Swimming pool still under construction…. Very good bedding. Very high price for this hotel where I usually stayed before continuing my journey
Stay at the end of June. We have been guests for 15 years, same period, for one week. The hotel had an air cooler in the rooms: we never suffered from the heat. The hotel is undergoing renovations: air conditioning is being installed but the top floor is not yet equipped, and the air cooler is off in the rooms: a furnace!!!! After 8 emails of complaints, the establishment relocated us to air-conditioned rooms for the end of the stay. Logis Hôtels customer service assured us that they had forwarded the complaint: "We have taken note of your feedback, we have noted this information, the regional manager has been informed of this situation so that the rooms are clearly indicated with or without air conditioning." A word of advice to travelers: IT IS IMPORTANT TO CHECK WHEN MAKING YOUR RESERVATIONS WHETHER THE ROOM HAS AIR CONDITIONING OR NOT! Apart from that, the people at reception are very kind, understanding and competent. The renovations are beautiful, the pool very pleasant!
A very good room, a breakfast too, a well-air-conditioned room
The ad says air conditioning. On the second floor there is no air conditioning in the rooms. A fan was waiting for me in my room. Only the ground floor and first floor have air conditioning. Given the heat, I would never have booked if I had known there was no air conditioning in my room. The ground floor and first floor were full. I had to ask for a pillowcase and a sheet, stains on the bedding

Having booked at the last minute, I only had the choice between 2 types of rooms: a regular room and the other which had a bunk bed at the head of the double bed. I did NOT want this room, yet it was assigned to me upon arrival, I found out later that only this one was left. It was difficult not to hit your head when going to bed. The space in the room is so cramped that they put a plastic stool (the only seat) and a pedestal fan on the bunk bed so that I could move around the room. There is a sink in the passage, and if you wash your hands, the 2nd person can no longer get into the shower. No hairdryer, no electric kettle. You can see that every last cent is saved on everything. For two nights, you are only allowed two half rolls of toilet paper! It is a hotel, but the cleaning is not done every day. The staff is lovely but overwhelmed.
