Small, very functional hotel... clean... very well located. The staff is very welcoming.

The location and price were ideal.

Positive: welcome and staff location near the city center Lucky break: we managed to find a place on the street Simple but decent breakfast Negative: The hotel gave us the disabled room on the ground floor, although renovated, which has a major flaw besides the view of a wall: the floor of the large hospital-style bathroom has no slope to drain the shower water so after a quick shower I had to struggle for 15 minutes with the squeegee to avoid flooding the room and the suitcases (because there was nothing to put them on) The staff is well aware but did not warn us...apparently they have to redo the bathroom

Over three nights spent there was a problem with the room because it was not made up on Sunday

Shower room with toilet and a small sink, a nice shower but all located in a too cramped space. Room OK but very poor insulation from the noise of others next to and above. When people are not paying attention, the room doors close loudly. As for breakfast, it's okay; everything is done to avoid waste. Good for 1 night. Too bad because it's very well located in the city center for sightseeing. The nearby Café de la Paix restaurant is recommended.

Excellent location for a visit to Troyes

Very convenient hotel for location and parking (possibly also covered garage); we slept in an apartment, comfortable and equipped with all the services (fridge with freezer, microwave, induction hobs). Good breakfast, in the standard of the type of hotel. If you have to stay in Troyes for tourism or work it is highly recommended.

Room was clean but amenities were basic. Hotel wins on location and proximity to the city centre. On site parking a bonus. Breakfast was OK

Great place to stop on the way back from our motorbike trip, we’ve used this property several times as they have a garage for the bikes and it’s close to walk into the old town.

I went there via the Logis hotel website and despite my reminders, still no transfer to my loyalty kitty.

Very friendly welcome. Upon arrival we reported that we had a person with us who had difficulty walking. Jèrèmi, the receptionist, immediately changed our reservation to a room on the ground floor. Our thanks for this.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Troyes! There are paid parking spaces in the courtyard, so you don't have to search for a parking space in the center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a simple and functional hotel in the heart of Troyes, ideal for an overnight stay.

I was delighted to stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and friendly, provided detailed information and advice, and provided a quiet, convenient parking and a convenient location, just a 5-minute walk from the city center. I recommend this hotel.

I booked via Logis App, price for 1 night was 50 euros excl taxes. I received confirmation by email and in the Logis app for my booking confirming the rate of 50 euros. At the hotel the receptionist charged me 55 euros, when I asked why and showed her the confirmations I received saying 50 euros, she kept making up excuses and refused to return the 5 euros overcharge! After some 10 minutes I left the discussion. Extremely dusappointing and fraudulent behaviour

Small hotel in a very good location, close to the city center, which can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. The price is attractive, the room is small but newly renovated. It's very clean. The staff is welcoming. Private parking is paid but convenient. I recommend it.

The hotel is located near the center of Troyes and has its own parking spaces. De kamer is ruim en alles is schoon, de badkamer is aan de kleine kant maar goed.

The main advantage is the location when you want to visit Troyes. You can make do with the rest.

Hotel ideally located in the city center, the welcome is warm, good quality bedding, the only negative point is the insulation of the room... you can hear the noise in the corridor!

We liked your establishment because it is close to the city center, easy to get around on foot by leaving the car in the private closed parking lot in the courtyard. Correct room, a 2nd bedside table would be a little extra. The bathroom is small but functional, beautiful and large shower. The bathroom lacks heating. We will come back with pleasure

Decent hotel for 1 night. Small room, bedding needs to be reviewed, especially the pillows, it's as if we didn't have any pillows. Reception OK. Simple breakfast, quality needs to be reviewed on pastries and bread.

Perfect as well as the welcome

The plus: proximity to the city center and offering a garage. The minus: small bathroom, ventilation that you can hear all night.

Our first stay was in rooms 1&2. Nice warm rooms but one shower did not have any fixing to the wall. Our second was in apartment 7 which was freezing cold as the heating had been turned off and it was still not warm enough by we time we went to bed. Similarly there was no fixing for the shower. All easily fixable if you were interested to care, and with that attended to we would stay again. Nice staff in reception.

Surprised to find ourselves in a small studio and not in a hotel room. Average bedding. Good welcome and good breakfast.

Central and quiet hotel, with parking and facilities. Clean and accessible. The parking is a real plus. On the other hand, the arrival is not very easy: you have to go to the reception before being able to enter the car in the parking lot and the street is quite narrow. Room quite basic but it has what you need, noisy corridor and light at the door joints. The bed slid a little on the floor. Foam mattress a little sunken not very comfortable.

We were 3 adults, mum, dad and adult daughter. We chose the apartment which was ideal enabling drinks etc. It was clean and very quiet. If there is anything to highlight it would be sockets are not fixed securely to wall and could be an issue, the shower is hand held over a bath but would be better fixed, in our experience. Overall though it’s a great place to stay very near the centre of Troyes, with parking. We didn’t have breakfast but they looked generous and we’re priced reasonably. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Quiet hotel, ideally located on the edge of the traffic jam, historic district of Troyes. You can visit the center of Troyes on foot, everything is within reach of shoes! The plus, a closed parking lot with the possibility of a closed box also depending on availability. Spacious shower, it lacks 1 or 2 shelves to put the toilet bags, simply.

Superb welcome and very well located hotel but dilapidated rooms and stairwell. No accessibility for people with reduced mobility and above all, work on the two landings which was supposed to start at the end of the morning but which finally started at 8 a.m. No calm and therefore impossible to rest there.

I put aside the fact that the hotel is under construction. It doesn't affect my assessment. Quite nice welcome. But the rooms are dated, with bathrooms that are not up to par. No pressure in the shower, hot water which arrives after a good 5 minutes (not super eco-friendly) double bed but only 140. Electrical outlets hidden under the bed and poorly fixed. Breakfast at 9 euros really very expensive for 1 croissant, an orange juice and a coffee

Everything ok but limited

Only one small complaint concerns the bedding in bedroom 1 where you can feel the springs.....

let's start with the goods 400 m from the city center it's pleasant, the breakfast correct the least good the small room (15), the tiny bathroom with a huge shower system for such a small shower and darkness in the ferry, parking 107 allocated on arrival at the end of the parking lot, the car stuck against the bushes difficult to get out of there. Fortunately, Troyes is a splendid city to discover or rediscover.

We enjoyed our stay in Troyes. The hotel was very easy to find even though our sat nav took us to the one-way section of the road. We were very pleased that the hotel was so close to the historic centre of the city and we could manage all our sightseeing on foot. We were pleased with the parking arrangements, especially that we could leave the car a little longer on the morning of our departure. The room was good and the beds were comfortable; our only issue was the small bathroom which made it hard for us to manoeuvre around the sink.

A recommended hotel for a stay of several days in Troyes (the city is a must for those interested in art history because of the large number of stained glass windows in the churches) as well as for an overnight stay. There are sufficient, closed parking spaces at the hotel. The city center is within walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast buffet is good.

Very badly soundproofed. Next to the reception and the wooden staircase. The bedroom window overlooks a fairly high wall so no view except for the sky.
