Very good room, excellent breakfast
Pleasant stay. Quality breakfast but a somewhat high price. Attentive and very professional staff. Faulty lighting on the stairs leading to the upper floors, which could potentially have been the cause of a head-on accident.
Very strange feeling about the hotel. Welcome was ok, the room very cold and not well decorated with an aweful bathroom. A sheet indicating the charges that apply if a towel would be missing at the end of stay or stain on the linen, not 4 star hospitality. It’s all about rules in this hotel which has great potential. The bed was good though. Price quality is not adequate with 120 € far too expensive. 90€ max would be ok.

Disastrous experience, this hotel is to be avoided, I booked 2 nights (at the weekend) with access to the spa for 330€. When I arrived, contactless payment was refused to me even though we are still in 2023, Fortunately for me, I live in Besançon so I was able to go to my home to collect a card but if you live elsewhere it would not have been possible for you to sleep in this hotel. Second point, the room. Very dark and dirty whether it be the bedding, the curtains or the floor, nothing was right, fridge that does not work, leaning mattress, broken toilets, bathroom floor full of products, cold shower and so on, in the room small poster where it is indicated the rates for bathrobe / towel missing or stained (50 € for a bathrobe and 20 € for a towel) however our bathrobes were already torn and one of our towels already stained. I would point out all the same that in a hotel of this type the towels are supposed to be replaced and not washed, especially in the current sanitary circumstances, the air conditioning is also defective so do not count on it to warm you up. Third point, the relaxation area. In 20 years, I've never seen such a dirty spa, I'm just going to list all the problems I encountered there, mandatory shower before entering the relaxation area but no shower on the horizon, except a sensory shower with a strong smell of urine, 3 jacuzzis including one without water and a lot of dirt at the bottom, one half filled with lukewarm water as well as questionable bodily fluids all around, and large white marks that shows that it has not been washed for a long time. A 3rd jacuzzi with water that is not at all transparent and which makes a lot of foam, I specify that the foam implies that the filtration and treatment of the water have not been correctly carried out, or that the contribution of debris is too high, a sauna with a floor full of mold, I specify that I had taken access for the weekend so I went two days in a row and no cleaning was done between the two days. . Very important, just before entering the spa, a sign has been hidden indicating: In accordance with the obligations of the Regional Health Agency following the letter dated February 27, 2020: The hot tub must be emptied after each use. ; Cleaning should be done after each use. So the question I ask myself is why this poster was concealed? The health inspector should take a look at this establishment. In addition, the receptionist refused me access to the spa on Sunday on the pretext that they were closed, even though the site does indicate that it is open by reservation and, I had indeed reserved. Of course, I have all the photo evidence of what I am saying and I would be happy to put it on all the hotel review sites, Google, TripAdvisor, etc.
The heating is limited, I was cold at 4am. I had to put on a fleece. The relaxation area was not ready and cold... Additional cost of €15/pers for weekends and public holidays, but nothing is planned to receive customers, energy savings to the detriment of customers... .. Big disappointment for this spa.

Tolles, sauberes und grosses Zimmer mit Balkon und Badewanne, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, gute Lage zur Altstadt, Parken im Innenhof (10 Euro), Fruehstueck sehr gute Qualitaet und vorbildliche Kuehlung (Wurst, Kaese, Joghurt...)
Sehr gepflegtes Zimmer, ruhige Lage und sehr nah zur Altstadt. Perfect. SPA etwas muffelig im Dampfbad und in der Massage - Badewanne, aber sauber.
Overall we were very happy. Can be improved only details: - for breakfast, really FRESH fruit juice; for the jacuzzi basin: a balustrade to be able to enter it better. Pay attention to the price-quality ratio! (you are approaching the Swiss level...)

My impression is positive in all respects. The only bad thing is the obligatory deposit of 100 euros which is held on the credit card on arrival and canceled more than a week later ... the deposit itself is not a pleasant practice for hotel guests 4 stars; if for reasons that escape me you cannot do without it, at least it must be the hotel's responsibility to immediately arrange for it to be canceled as soon as the guest leaves the room.

