Professional, lovely, and efficient. Well done!
Occasionally one finds a hotel which has just got it right - this is such a hotel. From reception to checkout everything was flawless. I cannot comment about the food as we ate out but the room was air conditioned access was easy with a lift and ramp which avoided stairs. Bathroom with a generously sized walk in shower was impeccably clean, separate WC was nice too. The bed was comfortable wit extra pillows and blanket provided. Tea/coffee facilities and I noted an electric radiator for colder seasons. Would definitely stay here again and remember to book parking though on street parking is free from 6pm to 9am and 2 hours at other times about 2 euros.
Only issue is that it is in a tiny side street and I found it difficult to find but googl maps has it better than cat GPS
A charming hotel for an overnight stay. A warm welcome, a clean, very pleasant, and quiet room—I slept very well. It felt like staying in a small holiday home! It's a far cry from the admittedly more modern rooms of all those chain hotels, which are dreary, identical, and soulless. The set menu included in the overnight package (the crêperie next door in my case) was very good, and the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality products. It's refreshing to see the attention that businesses can still pay to the well-being of their customers. I highly recommend it. Thank you.
Excellent welcome, beautiful services, ideal location in the heart of Saintes.
Street parking is available, otherwise it's paid. The room is comfortable and quiet, however, it was too hot! Dinner is at a partner restaurant; there are several choices except on Mondays. Breakfast is good.

Very very good
Very good communication with Margaux, I arrived late. Room 9 I couldn't find the room in the main building. I opened a door, the caretaker gave me very good information. Perfect breakfast. 2 problems, the air conditioning not turned on before my arrival, 1h30 to be able to sleep properly and no product to shower, I had to make do with the product for hand washing while there was everything else, cotton buds for the ears and moisturizer. Super comfortable and clean bed. Thanks anyway. Mistakes are allowed.

My wife and I have stayed at Cit'Hotel Messageries in Saintes 4 times in the past year, for over 4 weeks of total days. It and a place in Lugano are our favorites. Great friendly, efficient staff, great breakfast, clean and well-appointed. Stay here...and Saintes is great...
