Very nice hotel, with very pleasant and smiling staff

Note: hotel entry is being reconstructed in May 2025.
Clean and serviceable hotel as part of a local theme park. But water flow in the shower was very weak. In the restaurant the choices were very limited, Because of only a few guests, breakfast choices were limited with many empty serving areas.

We spent 6 nights in room 38 in April 2025 on a half-board basis for a price of more than €150 per night. The housekeeper left the room open for us all day. When I went to see the manager, his response was "Well, sorry, but it can happen" (Burglars welcome). Bed sheets with holes. Out of the 5 evening meals we had on a half-board basis, twice we were given boiled beef with coarse salt and twice we were given "bouchonée à la reine". As for breakfast, I'll let you look at the state of the cheese. After complaining about the cheese to the kitchen manager, to prevent me from posting my review, he offered me a kouglof worth €8 from the bakery, which I refused and left on the counter when I left the hotel. As for the hotel, for me it's a guesthouse, 80% of families with children under 10, very noisy. The room, as soon as you start the kitchen you have the smell of the kitchen coming through the air conditioning, the TV for me is too small, the only positive point is a good mattress and a small fridge.

A wall light bulb not working, I notified reception who told me it would be done the next day, it didn't work when we returned the next evening. At breakfast a different person from the day before almost jumped on us asking for our room number, I don't think we would have come to lunch without being a customer!!! On Thursday evening, music and singing despite the TV being on, we thought it was coming from outside but after checking it was indeed in the hotel, the next day we got up early. This morning 45 minutes before our departure, a person in charge of cleaning came into the room without knocking on the door, luckily we weren't undressed or in the toilet!!! The carpet was stained, the French window creaked enormously every time it was opened. What's missing in these rooms is a small microwave. This room was offered to us because the usual hotel was undergoing renovations, we were informed that we were being upgraded but with all due respect to this hotel, I am sorry but the hotel I was supposed to stay in and which I am used to is better than the one I was offered. Thank you.

A very good overnight stay, spacious and well-equipped room, nice meal and welcoming staff.

Another hotel initially booked but it was under construction when we arrived, so we were accommodated in the hotel next door, upgraded so rather good news. While the hotel was not yet open, the manager welcomed us and showed us the room. I thank her, a smiling and pleasant welcome. The room was good and corresponded to our expectations but a small downside the teapot was dirty and the hair dryer did not work. But once reported, everything was put back in order.

Great hotel, a very warm welcome. Very professional and very pleasant staff. The family rooms are very spacious and very clean. The beds are very very comfortable and the pillows are TOP 👌. We ate at the hotel restaurant, a real treat from starter to dessert, value for money nothing to complain about. A very kind waitress very attentive to ensure that we lack nothing.

For salespeople and workers on the move, if you think you'll have a comforting meal (Alsatian), this is not the right place. For the only starter you have the choice between 5 slices of sausage with 3 pickles or 5 slices of sausage!!!!!!!!. For your main course it will be an overcooked escalope with a tasteless sauce (maybe there is a shortage of salt, pepper and other spices???,). Fortunately the breakfast was good and the room is ok.

Completely satisfied with this hotel

This hotel is quite ok but is not designed for a long stay of 7 nights. The breakfast is sufficiently copious but not at all varied. The dinner is good without claiming to be high class; the fact that there is a restaurant on site is a good solution when you don't feel like moving in the evening.

Beautiful hotel located in the immediate vicinity of the Parc des Cigognes, unfortunately closed during our stay. The hotel itself and the very typical restaurant are of good quality. Very good for a one-night stay, and close to many sites to visit.

Disappointing restaurant! half board price overpriced (80€/2 people) for a meal that wouldn't even be served during a stop of a cheap tourist coach! At breakfast, the coaches having left, I found myself in front of a ravaged buffet! I booked this hotel because it is listed as having a "gourmet restaurant". I won't be a sucker 2x.

