Very good, very friendly staff; hearty and tasty breakfast

Recent customers in Logis Hôtels hotels, we made another very pleasant discovery with the Le Parc de Moulins hotel. The family room for 3 people is a really nice size, it doesn't feel cramped. The staff is very friendly. Mention for parking also. A small downside however: it's a shame that the city map provided was not a tourist map; museums were not included!

Accueil très sympathique. Hôtel rénové, chambre petite mais agréable. Un seul défaut : le bruit : la tuyauterie des sanitaires est hyper bruyante !

Malheureusement d’autres usagers de l’hôtel ont l’impression d’être seuls à y loger.
Tapage dans les couloirs à minuit puis à 1h30 … les gestionnaires de l’hôtel n’ont rien à voir avec ça, mais ça gâche le plaisir 😡

The Hotel is extremely ring-shaped. The above Parkplatz is a new addition!

The hotel was spotless and the receptionist was veryhelpful. Only regret was I was only staying for one night. Will definitely go back.

Not from a personal point of view but from an IT administrative point of view I was not expected although booked 3 months in advance luckily the hotel was not full otherwise....

A friendly welcome. A change of room from the second to the ground floor, to accommodate my disability was made immediately without fuss .

A pleasant hotel but with some issues. Bathroom door (recessed) handle was dirty. WiFi was terrible & required constant logging-on. No bar; after a long day's drive we hoped to sit and have a quiet drink before dinner. This was not possible and we were hustled in to the dining room.Waitress service was graceless. Food was very good. Dining room lighting harsh & bright. At breakfast the next morning no staff were present, thus it was an entirely DIY process. Pleasant & friendly welcome on arrival, convenient on-site parking. A good hotel marred by some issues.

Superb staff, amazing food. Comfortable rooms. Disappointed that the air con in our room had either been switched off or had broken.. Quite an uncomfortable night. Duty manager did try to fix it so a thank you to him for that.

Excellent stay, friendly, welcoming with very high quality meals. I will gladly come back. Only downside: soundproofing of the room which I had to improve, we can hear the neighbor's television as if it were in the room.

Nous y avons fait une étape. Booking.com ne ns proposait qu une chambre à 3 lits pour 2 personnes.. chbre au 2e etage sans ascenseur, un peu vieillot, 1 petit lit double, 1 petite sdb avec petite cabine de douche Bon hôtel de passage. Très propre. Petits déjeuners corrects. Parking privé.

I stayed a few days in this hotel with other members of my family who arrived from Belgium, among other things, to attend my daughter's wedding. The room was very clean, the bathroom quite new and pretty and clean too. The very warm welcome, the managers were attentive and made efforts to ensure a pleasant stay. Very positive experience. I recommend this hotel located very close to Moulins train station and a few minutes from the city center.

Friendly and attentive reception. Quiet and comfortable room, with very good bedding. Varied breakfast.

Shutters or more suitable blackout curtains are needed.

Too bad the restaurant is closed 3 days a week, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, especially when you come to eat there.

We had a very good stay at this hotel. We were welcomed by the staff, all very kind, smiling. The rooms are spacious and well soundproofed. Ultra complete breakfast. The charm of this establishment is total. We will be happy to stay there again.

Loud and way too hot

Good food, room OK, decent aircon. No kettle (please could provincial French hotels get 'with it' and provide these?) Great position with easy walking to the city. Staff was excellent, friendly, helpful. Breakfast standard fare but OK. We had 1st floor room, very steep and long staircase to access first floor. Very secure and free :-) parking - excellent. We would stay again.
