Relaxed atmosphere
Stopped at this hotel on our way... A very nice surprise, this old school tastefully converted while keeping the old school spirit.
An old school tastefully and carefully converted into a hotel/restaurant. The dining room is quite incredible. A very pleasant and friendly little structure (4 rooms). The meals are homemade with local products. The hotel owners are kind and attentive. It ticks a lot of boxes of what we expect from a place to stay (comfort, quality food, simple and efficient welcome far from the large hotel structures, value for money). We stayed 2 nights. Thank you for allowing us to put the motorcycle in the garage at night. We recommend this place.

Warm welcome. Simple establishment, established in the old village school. Many small decorative elements are nods to this first function. Beautiful renovated room but no air conditioning 😔 Very clean bathroom. Excellent food with local products. Very good value for money.
This is a real discovery and a very nice surprise. A small hotel with simple, comfortable, and very clean rooms. The products in both the restaurant and breakfast are fresh and local. I recommend it.
A charming stopover in a heavenly location
Staying for one night on the way back from vacation, we were looking for a quiet and charming place and we found this stop. We were not disappointed with our choice, the quality of the room being simple and functional, and what can we say about the view from it. We liked the tranquility and charm of this inn with its old-school reminders. As for the food, a treat, very tasty cuisine with good products highlighted by the chef and pleasant service. A beautiful discovery in a secluded place that is worth the detour. An experience to repeat as soon as possible. Thank you for your welcome and your professionalism, keep it up. C and Y.

The hotel is a converted schoolhouse, tastefully refurbished as a traditional Logis hotel. The food in the restaurant is excellent and the service is friendly and well up tp expected standards,
I regularly stay in Logis de France professionally. So this one is really my favorite... Staying in an old school... Honestly, don't hesitate and stop for a night... or two...?!

Setting, welcome, cleanliness, restaurant: don't change a thing! The hotel lodgings as we like them.
I had booked this hostel based on the already very positive reviews. The reality is much higher than the reviews posted. Everything was PERFECT: welcome, cleanliness of the place. Do not hesitate to choose this place, the restaurant table is also excellent. The menus are prepared with local products. This hostel is worth the detour.

Cleaning is not frequent: cobwebs in the restaurant!
Cleaning is daily but a web vacuumed in the morning and redone in the evening if the spider is not destroyed. As we refuse the use of insecticide (which is more radical but much more toxic) some may escape us, especially at this season. Sorry for this inconvenience, we will be even more vigilant.

Charming hotel, which inspires, impeccable cleanliness, with a great interior, a friendly bar-restaurant, a pretty room, an impeccable exterior with a large terrace which makes you want to relax and enjoy. The welcome was pretty decent, apart from feeling a little accused on arrival for not having told us whether we were having dinner or not. However, we did not want to take it and no request was mentioned from the hotel when booking on this subject. The sound insulation of the establishment is a major problem, a staircase that creaks at will, we heard our roommates talking... it is requested to avoid taking the shower at night... yes, I rent a hotel room at this price (115 euros all the same for 3 people in the same room), I should be able to take my shower at any time I want. Also, 9 euros for breakfast... it's far too expensive for the limited choice offered and the quantity served.
Madam, you reserved on request, the Nid d'Aigle family room (two communicating rooms and not just one) for two people, which we accepted. When you arrived, you presented us with the fait accompli that there would be not two but five people in the room. So I told you that you had booked for two people at 95 euros instead of 125 euros for five people and we responded favorably to your request. You also told us that you would not have meals because you were invited to a friend's party and that you were going to come home late at night. I simply asked you to be discreet when you return to the room as the floor can seem noisy in the middle of the night around 3am when you returned. I should point out that at 3 a.m., it is the other rooms that may complain about the noise, it also goes without saying that we do not take a shower at this very late hour. If you heard the other customers talking, it was between 7 and 8 a.m. that day, since they had asked me to prepare breakfast around 8, 8:30. You probably wanted to sleep longer and I'm sorry. As for breakfast, 9 euros remains a reasonable price given the quality of the products and the quantity, since everything can be added except the pastries. During your breakfast for two people, I served you everything you asked for.
At the time of payment, you warned me that there were three people in the room and not five, but that you had changed beds during the night and that, therefore, all the beds had been used. The price being fixed according to the number of beds used, I should have charged you 125 euros for this room, instead I charged you 115 euros. When I asked you if everything had gone well, nothing seemed to bother you, quite the contrary.
Finally, it is undeniable that our establishment is not suitable for the use you wish to make of it!
A very pleasant stay in a peaceful and warm environment. A high quality meal prepared with great care. In summary, excellent value for money, we will come back.
