A superb address very well located for visiting Margeride, the restaurant is fantastic, the traditional cuisine is excellent and the cheese platter exceptional.

The hotel is simply without fault. Welcome and book easily. Our room was a reasonable size, nicely decorated and superbly maintained. The whole hotel has a lovely warm atmosphere. The Chef and all the team involved in food preparation and serving and really the best!! Dining was simply a gastronomic delight, the quality could not have been bettered. The best cheese trolly we have ever seen!! Surely this should be classified as a 'Table d'exception' at the very least

Even if this establishment could benefit from a facelift, we appreciate it as it is. With its somewhat dated rooms, the quality of the bedding makes you forget the decoration. And the taste of the dishes at the restaurant transports us. I highly recommend
