We spent one night at the Alicia Hotel. The service was excellent, the welcome warm, and the breakfast plentiful. We recommend this establishment.

Apartment room intended for people with reduced mobility. Recently renovated, clean, comfortable bedding, nothing to complain about. However, it was stiflingly hot even though the outside temperature wasn't scorching hot, a fan was available. Air conditioning would really be needed. Also, for the price, there's no coffee machine, or at least not enough to make coffee. Only a kettle with two sugar cubes. Finally, the TV could have been bigger.

The hotel is well located and the rooms are comfortable. However, the rooms overlooking the back of the hotel are dark because they face a wall. The breakfast is uninteresting, as it consists of processed products. The Wi-Fi is not available everywhere in the rooms or has a very low speed.

You should have booked your stay on the Logis website, where the rate was much better than on Booking.com. The price of a small package was only €11.50, which was much appreciated, along with some supermarket products. The Wi-Fi was perfectly operational. Lack of electrical outlets in the room
Welcome, location, room... everything is good. A (small) improvement needed on the breakfast: the jam in the tub is really not good, it just needs a little effort... Note that the coffee is good, which is rare in hotels

This hotel ticks all the boxes for satisfaction: location close to a bar/pub, a creperie, above the GR 34 hiking trail. The welcome is warm, accommodating in finding any solution to improve the stay, very good value for money as well as a varied self-service breakfast.

breakfast tray meal that the manager pushed me to take because I was apparently alone. In principle I understand that she does not want to get up for one person but the tray was unworthy (a few small industrial cakes in blister packs) an apple and a chocolate to prepare with a kettle provided. Again I agree but for 11.5€ breakfast it is making fun of the world. The icing on the cake, a welcome that I would describe as lacking in empathy. I think I know why on this point. Having reserved the room at a very low price, madam perhaps saw that it was not very profitable. I am not the one who sets the prices... Needless to say, I will not set foot in this establishment again despite the superb location.

We have kindly upgraded you to a Classic Standard room (at €79).
As you wanted to have breakfast at 7:30 am and the reception opens at 8:00 am, we offered you a tray the day before which you accepted. You were therefore unable to enjoy our full buffet.

The attic room is not recommended in very hot weather, it's an oven! And since we're on the road side, the noise from the cars doesn't help with sleeping. On the other hand, the rooms on the river side are certainly very good.

We expected something else for a 3 star. Very small bathroom and cleanliness needs to be reviewed. It's a shame that there are no services in the room such as a kettle and coffee available. Also there was a strong smell in the disturbing vault that I couldn't explain. Finally, the soundproofing was not there. Alone, the view is superb.
