Lovely hotel set in a beautiful village. Smart clean accommodation with very freindly staff. We ate outside very good food in stunning setting. Very high on our returns list.
Idyllic and very quiet. Warm welcome even though we had a dog with us for our night at the house (dogs are allowed in the restaurant), pleasant swimming pool, very clean and comfortable room (fan and hairdryer). Restaurant on terrace with a view of the surrounding countryside and a beautiful sunset, an unforgettable memory. Large selection of local products from the village and surrounding areas for dinner and breakfast. Staff very attentive to everyone's needs. To recommend.

We arrived at the hotel after a long journey and received a very warm welcome. The room with loft was very pleasant and nicely decorated. We also enjoyed dinner (regional cuisine) that we enjoyed outside on the terrace. There we looked out on the beautiful landscape / vista including fields with blooming sunflowers. The kitchen also took our gluten-free wishes perfectly into account. It is a small, authentic and cozy hotel. Nothing but praise! We would love to come back here again!

Traveled 3 weeks to Bruges, Paris, the Loire, Pornic and Madrid with our teenage granddaughters; this was the consensus star of the gran tour. The setting was beautiful, the pool and veranda were lovely, the rooms and decor were uniquely modern/traditional, the owners were amazingly gracious and kind, and the multi-course dinner enjoyed in the garden area overlooking the Manse valley was unexpectedly Devine. The perfect retreat when touring the Loire chateaux; we’re telling all our friends in America, France and the UK. (But please, folks: don’t overload the place, it’s only four rooms.)

Following our stay last May, we returned in September for family reasons. We can only confirm our very positive opinion of this establishment. We had the feeling that the kitchen is even more careful, especially in terms of the accuracy of the cooking.

Hello, we found that the welcome was not at all warm. The owner was not very friendly. She insisted that we come to eat well before 8 p.m., she made the same request to another couple who was with us by the pool. She supposedly had a lot of reservations for 8 p.m. We noticed that was not the case. As for the meal, the starter was very salty (salmon carpaccio). For my dish there was hardly any sauce and the seasoning for the vegetarian dish for my wife was next to none. Sea bream for my son was good. The dessert was very good. The rooms are fine, but it overlooks a small road and at five o'clock in the morning we are woken up by the tractor. Decent breakfast. THANKS.
A very nice surprise this hotel, beautifully situated with a formidable view
Nearly everything with regard to this Logis is very good except the number of flies in the bedroom & bathroom. Even though the windows were closed when we arrived the flies were noticeable. Because it was very hot and the view from the bedroom window/doors was exceptional we had to have them open which no doubt made the situation worse. I know it must be very difficult to control the damned things but it would probably prevent us from returning.
Can't recommend this hotel enough! We had a fantastic welcome from Mark & Severine and the accommodation was delightful. So clean and discretely maintained each day. We had delicious breakfasts and our evening meals (using local ingredients) were superb and eaten outside overlooking fields of corn and sunflowers. The pool was very welcome after travelling down and there is plenty to do in the local area. You do need a car as it is very rural but there are lots of easy walks in the area and the village is beautiful. Can't wait to return!
The location of the hotel also determines the price. The rooms are neat and big, but the food is really not a culinary masterpiece and so the price is not related.

Very nice place, quiet and out of time. Nice and clean room. efficient Wi-Fi. The pool is a nice plus. Small flat for the card which is very limited and not always very local.

For a one night stay, on a Sunday evening after reservation. Excellent welcome by a considerate person who knows the region well. Large bedroom with a pleasant view of the valley on the bed side and on the entrance side of a garden with swimming pool (not usable at certain times of the year) dominated by the ruins of a fortified castle. Large bed and good bedding. Sufficiently large bathroom.
