A very warm welcome at this beautifully situated hotel. Accommodation excellent and our supper was delicious- a well constructed menu & locally sourced where possible .We all agreed that we would love to return and would recommend it without hesitation.
If you like a rural environment and honest cuisine, you will find it here. The hotel is located at the foot of a castle ruin. A stone staircase leads to the room and there is also the swimming pool. So not suitable for those who have difficulty climbing stairs.

Great place to stop off in the charming village of Crissay sur Manse, quiet, close to nature. Super breakfast with homemade products, a treat, just like the excellent dinner at the inn, 100% homemade with local products, we love it and recommend it!
Wat een verrassing. Omdat we pech hadden met onze kampeerbus, moesten we ergens anders overnachten. Via booking.com zijn we bij deze auberge terecht gekomen.

Lovely hotel set in a beautiful village. Smart clean accommodation with very freindly staff. We ate outside very good food in stunning setting. Very high on our returns list.
Idyllic and very quiet. Warm welcome even though we had a dog with us for our night at the house (dogs are allowed in the restaurant), pleasant swimming pool, very clean and comfortable room (fan and hairdryer). Restaurant on terrace with a view of the surrounding countryside and a beautiful sunset, an unforgettable memory. Large selection of local products from the village and surrounding areas for dinner and breakfast. Staff very attentive to everyone's needs. To recommend.

We arrived at the hotel after a long journey and received a very warm welcome. The room with loft was very pleasant and nicely decorated. We also enjoyed dinner (regional cuisine) that we enjoyed outside on the terrace. There we looked out on the beautiful landscape / vista including fields with blooming sunflowers. The kitchen also took our gluten-free wishes perfectly into account. It is a small, authentic and cozy hotel. Nothing but praise! We would love to come back here again!

Traveled 3 weeks to Bruges, Paris, the Loire, Pornic and Madrid with our teenage granddaughters; this was the consensus star of the gran tour. The setting was beautiful, the pool and veranda were lovely, the rooms and decor were uniquely modern/traditional, the owners were amazingly gracious and kind, and the multi-course dinner enjoyed in the garden area overlooking the Manse valley was unexpectedly Devine. The perfect retreat when touring the Loire chateaux; we’re telling all our friends in America, France and the UK. (But please, folks: don’t overload the place, it’s only four rooms.)
