Very intimate and very chic, with a club feel and different atmospheres (large room upstairs), the Clos Jeannon is not short of rare furniture and post-war collectors' items! It is in this privileged atmosphere that you should prepare yourself for a great meal, and we can even speak of cuisine d'auteur, as Philippe BRUN, who worked for 10 years with Alain Ducasse in London, leaves nothing to chance. His choice of produce, cooking techniques, Read more flavour combinations: each of his dishes hits the mark, whether savoury - with the superb St Pierre with fennel - or sweet, with the carpaccio of strawberries with paprika and olive oil, which is more than convincing. The wine list is also well worth a mention, with no fewer than 180 wines offering superb value for money.
In a privileged atmosphere, Chef Philippe Brun, who has built his career and established his cuisine alongside great names such as Frédéric Anton, Alain Ducasse, Michel Guérard, Jean-Denis Rieubland, Pierre Gagnaire and as head chef of Anne-Sophie Pic's gastronomic restaurant, offers an instinctive cuisine that brings out the best in each product with accuracy, taste and sincerity.
His ambition with his dishes? To provoke emotion and awaken the senses.

A fantastic stay in every respect. Ideal parking, a warm welcome, top-notch French cuisine, a creative chef, a very nice room, all beautifully designed spaces, a perfectly maintained small park, and an ideal location, making Nancy easily accessible by public transport. Finally, the wonderful nearby botanical garden is worth mentioning. The Clos Jeannon is highly recommended! Many thanks to the entire team for everything!
Due to some inconvenience during our stay, we needed some assistance, and we received it. Incredibly helpful. I've never encountered such friendly and helpful people in a hotel. Hats off.

This was our second visit to this hotel and, just like our first visit, we were absolutely thrilled. The room decor, common area, etc., are extremely beautiful and tastefully decorated. Unfortunately, we didn't get a seat in the restaurant this time, but we were absolutely thrilled on our first visit. We will definitely visit the hotel again and can only warmly recommend it.
