Hôtel de taille humaine et le personnel est très agréable et à l écoute

Male receptionist we met upon arrival was very unprofessional and off putting, a real shame as the accommodation was perfect

Excellent accueil, chambre très confortable. Dommage qu'il faille sortir pour aller aux chambres (sol glissant après la pluie). Petit bémol aussi pour l'installation électrique : interrupteur au bout du couloir, un seul interrupteur à la tête de lit pour éclairage chambre, applique et entrée, et ampoules pas assez fortes. Petit déjeûner extra. Mais dommage aussi qu'il n'y ait pas de restaurant, parce qu'en ville, il n'y a RIEN !
Tellement décevant que nous ne sommes pas restés dormir. Punaises de lit, drap pas changé, salle de bain pas nettoyée

Literie dure pour moi. Chambre très grande. Hôtel correct.Quelques soucis d’évacuation d’eau pour la douche sûrement dû aux travaux sur la voirie.

Bon accueil mais le prix du petit déjeuner est trop honereux pour le buffet proposé. Dommage .
Bonjour.
Un nombre important de clients ont fait beaucoup de bruit jusque 1h30 du matin ( cris, claquement de porte, bruit de pas dans les couloirs).
Ce problème c’est de nouveau produit pendant environ 20 minutes vers 4h00 du matin.
Accueil : professionnel, sans plus…

Superbe petit hôtel où nous avons très bien dormi, le petit déjeuner était très bon également
Accueil agréable. PISCINE ! Et surtout petit dejeuner royal : on vous sert du café à table et il y a même une machine pour presser des jus d'orange frais. A recommander en famille. Nos ados ont adoré ce côté vintage relaxant.

Lovely pool area but inside could do with a refresh. No parking due to roadworks but we found easy parking near the hotel. Also AC didn’t work. Comfortable stay in a friendly hotel.

La chambre sur cour intérieure est très silencieuse.Vaste, (+ 20m2), le WC est séparé de la salle d'eau. La literie est confortable, un bureau est disponible pour travailler, une bouilloire est disponible, avec thé et café. Un grand écran de télévision surplombe le bureau. Tout est très propre. Malgré la chaleur, la chambre est très fraîche, les murs sont en pierre, et la piscine située dans la cour, n'y est pas étrangère.
Le petit déjeuner est varié, copieux.
Et pour conclure, cet établissement est à taille humaine, ou le plaisir d'échanger avec le personnel, est réel .
Je suis un pro, et ce genre d'établissement répond à toutes mes attentes.
Le mois prochain, j'y retournerai avec plaisir !

Personnel aux petits soins. Hébergement correct bon rapport qualité prix
La personne de la réception était très agréable et se souciait de notre bien être. Point décevant : piscine sale et mal sécurisée. Placard ds la chambre 19 dont les portes tombaient en ruine. Domino électrique à la vu au dessus de la fenêtre. Bonne literie et hôtel calme. Manque parking. Machine à café au petit déjeuner défectueuse et prise électrique à la vue de tous dommage pr un établissement logis de France. Expérience client correcte pr le prix.
