Perfect, but it's a shame that a birthday party at the restaurant disturbed the tranquility of our early evening!

The food and service were very good. The room was average and cool. There was no heating in the bathroom. A hot drink in the room in the evening would have been appreciated.

Three very pleasant overnight stays. Comfortable bedding, excellent restaurant with a quality selection.

The level of service has been declining with each visit. The final straw here was that the rooms weren't cleaned for two nights, unless you paid for it! Until now, only the towel change had been an issue. The reason given was environmental concerns—apparently, making a bed isn't environmentally friendly! The hairdryer didn't work and smelled of heat, a fire hazard. There was only one extra pillow and one extra blanket. The air conditioning was very noisy, and there were no instructions on how to turn it off; I had to fumble around to figure it out. The parking garage door wasn't open at 9:00 AM!

A very convient location just off the autoroute. Well run, clean and with a very nice restaurant and perfect for a stop-over.

Not a generous breakfast. Hotel very noisy around 6 a.m., probably cleaning some rooms (feeling of furniture being pulled onto the floor).

Good location, clean, tidy, welcoming. Shame they never read my needs on the booking form (accessibility/wheelchair user), but staff worked well to ratify on arrival and changed rooms. Thankyou.

We were greeted with great professionalism and kindness. We had been here before and will be back with great pleasure.

Very friendly helpful and staff. Adequate clean room with no frills. Lacking attention to details overall. The shower room door would not shut. The bed was fine and we had a good nights sleep. However the mistaken fire alarm caused us to get dressed and get to the staircase only to be told it was a mistake. There is no lift to the third floor which was ok for me but a less agile oldy would have difficulty.

In itself fine hotel, but the price-quality ratio of the rooms is not completely in balance. Otherwise fine accommodation, good restaurant and very pleasant service.

Absolutely wonderful stay over en route to skiing - best place we have stayed at over the last 12 years. Very friendly staff, great welcome, super rooms and fab comfy beds. Ate in the restaurant which offered a good selection and very tasty.

As much as we were satisfied with the dinner, price, quality, service, we were disappointed by the breakfast. Little choice, non-existent cold meats, stale cheeses, limited pastries, tasteless thermos coffee, the price, €13.90/per person and clearly exaggerated. The bathroom, cramped, whose soap dispenser in the shower did not work, the shower head did not fit in its housing, so many details that we should not have to put up with.

We had booked this hotel because there was a restaurant. But when we arrived we were told that the restaurant was closed and that we had to check with the restaurants nearby. Except that all the restaurants nearby were closed too. I think we're taking the piss a bit, and it's dishonest not to specify this when booking. We regularly go to this region, but never to this hotel again. Count on me to give you the publicity you deserve. I don't think you'll publish my review, but I don't care. Unacceptable.

Came to the region for a wedding, the hotel is very functional and the staff is helpful and attentive. The room was clean and the bedding comfortable.

Very nice hotel, spotless rooms, comfortable beds, helpful and friendly staff, very rich buffet breakfast. The only flaw: there is no lift, we were with bike bags, lots of them, and we were on the third floor. Overall though, great stay.

We thought we were in the middle of the countryside from the photo but we found ourselves at the entrance to the highway surrounded by roads with heavy traffic, impossible to sleep because it was very poorly soundproofed, I thought I was in the center of Paris so that we were looking for calm. We had put aside comfort for the setting but we had neither because the room was very small, the bathroom/wc even smaller. Very soft and annoying mattress. Stained curtains, rough towels and probably there for a long time. Barely any shower gel is available unlike the photos which indicate products. And finally overpriced and unacceptable breakfast. Rusks and jams in individual portions from Carrefour, two tiny and overcooked pastries... no salty, I wouldn't call that a breakfast and even less so for 13 euros. I think that the positive reviews are false given reality and what we can read.

We greatly regretted having been woken up 4 times during the night by the hotel's fire alarm! The explanation given by the reception in the morning is that the alarm was triggered by people who smoked in their room, unscrupulous of the hotel's instructions and above all having no good manners and not caring about the comfort of others clients !
