We booked this hotel for cost efficiency for a single overnight as part of a larger trip in France. We liked the location (near the river/canal), and wanted to stay somewhere more independent/characterful than an Ibis by the station. So we weren't expecting bells and whistles for the price, but nonetheless we were fairly disappointed.
The room we were in (3? Ground floor, in the corner) wasn't great – there was a window in the bathroom and a pair of doors from the bedroom into the central courtyard outside, but people sat out in the courtyard or walking through the carpark could see directly into both rooms. It was quite warm, but we couldn't ventilate much, because while we were changing or washing, we had to have windows, doors, and curtains shut.
During the night, there was a reasonably loud motor running for most of the night – possibly a generator adjacent to us in the building? It was quite disruptive.
At 5am, another guest who had been staying in the room above us (and possibly had an argument with someone, based on the noise from upstairs) came out into the courtyard, and stood at the check-in machine crying loudly for at least half an hour. I felt sorry for the woman, but it was also 5am, and she was being very loud, directly opposite our bathroom window (the only real-air ventilation point we had in our room, because we couldn't safely leave the doors to the bedroom open during the night, and the bedroom didn't have a window separate from the doors)
So I would say, the layout of this room is not good at all, and the hotel needs more staff on-site to help guests: if you have a lone woman crying at a machine that's not working for 30+ minutes at 5am, you're not really offering her or your other guests a service!
To get into the hotel at all, we had to open the car gate – but I had not been obviously given the car gate code in any of my check-in emails, and this was not made clear. We had to call to ask how to get into the hotel, and then only had a machine to check-in. I'd checked in online, but the machine still asked me questions again...
Great welcome, great location, quiet, in the city center near a tram station
Very well located hotel. Parking space (extra charge) is recommended. Clean rooms and decent layout. Very narrow bathroom.

Room that directly overlooked the courtyard tables NO PRIVACY!! Why weren't there at least white curtains that let the light in while protecting us from direct view into the room?! We wanted to play cards or read on the bed and everyone could see us. Scary. No soundproofing, I can hear people talking in the next room and upstairs as if they were in the room. And the worst thing is that there were definitely bedbugs because we were bitten everywhere during the night. Horror, we washed all our things at 60 degrees when we got back. Too bad because the bathroom is clean and the staff is very nice. Renovate the rooms!!!

Small hotel in a great location with outdoor terrace and parking. Very friendly, helpful, and available staff. Comfortable bedding, spotless room. I recommend it on all points.
