Good stay near Metz
Breakfast price a bit high.
The rooms need a serious facelift
Hotel with a lot of potential but the rooms need to be completely renovated, the parquet flooring is worn and black, the bathrooms date from the 70s, it's clean but we expected better! strong musty smell in the room, during an evening stopover, only one single menu, which was good but no choice in the dishes... shame. The staff is pleasant.

i had read reviews about this hotel , only one issue which isn't really an issue but could do with a shower curtain over the bath , safe parking for the motorbike , all the staff friendly , would definitely stay here again

Very friendly people, no problem with our dogs. We had a very nice evening meal, served by a young apprentice, who knew his job well. Excellent spread was laid out for breakfast. We will use this hotel again.

TOP STAFF Both in the restaurant and at reception. Food OK, plentiful and very good for the price. However, in terms of the rooms, the hotel is very old, don't expect modern decor! The bedding is comfortable. Big negative point, the radiators were off when I arrived in the room. It was very cold and the bed sheets were raw, very difficult to warm up for a large part of the night. Afterwards, I can understand that we are in a period of ecology in all areas, but having to push the radiators to full ALL NIGHT to reach a suitable temperature, is there really a real saving?

Very good experience. Friendly welcome. The rooms are a bit vintage but the cleanliness is impeccable. Quiet room with a view of the fields. The motel system allows great independence. Correct heating. The soundproofing is a bit weak, you have to rely on the good manners of the neighbors or provide earplugs. The breakfast is complete, a wide variety of products are offered both savory and sweet and the lady who takes care of it is very helpful. Very good experience at the restaurant also with a good meal in a calm and pleasant atmosphere.

The restaurant and breakfast area are very good. The rooms are large but it gets worse afterwards: I was woken up in the night by drops of water falling from the wall (it was raining outside). I had to move the bed to escape it, and it was difficult to get back to sleep with the regular plop of the drops. The bathroom is ok although old but the room seemed dilapidated and not really clean (dirty windows and insects and dust under the bed). An experience not to be repeated, it's a shame there is potential.

Clean and quiet room, although with somewhat worn furniture, in a very quiet hotel on the outskirts of the city of Metz. The restaurant menu is a bit limited, but we were pleased with the quality and quantity of the dishes we had for dinner. The hotel did not offer breakfast on the day of our departure, but the staff was kind enough to leave us a minimal breakfast in the room so that we did not have to leave on an empty stomach. We were satisfied and will keep this in mind for the next time.

Dedicated and friendly staff, have a good restaurant. But the hotel part is very disappointing. Noise because poorly soundproofed, very dilapidated with a bathroom in very poor condition and nauseating odors due to a lack of VMC. Too bad.

A beautiful place that deserves an upgrade in terms of both the accommodation and the exteriors. Outdoor terrace to be modernized, accommodation is correct but in its original state. The meal tray on Monday evening is not very elaborate. Very good welcome.

A room from another time, the toilet and the bathtub marked by limestone they are so old. The walls are all cracked, the windows with completely old glazing and traces integrated into the double glazing, the window of room 18 does not close, the entrance door only makes noise once closed because there is play. Anyway, first and last time.
Simple hotel, showing its age but clean. We visited the hotel as a stopover on our bike tour. The room was cheap and the bikes could be safely stored. The restaurant was a delight! Very friendly staff (family run). We will definitely eat there again and stay overnight if necessary.

Impeccable welcome, the staff are attentive and incredibly kind! Despite the somewhat outdated rooms, we had a very good night's stay there. The restaurant is top notch! We ate very well there!
The staff is very friendly and the cuisine is a real treat. A beer lover, I am delighted to taste the local craft beer, particularly the white one, which is closer to a delicate blonde with citrus flavors. A big fan of ornithology, I am delighted to come there for the arrival of the swallows, their installation and their departure. It remains a fascinating experience and so rare these days. Thank you again for welcoming them.

The staff were very welcoming throughout our stay. Could not fault that. The room was very basic and poorly decorated. The heating had not been turned on.The bed was however comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom was very dated needs a complete refurbishment. The public rooms were nicely decorated and the food in the restaurant was good. Great potential but needs investment.

We chose this hotel knowingly since other internet users had mentioned that the equipment was a bit dated. However, everything was still functional and clean. It lacked bedside tables or a shelf to put your glasses on before going to sleep! The bathroom also lacked a small trolley to put your toiletry bags. We really liked these buildings that form separate islands. Our room was the furthest from the road and therefore very quiet. The welcome was friendly.
