase the error, because in any case the damage had been done... But no apology, no commercial gesture, it was even our fault because we had arrived late! Sir, when we reserve a twin room, we have a good reason!! The service provider is you. It's not up to me to adapt. In addition, although the duvet covers in the comfort double rooms are quite pretty, they are very unpleasant because they scratch. And there isn't even a simple shower curtain in the bathtub. But these are details...

Hotel very well located near the highway, easy access with the restaurant next door is a plus.

1. wij zouden om 19.00 u eten, maar dat werd 20.45 u omdat er een kamer verwisseld was.
2. de stortbak van ons toilet op de kamer was kapot waardoor deze steeds bleef stromen. Erg storend geluid. 3 medewerkers die dit wisten deden niets, maar gingen om 22.00 u naar huis en lieten ons met het probleem zitten.
3. voor de veiligheid zou het hek van het parkeerterrein om 22.00 u sluiten, maar die stond om 22,30 u nog open en het personeel was al naar huis.

Automatic lights are not really practical when you want to get up at night. Missing a small fridge. And the hair dryer cord is really small and not practical in addition to not drying much... Otherwise, nothing to complain about, we will come back all the same!

Use the restaurant next door. Good bedding but pillow too big and too hard for my taste. Bad wifi connection.

Very good hotel with closed parking at night

Hotel staff very good - friendly, helpful and efficient. Restaurant staff (only two servers, helped by manager) were overwhelmed but continued to accept customers, and service was terrible. We were second group in with four young children, but main course very late, with others served first. Also, quality of meat was poor - not good for a grill!

Second time we have stayed at this hotel. Very clean with pleasant unobtrusive service. Rooms are comfortable and good value.

Everything was clean, but the bedding (seersucker) was unpleasant. The mattress was a bit saggy, but it was better last time. There were plenty of towels and they were very comfortable. We really liked the kettle and the choice of tea and coffee.

We are fully satisfied.

The bed was much too soft and top smalle for toe persons. The swimmingpool was closed and the breakfast was simple. We heart the tv from the neighbours loud and clear through the walls. The shower was good.

The staff was very friendly. Since I was traveling with my dog, I was given a more spacious room (actually for wheelchair users), which I thought was very nice. Unfortunately, the room was a bit noisy because it was right next to the reception.

The hotel manager refused to accept a cancelation because of a car crash. Foto evidence was sent. He thought I would get the money from the insurance. In my opinion that is a criminal act.