The hotel has a large free car park which is convenient for finding a place to park. It is well located outside the city centre next to the Cigoland amusement park and easy to access. The hotel also has a restaurant. We slept well. No noise. The room is air-conditioned which is very good during a heatwave. The room is comfortable, and oh surprise I even discovered that there was a mini fridge available. Nothing to complain about... except that the elevator was broken because of a storm that had happened the day before and going up the 4 floors with our stuff is not a pleasure. I had already been there once and that time there was neither elevator nor television because lightning had struck in the wrong place. Maybe a lightning rod should be installed to avoid that. Apart from that everything was perfect. The elevator breakdown allowed us to do a bit of sport. You always have to look at the positive side of things. This is my philosophy of life. We will surely come back on occasion... to test the elevator. Ah ah ah 😄

Great hotel. Very easy to find. Very clean, big room. Very well presented. Breakfast was okay, bar stayed opened late and really nice outside area to sit and relax outside with a drink. Spacious and affordable. Only downside, if we have to be picky, was the water pressure on the shower, other than that it was a great one night stay as we passed through France.

És una construcció poc reformada i està ben aïllada per fora i no sents sorolls de la carretera però si se senten molt els hostes del pis de d'alt. La dutxa perfecte. Tenen nevera a l'habitació. El restaurant molt bo preu qualitat. Si arribes més tard de les 9h ja no hi ha res calent a l'esmorzar.

A quality of the whole which deserves an additional star compared to many others which deserve one less. well done we spent a very pleasant evening and dishes of nice personal quality with a few storks which were placed on the roof as a bonus . Thanks again.

We were very satisfied during a stay at this hotel last year. Returning to the region this year, we automatically chose this hotel again. We wanted to add an extra night late, the staff did everything possible to accommodate us. Really very nice.

Actually everything was perfect, from the reception to the rooms to dinner and breakfast. It was a bit loud and noisy in the evening after 10pm, but after midnight it was quiet.

The hotel and staff are excellent. The only problem is that street and trafficnoise is quite a nuisance and keeps the guest out of his sleep

Nous avons séjourné un samedi soir et malheureusement nous n'avons pas du tout pu nous reposer comme nous l'aurions aimé. Notre chambre était au dessus de la cuisine et il y avait un mariage dans une salle au dessus de notre fenêtre. Nous avons entendu les bruits de vaisselle comme si nous étions au milieu de la cuisine et jusqu'à 1h du matin... de plus il faisait très chaud et si nous ouvrions la fenêtre, la musique de la soirée était beaucoup trop forte.

De plus, l'alarme incendie s'est enclenchée vers 21h30 et nous étions déjà au lit à ce moment.

En résumé, nous n'avons presque pas dormi malgré notre grosse fatigue.

Je ne reviendrai pas et ne recommanderais pas cet endroit.

Easily accessible from the highway. Excellent base for the route du vin and all kinds of beautiful places in Alsace. Room was well furnished, good beds, clean. We had a delicious meal in the restaurant, which was busy with locals every evening. We would love to go here again. .

We had an excellent stay in this hotel with its undeniable Alsatian charm! We were 3 adults and stayed for two nights in room No. 10 which was spacious, impeccably clean and had excellent bedding. Whatever the time, the staff was professional, charming and available: A real pleasure! We did not try the restaurant but had the breakfasts which were plentiful, fresh and varied. The hotel, which offers ample free parking, is easy to access and is ideally located close to Strasbourg, Colmar, Obernai, which was perfect for taking advantage of the various Christmas markets. Hotel to recommend without hesitation and to which we will happily return.

The hotel benefits from a convenient location between Selestat and Kintzheim, with a very large car park allowing quick access with a young child! The junior suite is very spacious and practical for children's games... The restaurant offers a typically Alsatian menu, hearty dishes and quick service, and a wide choice of seats.

We stayed in this hotel, my partner and I, my daughter and her boyfriend, in two different rooms. The rooms were very warm and clean. We also had dinner and breakfast. All very good. I highly recommend it.

Overall good, quick service at dinner. In my room the bathroom seems to have been recently redone, but the cup is still in a separate room, and the design of the shower is not ideal for washing your butt. having no bidet; but at least (to the advantage of whoever would occupy the room for two) these two rooms are in turn in a room separate from that of the bed. Neither in the bedroom nor in the one intended for the bathroom there are no hooks or coat racks, and not too many hangers in the wardrobe: I no longer knew where to hang the clothes so that they take in air before storing them in the suitcase. On the date of my stay the breakfast was without rusks, toaster, or half bread either.

