Excellent location spoilt for us by poor weather. The room décor is very interesting and made a nice change from the normal corporate bland. Unfortunately the wifi did not work in our room which was unfortunate but not the end of the world. The evening meal was simple but very good, the service was excellent with friendly attentive staff. The quality of the welcome and staff was superb.

What can I say... It's always a pleasure to stay at the Auberge du Launay. A golden team, a pleasant, quiet place, you will be welcomed in a simple and very friendly atmosphere (everything we love). You can taste very good little dishes, concocted with local products, just a treat!!!! Thanks again to Franck and his team!

Decent room; clean and good bedding. The decor is however heavy and excessive. The TV doesn't work and neither does a bedside lamp. Strong heat during the night: the fan is not enough. The evening meal for a 3-star hotel is very disappointing: the service staff, who clearly lack professionalism, announces a menu at 24 euros: no starter however! The main course is to choose between 3 possibilities: I had salmon, accompanied by a single endive and some carrots; my companion chose the chicken... accompanied by spaghetti! No care in presentation: it feels like a canteen... and in the middle of August we expect seasonal vegetables; That said, it was quite good. Nothing to complain about the breakfast, plentiful and varied. In short, I think I will stop going to Logis hotels: except in rural areas, your hotels are increasingly mediocre.

Great discovery! We would have happily stayed another night, but the establishment is a victim of its own success. The welcome, the rooms, the garden, the terrace, and the varied breakfast with fresh, quality products make this place a must-visit.

Excellent welcome. We were lucky enough to stumble upon the brazier evening, which was a very good evening. A full breakfast. A discreet and very quiet location. The room's decor is very original, allowing you to travel a bit.

Very well located hotel for visiting the Loire Valley castles, close to Amboise among others. We really appreciated that the room was equipped with a kitchenette. We really liked Frank's welcome and his availability throughout our stay.

Hello, despite the friendliness of the boss and his humor and an excellent breakfast, I spent two very bad nights (the goal of the hotel is a good rest) and there are the negative points, lack of air conditioning or at least a fan and being able to open the window to breathe, impossible to open with the mosquitoes (remaide put a simple anti-mosquito canvas or a mosquito net), for an establishment rated COSY but not cocooning in your book, what are your 3 *** worth? ok for tourism in the region but not for this hotel and I repeat myself I have nothing against this nice boss. For the catering side the menu (the offer between guinea fowl and entrecôte is very limited despite the very good quality of the meat. PS I am retired from teaching in hospitality. thank you very much)

Cyclist stopover in a charming garden. Bike shelters. Rooms overlooking the quiet garden despite proximity to the road. Tables and chairs in front of the rooms to relax. Fortunately the night was cool - a fan could be a plus. Original decoration. Very good buffet breakfast with local and/or homemade products.

Very friendly owners, lovely place, the garden is a paradise! Food is good, especially on Friday, when we had a delicious grilled steak from the bbq. When ever we go that direction in France again, we will visit this auberge again. And we will recommend it to our friends

Wonderful auberge with a beautiful garden that invites you to linger. The boss is also a great cook and sommelier. We always enjoy coming back and are looking forward to seeing Marie, the good soul, again.

The rooms are well soundproofed. You can't hear anything from the street directly in front of the hotel at night. The complex is very well maintained and attractive with a very beautiful garden. The menus are of good quality. The only criticism is the very weak internet, which completely stopped working a few times in our room. The hotel is a very good starting point for many of the most beautiful castles and gardens on the Loire. Chambord, Chenenceau, Amboise and Blois are within a radius of around 20 km.
