We received a very warm welcome for our last-minute accommodation. The bedding is excellent, and we're 10 minutes from the seafront. A full breakfast is available at a very reasonable price. Another special mention goes to the hostess, who made us feel very welcome!
The hotel is somewhat old and neglected. We were given a room in the bathroom where the pipes make a lot of noise when the shower is turned on, and the toilet also leaks water when you flush the toilet. You have to make sure it doesn't keep leaking water. The nightstand is unstable and could fall over at any moment. In short, a hotel that needs maintenance. The area is very quiet and the receptionist is friendly.

Small, welcoming **hotel, poorly insulated, but I was warned, it didn't bother me, small parking lot, so limited. But a pleasant stay in Biarritz
The only negative point for me is the soundproofing of the rooms, which isn't good. You can hear too much of what's going on next door. Otherwise, it's very good.
