Séjour de 2 jours. A l arrivée longue attente de 15 min car la patronne fait l accueil et la cuisine et à d autres priorités. Ce qui as été valable l as aussi été avec les autres clients qui sont arrivé en ma présence....
Chambre propre et sdb aussi. Matelas très dur dommage...
La patronne est 1 peu froide mais bon...
Par contre la restauration est à fuir.
Repas unique. On nous as même pas dit le menu.
Plat ridicule. Du coup on y est restez mangé qu 1 soir.
Le petit dej est très limité en quantité et le 2 ème matin j ai même eu droit à des réflexions car petit dej non prêt car pour moi les 2 matins le dej était identique au niveau commande mais pour elle non. Elle ne l avait pas marquez sur son ardoise...
Ayant l habitude de réservez souvent en logis celui la n as plus sa place.... Pour moi en tout cas je n y retournerais plus jamais.

Hôtel très décevant, accueil pas terribles quelques sourires part ci par là, restaurant on nous dit que c'est est fermé et que c'est ouvert sur réservation uniquement au entreprise et demi pension on demande de passer en demi pension on nous dit impossible. La chambre pas de climatisation très chaud à l intérieur de nuit comme de jour malgré les ventilateurs, toile d araignée sur ventilateur et poussière sur celui du plafond qui tombe qu en on le met en marche. La salle de bain pour y accéder une marche qui est dangereux, un lino glissent avec l humidité, et fond de bain glissent obligé de mettre une serviette au fond, pas de Vmc donc humidité de la sdb dans la chambre pas terribles avec la chaleur déjà présente. Literie inconfortable. Petit déjeuner décevant pas de buffet à volonté, un petit chocolat ou café tout juste bon, 1 croissant chacun, un morceau de baguette coupé, en 3, 3 micro pot de confiture 3 goût différents si on a les mêmes goûts c est un problème car impossible de partager et impossible d avoir 2 micro pot pareil et un tout petit miel pour 2, 2petit jus de fruits, nous avons demande 1 assiette de fromage de brebis et 1 de jambon du pays,en plus avons 3 micro tranche de chaque dans l assiette, on plus l impression d'avoir fait une dégustation qu un petit déjeuner. Sa vaut pas le prix payé, franchement si tout les logis sont comme cela, on continuera chez la concurrence. Ces 2 jours au clos gourmand c'est terminé fatiguée avec mal de dos du à la literie et très déçu, le reste des vacances ce finirons ailleurs que chez logis, ne voulant pas être plus déçu. Et pour le même prix on trouve nettement mieux chez la concurrence.

Excellent accueil dans ce petit hôtel familial soigné. Chambre agréable avec vue sur les Pyrénées, à la propreté impeccable. Bon petit déjeuner servi très amicalement. Idéalement situé à deux pas de Pau (10mn en voiture) et sur la route des stations.
