Very comfortable room, very good bedding. Competent staff.
It was ok. The room was clean and comfortable..we had booked a " deluxe" room. Because i wanted a kettle and bath. On arrival were were given just the standard one and when we asked for that on seeing the room the manager was just a bit offish. Did give us another room. Just his attitude was a bit off. However overall the place is fine. Near a good pub 5 minutes walk away
Way better then expected, the hotel and room were spotless and for a small hotel it felt lot better. Staff are charming to say the least. Would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful, functional room with all the amenities. Comfortable bed and quiet room. Excellent breakfast, very varied choice. Very friendly staff. The only downside is that the parking lot is a bit small.

We really liked the hotel. The room was very clean, relaxing decor and an excellent breakfast. The gentleman in reception was very friendly, courteous and helpful.
The only slight issue is that the address on the website was written as 2 Ave d'Angouleme, Cognac but the address is actually 2 Ave d'Angouleme, ChâteauBernard, and the sat nav kept trying to take us the opposite direction which is a bit of a nightmare at festival time when lots of the town centre roads are closed. Whereas in fact, the hotel is very accessible and only. 19 min walk from the centre
