Pleasant little hotel in a lovely setting and a warm welcome.
We spent one night at the Alicia Hotel. The service was excellent, the welcome warm, and the breakfast plentiful. We recommend this establishment.
Fair price but disappointed with the quality of the breakfast: €11.50 with poor quality ham and sliced cheese! It's worth €9, no more!! The welcome is just okay. Disappointed with this stay

Apartment room intended for people with reduced mobility. Recently renovated, clean, comfortable bedding, nothing to complain about. However, it was stiflingly hot even though the outside temperature wasn't scorching hot, a fan was available. Air conditioning would really be needed. Also, for the price, there's no coffee machine, or at least not enough to make coffee. Only a kettle with two sugar cubes. Finally, the TV could have been bigger.

The scenery from the terrace was fantastic.

Breakfast was good but the team was not helpful.
The hotel is well located and the rooms are comfortable. However, the rooms overlooking the back of the hotel are dark because they face a wall. The breakfast is uninteresting, as it consists of processed products. The Wi-Fi is not available everywhere in the rooms or has a very low speed.

You should have booked your stay on the Logis website, where the rate was much better than on Booking.com. The price of a small package was only €11.50, which was much appreciated, along with some supermarket products. The Wi-Fi was perfectly operational. I find it awkward to replenish the breakfast buffet while carrying a dog! Especially since the dining room also displayed a pictogram at the entrance prohibiting animals! Not very compatible or prudent given hygiene regulations. Be mindful of this, as it could be offensive.

I called the hotel on Thursday to inquire about the fee for staying with our dog on Friday. I spoke to Stephan. He told me that the room I had booked was very small and advised I upgrade to a bigger room, there was a mid-range double or their best room with a balcony and a river view it was a big difference in price from the 76 euro I had booked as the price would be 142 euro. I agreed to have the better room and looked forward to arriving the next day. On our arrival I was asked to pay straight away, which I did by Mastercard. Stephan wasn't there but a lady who told me she was the proprietor took us to a room at the back of the hotel, not in the main building, in an annex next the hotels bins it was dark and musty with a little window. I said this is not the room Stephan promised and that we would like the room he described, or we wanted a refund to go elsewhere. The lady , who spoke no English said there was no other room and she would not reimburse our payment. I was polite and courteous throughout even when she completely lost her temper and ordered us to leave the premises. faced with no room and no refund I called the police. I explained the situation to them and they told me to wait at the hotel. After 20 minutes or so the proprietor came outside to where we were sitting and gave me an envelope with the full charge we had paid, 142 Euro 59 cents in cash. we left the hotel and booked at the Celtic hotel in Auray

Good hotel, with a superb view (room with balcony), as well as the bar. The managers are welcoming and available for tourist information. The hotel is showing its age in some details, but it is well-maintained, which contributes to a pleasant stay. Excellent bedding.
Lack of electrical outlets in the room
Welcome, location, room... everything is good. A (small) improvement needed on the breakfast: the jam in the tub is really not good, it just needs a little effort... Note that the coffee is good, which is rare in hotels

This hotel doesn't deserve its 3 stars; it needs to be renovated, and the bedding is very outdated.
