A chaque fois que nous participons au Festival du Nombril à Pougne-Hérisson, nous séjournons pour une nuit dans cet hôtel. Il correspond parfaitement a ce que nous attendons. Très bon accueil, même tardif. Bonne literie. Bon petit déjeuner.

1/ La climatisation était hors fonction surtout pendant la période de forte chaleur et de surcroit, le personnel à l'accueil vous
annonce que les problèmes sont existants depuis 3 ans. La modification du site internet concernant le retrait de
l'équipement aurai dû être faite depuis longtemps ( Peut-être un oubli?)
2/ Notre chambre se trouvait au 5e étages impossible de prendre une douche le matin car pas d'eau ! ( L'accueil nous a
informés que cela arrive souvent ).
3/ Pas de geste commerciale car le personnel n'en a pas le pouvoir !

Lovely welcome and staff couldn’t have been more helpful with our bikes which were locked up securely. Lovely breakfast with great bread and pastries. Good choice. The rooms are dated but clean and we had fabulous view of the church.