Mon numéro de chambre était le 126. First impression: chambre triste. Longs placards sombres, mur sombre, canapé noir, table sombre, petite fenêtre donant sur le parking. In the salle de bain les serviettes étaient deposited dans la vasque directement car manque d'étagère et aucun crochet dans la chambre. Si vous revenez de la piscine vous n'avez aucun moyen de pendre le peignoir ni votre maillot mouillés. Merci à la réception qui a bien voulu mettre l'ampoule manquante à la lamp de chevet et de replacer la brosse des toilettes....(sans commentaire). Les programs télévision sont très brouillés chaînes 2 et 3 comprises (Probléme d' internet m'a t-on précisé). J'aurais aimé faire part de mon avis á la réception en partant, mais celle-ci n'était pas occupée. Pour un Hotel Spa 4 étoiles, ce fut tres décevant.

Très cher pour le service qu’il y a, pour moi ce pas un spa, ce 2 baignoires une de 2 places et l’autre pour max 4 personnes, avec hidromasage, 2 petites saunas, l’eau des baignoires hidromasage juste tiède, mais pour 15€, très juste.
Le petit-déjeuner a 18€ vraiment cher et en plus ce de jus d’orange embouteillé, artificiel, 1 café, salad de fruits coupe et préparé ça fait 2 jours, 4 tranches du pan avec du beurre et des croissants secs. Vraiment pour moi le petit-déjeuner ce la vrai arnaque.
La chambre était prop, mais pour 135€ la nuit, sans petit déjeuner et sans spa compris, ont attends ou moins avoir 1 baignoire, pas 1 douche simple. Aussi il y avait pas assez de sabon, aucune brosse a dent, et quand ont a demandé les brosse à dents ils nous sont donnés que 1 brosse à dents pour 2 personnes… vraiment une mauvaise expérience, ont peut pas donner 4*

Le balcon avait aucune privacité, la barriere de séparation entre les balcons ce même pas 1 mettre d’hauteur.
Ont a payé 204€ pour la chambre prestige, petit déjeuner et spa, ont va retourner jamais.
Ce vraiment pas suffisant le service, l’heure d’entrée c’est après de 15h, et tu doivs sortir a 11h, les horaires de spa et pour demander des cocktails jusqu’à 21h , et l’entrée à spa ce coupe. Ont a pas aimé du tout, la seule chose que je peut vous dire en positivé ce que au moins le personnel qui travail ce vraiment gentil et souriant.

Cet hôtel est mal adapté à l'hiver à cause de son système de chauffage par air pulsé qui est très désagréable et ne parvient pas à chauffer correctement la chambre et la salle de séminaire.
Un autre petit défaut est le manque d'éclairage dans la chambre.
Tout les autres aspects de mon séjour étaient très bien.

This hôtel is confortable but it's a little bit difficult to find your way in the different corridors and levels. It is like a labyrinth.
Additional indications could be helpful.
Other point : we were two colleagues from the same company with one car. We checked out seperately and we were both charged for the parking fee! Maybe it was just a mistake but we found this unfair.

L'accueil et 'les équipes très bien... Mais j'avoue en avoir assez du gris que l'on retrouve partout, chez vous et dans tous les hôtels "modernes".
Côté SPA, le hammam était hors service, donc un peu contrariant et l'éclairage général du SPA assez mal adapté. Trop peu de lumière pour évaluer l'hygiène des espaces, ce qui gêne dans leur utilisation.
Un bel hôtel avec un accueil chaleureux, une chambre confortable et bien insonorisé, un buffet petit-déjeuner au top !

On vous prévient après que le délai d’annulation gratuite est dépasse que l’accueil de l’hôtel (4 étoiles) est fermé de 12 à 16h. Malgré un message envoyé à l’hôtel, resté sans réponse, lors de l’arrivée, aucune excuse ni geste commercial. Chambre décevante pas digne d’un 4*.
J'avais une appréhension du fait de la proximité de la gare ( le bruit ) mais nous n'avons rien entendu. Les chambres sont parfaitement insonorisées, la literie est agréable et le personnel aux petits soins.
Petit bémol, davantage de communication entre les salariés car quelques petits ratés sur des demandes spéciales mais qui ne nous empêche pas d'avoir grandement apprécié notre séjour.
Bien situé à proximité des transports et très calme. Accueil très très convivial et personnel fort sympathique et prévenant.
