Very welcoming and very clean hotel!
Awful arrival, no one at reception. Several guests waiting to check in. I couldn't linger after waiting 15 minutes. Then it was a hassle to get in with codes that we had to ask for ourselves, since the reception staff wasn't there in the afternoon and the email with the codes wasn't sent. Very bad experience. Room in its original condition, the bathroom needs to be completely redone. The tiles are in very poor condition. Nothing to complain about the breakfast: it lived up to its promises.
For a two-star hotel, it does much more!
Dirty. Outdated. Noisy. Only the welcome is good.
We had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. The room we were given was in terrible condition: everything was dirty, dusty, and full of stains — even the walls had visible marks. The air conditioning didn’t work at all, which made it hard to sleep in the heat.
Some of the lights were broken, and the toilet was far from clean. It was clear that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained. We even had to change rooms because the first one was unacceptable, but sadly the second room wasn’t much better.
What made it worse was that the staff didn’t listen to any of our requests. We didn’t feel heard or helped, which was very frustrating.
This hotel doesn’t live up to its 2-star rating, and we would absolutely not recommend staying here.
The hotel is clean but could use a little updating of the floor coverings.
