Excellent night, very pleasant welcome, the couple who run the place are very professional and lovely, the meal was delicious, well done to the cook! The room is a real cocoon, the hotel is extremely quiet, there is a private closed car park, after a long day of work on the road, it was a pleasure to be able to recharge my batteries here, I will come back with great pleasure as soon as I am in the area!!

A great hotel, the staff are great even with the little ones, quiet location, spacious room (nothing to complain about) and an excellent meal, we were a little scared at first when we saw the prices but in the end we were really not disappointed with the very good product and well prepared. The only negative point is the wifi because it is present but we had zero internet connections. A hotel that I could do again later

93 euros pour la chambre 7 qui n'a pas de fenêtre, mais un puit de lumière. Les autres chambres ont l'air toutes très bien.
Nous avons néanmoins passé une bonne soirée grâce à la piscine très agréable, au billard et au jardin magnifique. Les vélos ont pu également être mis en sécurité dans un petit chalet.

A very comfortable and friendly hotel, the suites are exceptional.
It is a very beautiful place, the garden and the swimming pool add to its charm. The rooms are spacious and bright. We sleep very well there and the closed parking lot secures the cars.

The beds were too soft
I selected this Hotel via the TESLA application, because the presence of charging stations gave me the possibility of recharging the car battery overnight for 10€. Reading the reviews, the comments, both those concerning the Hotel and those on the catering, the price of the services, have finally convinced me. I spend around 150 nights/year in hotels, and this Auberge de la Bienvenue, is in the top three regarding its value for money.

Lovely hotel, very good staff, welcoming & friendly. Food & wine excellent. Nothing too much trouble for Mme Roche. The room was lovely & had air conditioning which was a Godsend! The only down side was that the restaurant was closed Sunday & Monday, really disappointing when you want to taste the local food & wine but have to drive to another establishment. The pool wasn't heated but that didn't matter as the weather was scorching hot so it was nice to cool off. Didnt use the hot tub, it didn't look too inviting & smelled a bit, we have a hot tub at home so know how important it is to keep it clean with the right ph levels, so that needs improvement I think. Would definitely stay again but during the week so we can take full advantage of the food!

Hotel very well placed for walking to the zoo. The manager of the establishment welcomes you with great kindness and listens to her customers. The staff are very helpful too. The manager's husband is the chef who prepares delicious and colorful dishes for you. We congratulate him for his work and the quality of his dishes. We really enjoyed our stay.

An excellent hotel for a stopover or to visit the surroundings. It is a very well kept establishment, impeccably clean, moreover the restaurant offers a well-controlled and pleasant seasonal cuisine allowing you not to leave the hotel. The reception of our dog was perfect. The only downside was the hot tub in the spa area was not functional. Congratulations to all the teams, keep it up.

Very warm welcome and very pleasant surroundings. Access facility. Private parking on site. Perfect service in the hotel as well as in the restaurant. If I had to say anything negative, just one detail, the squeaky shower screen. But that won't stop us from coming back as soon as we get the chance.

We had a very nice Stay. As a frequent traveller, I would summarise:
Lovely Staff; pleasant peaceful gardens, secure car park, indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi and a wonderful restaurant. However, the room, even though comfortable and nice, lacked the little things that make the difference between nice and great. The difference between 3 and 4 star. I had to ask reception for the wifi codes, none in the room either to save the bother and hassle of making a special request which. should have been given at checkin with the key. As there is no lift, an offer of help with baggage up the stairs would be very useful. A fridge in the room with a couple of complimentary bottles of water would also be a nice finishing touch. My only real complaint that the pillow in the wardrobe was brown stained underneath the pillowcase. Just a few tweaks would would enable the hotel to match the excellent food in the restaurant, which was served with professionalism, looked amazing and tasted just as good as it looked. Believe me it is not as common as you would expect nowadays for everything to be consistently good, compared to possibly 20-30 years ago. Excellent wine list as well. Thank you for a delicious last night of our holiday.

We returned to the Bienvenue hotel to be very very satisfied again. Good welcome, good quality of meals and wines, good competence and beautiful restaurant room. To recommend without hesitation.