Excellent hotel where we spent 4 days with 3 of our grandchildren aged 11 to 13. The rooms are spacious, with a very practical table and desk for reading, playing or working. The bedding is excellent. Bathroom and toilets are spotless. The restaurant is huge, the dishes are copious, and the service is attentive. Prices are reasonable. I recommend after a good day of walking (reservations are recommended!). The breakfast (continental) is sufficient and unlimited with dairy products, eggs, fruit, cold meats and cheese, cereals, bread (fresh baguette!), very good Alsatian jams and pastries. The Cigoland amusement park is adjacent to the hotel and is worth a visit if you have young children. The hotel is very well located for exploring the surrounding area: visit Strasbourg (45 mins) Haut-Koenigsbourg (20 mins) without forgetting the animal parks: La Volerie des Aigles and La montagne des Singes 15 mins away, or Europa Park 15 mins away. less than 45 minutes. A very nice stay in Alsace in a very comfortable and welcoming hotel.

So a good room with good bedding, however mold on the shower joints (I think that by rubbing a little it goes away so that the whole thing is really great) Then I eat nothing very angry, an industrial kitchen like we see them in the canteens, a little disappointing when it comes to the price of the meal..... Then the breakfast at 12€ with only a piece of bread.....blah blah at the formula1 6€ and the buffet is loaded then yes industrial but for a 2star it's a bit scary......

Upon arrival at 7:00 PM the key was on the counter. Many guests in reception and adjacent restaurant. The room on the 4th floor under a sloping roof was stuffy and smelly. Another room was only available at nearby Cigoland Hotel, which is three stars and only a fraction more expensive. A relief: good receptionist, spacious room with bathroom, separate toilet and balcony, quiet, excellent (and quiet) breakfast. Unfortunately no Logis Hotel.

Spacious room and very comfortable bed. The parking lot is large enough to easily find a space. There is just one thing that displeased me: the elevator is turned off in the evening by the hotel management and I don't understand why. When you arrive late at night and have to climb all these stairs with your luggage, it's complicated and it would be better to be able to use this elevator that exists.

We gebruikten dit hotel als tussenstop naar Italië. Was heel netjes, grote kamers en badkamer, goede bedden. Kortom, alles wat we nodig hadden! De directe omgeving is niet heel charmant, maar als je een beetje verder rijdt ben je in Colmar centrum.

Railing under construction, holes in the sheets, bedroom door that is crumbling, webs of dust in the toilets, disparate hangers… details that look cheap. In addition, we were promised private parking for the hotel with a guaranteed place without reservation and this is far from being the case. Everything was taken by the customers of the park, the places are not at all reserved for the customers of the hotel, then pk advance this argument if it is false? On the other hand, the meal was excellent and the breakfast a pleasant surprise. I understand that the hotel is under construction, I think these details will be corrected. Just review parking by actually privatizing for the hotel.

Very good stay in this typical Alsatian hotel restaurant. Room comfort very good Breakfast, not a lot of choice, but quality products. Restaurant, few choices and relatively expensive dishes, but it's good. We were given a WiFi code, it never worked!!!! Lack of information at reception on things to do and discover.

When we arrived at 6 p.m., out of 4 rooms reserved, surprise when the doors opened: 2 had not been made, after complaining to reception, a quarter of an hour later 2 women arrived to prepare the rooms quickly they told us!!!! And that: "It was nothing and that in life it's like that" To wait we went to sit on the terrace and only pasta 10 minutes and 2 or 3 passage near us, I had to call the server to ask him if it was him I had to talk to to consume, he said yes and did not come back to us later, to tell us first of all that we had to change tables . At that moment the tone rose and the server refused to serve us…!!! I went to see one of the bosses (rather friendly) who apologized and took our order and served us, he then came back to us to tell us about the drinks we were offered to compensate for the wait for the rooms ….
